[PADA: Thats also what we wanted to have. We wanted maybe 50 devotees with signs to protest in front of an ISKCON temple against the worship of illicit sex and drugs. Well, we could not find volunteers for that idea. So we had to handle it in our own way. The idea is great, Lord Chaitanya was making public protest of the Kazi. We needed that too. We are finally getting our protest together, but the protesters are spread out over the world, but hey, something is better than nothing. ys pd]

ISKCON monks protest in front of Russian embassy
With Prime Minister Manmohan Singh leaving on a visit to Russia and China, monks of ISKCON on Sunday staged a demonstration outside the Russian consulate here to protest the threat of demolition of the only ISKCON temple in that country.

We should not indulge in gramya-katha. That will mislead us. And if we do not indulge in gramya-katha, but if we make advancement on Krishna-katha, then we are always situated on transcendental position. We are no more affected by the modes of material nature.
