Dear Maharajs, Prabhus and mataji
Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.
With great remorse,a very heavy heart and tears in my eyes ... i have to admit to you all that i have committed a very grevious offence here in the most sacred holy place of Srila Prabhupadas House. For the past 3 years i have been having difficulty in maintaining brahmacari ashram and have had difficulties dealing with ladies.
Recently in the last 2 months i have had very improper physical contact on a few occasions with a woman here in the kitchen of Srila Prabhupada which is situated in the garden. Srila Prabhupadas standard is that if one commits illicit activities then they should leave Vrindavan.
Whatever reactions may come i have to face. i have now put on white cloth will tie up all services and hand over to the authorities and in the next few days will leave Vrindavan to return back to South Africa to make plans to situate myself in the grhasta ashram.
I am VERY VERY VERY sorry that i have done such things, causing great disgrace to my Guru maharaj and directly to Srila Prabhupada and to all of you as my authorities as now i have broken my trust with all of you and spoiled my relationship with everyone.
I am very great full that you all gave me an opportunity to offer service here in Krishna Balaram Mandir and especially to Daivishakti mataji that she has had to tolerate all my nonsense and with her full heart as a loving
mother has tried to help me and has given me a lot of support in the past. I sincerely pray to you all to forgive me and i humbly beg you all to please pray to Srila Prabhupada and to our beloved Deities Sri Sri Gaura Nitai, Sri Sri Krsna Balarama and Sri Sri Radha Shyamasundar Lalita Vishaka to please forgive for my offences and pray for my spirtual well being where ever i may be.

In sum, ISKCONites have an easy-going, happy-go-lucky, lighthearted existence. While PADA is fighting book-changes, closing of temples, false gurus, kicked out devotees, cheated Gurukulis, these folks seem to do all day only one thing, eat and eat and eat until they have to call emergency physician. So they are habituated to this life-style and the description of hell does not appeal? Might be PADA should run a different approach in order to get their attention? Plz post only serious suggestions!

ReplyDelete"For preaching we give young boys sannyasa, but actually it is being experienced that they are not fit for sannyasa. There is no harm, however, if one thinks that he is unfit for sannyasa; if he is very much agitated sexually, he should go to the asrama where sex is allowed, namely the grhastha-asrama. That one has been found to be very weak in one place does not mean that he should stop fighting the crocodile of maya. One should take shelter of the lotus feet of Krsna, as we shall see Gajendra do, and at the same time one can be a grhastha if he is satisfied with sexual indulgence. There is no need to give up the fight. Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu therefore recommended, sthane sthitah sruti-gatam tanu-van-manobhih. One may stay in whichever asrama is suitable for him; it is not essential that one take sannyasa. If one is sexually agitated, he can enter the grhastha-asrama. But one must continue fighting. For one who is not in a transcendental position, to take sannyasa artificially is not a very great credit. If sannyasa is not suitable, one may enter the grhastha-asrama and fight maya with great strength. But one should not give up the fighting and go away."
this adi keshava das has properly understood Srila Prabhupada's instructions on not having illicit sex in the holy dhama. He has bravely revealed his heart with remorse and asked to be forgiven. there is no fault now on his part. how many of us have been as honest as this devotee? anyone? not even one among you all? I thought so.
ReplyDeleteAgreed, this guy is honest enough to admit fault, while many of the GBC's gurus commit all sorts of nonsense and its covered up and never rectified. Yep, this guy is honest and that is to his great credit, since most of these problems in ISKCON are covered up and never addressed.
ReplyDeleteAt the same time, having illicit sex in the holy dham is a severe aparadha, especially for a person posing as a renounced devotee, and we are glad he at least is trying to rectify and repent etc. Others should follow his example, and also repent and rectify. We agree. Anyway, he should just get married and get it over with, and try to regroup his devotional activities and move on. He has done the right thing to get away from the holy dham. Meanwhile the GBC has buried Kirtanananda in the holy dham, so there is a lot MORE further rectification that is needed here. ys pd

Prana Vallabha, April 10, 2014: Gurudeva gave me initiation while i was on heroin (i had told him this a few hours before ) it still took me about 17 yrs after to stop and nearly leaving this body a few times , i started with pot and then everything else . I know not all people are like this . The positive for me is when you are in the gutter you can only go up and it has also made me a more humbler person .....ALL FROM GURUDEVA'S MERCY ,,,,,,
