Hare Krishna Virabahu dasa. Respects to Srila Prabhupada and all glories to Srila Prabhupada!
Hoping this note finds you well in health and also in making advancement in surrendering more to Srila Prabhupada's lotus feet, I must write you regarding the worship of Srila Prabhupada in Guayana.
I went to Guyana and had my wedding ceremony with a pioneer of ISKCON Guyana, who was a pujari there for 15 years. When I was there, my brother in law (a devotee) was instructed by Hari Dasa from order of the GBC (or you), that I should not be welcome to any temple and that I should not be taken to any house of any ISKCON devotee or member. Of course, this could have put my brother in law, his wife and my wife and I in weird sentiments situation, after all we followed specially then pretty much different philosophies.
My sister in law is a little passionate type and to make us feel at ease, she said., "Don't worry. If anybody bothers you here, we will simply eat them alive." Since I am also a little passionate type, I at once took the opportunity to let them know more about the true philosophy, history and some about the who is who in ISKCON.
No doubt, you and I don't see eye to eye in a lot of things. While you have promoted yourself and others to be "as good as Krishna," I am the first Prabhupadanuga after Srila Prabhupada left his body, to have gotten the initiation ceremony as Srila Prabhupada instructed we do, and as he had done since 1970, thus becoming his follower and disciple on May 22nd 1986, the day that Sulocan dasa was murdered for being critical of the false gurus of ISKCON.
I think this is totally fair and I think it is of your top interest to accept this very reasonable advise or suggestion. Thanks for your attention.

Nine years passed before this happened. I suggest you keep reading this, since I am sending a copy of this note to you to many other devotees. So while you think you are as good as Krishna and Srila Prabhupada and Jesus Christ and can have your own disciples, and you think that Jesus and Srila Prabhupada are dead, and thus "can not" have disciples, my understanding is totally the opposite.
We also do not see eye to eye in that you think you have the authority to change Srila Prabhupada's books. You told me this in your home in 1993 or 1994. You said that the C.C will also have to be changed, since the statements of Srila Prabhupada there about his God brothers, made it difficult for ISKCON to preach in India.

[PADA: Sridhara Maharaja told the GBC they should edit all the negative comments about the Gaudiya Matha out of the books. Some GBC think that's a good idea, worse, most of the GBC are currently promoting the book changes by Jayadvaita swami.]
I of course, totally disagree, since there are so many statements and witnesses of these statements from Srila Prabhupada to the contrary. You may be surprised to know, that I am the very fist one that Lord Krishna used practically to start the BBT and ISKCON legal case, that now allows us to print original books. I went down town L.A, and got copies of the corporation papers from microfiche. So we do not agree on the books.
We also do not agree in the parakriya rasa, verses the svakiya rasa. While parakriya rasa allows the lower self promotion mood for material sense gratification so prominent in Kali Yuga, and is the best recipe to creates sahajiyas in this age by jumping to the tenth Canto before being well established in the upper stages of bhava as Srila Prabhupada, Jiva Goswami and Shridhar Swami recomend, svakiya rasa teaches as Srila Prabhupada taught us., "work now, samadhi later."

I recall how you said to me toward the end of our meeting in 93-94., "What you need Mahatma dasa, is a rasika guru." Well, for obvious reasons I just mentioned above, I did not agree then, nor do I agree with this now. Regarding this "bhava" club mentality, I feel that it is simply just another way to try to promote oneself as being very advanced and to collect more ignorant followers for "easy" life. It is a way to seem more elite and less simple, as in fame, adoration and distinction as Srila Prabhupada taught us. I sensed and I am sure now, that by you suggesting that I needed a rasika guru, you were in vain trying to recruit me as one of your rasika disciples. :) Well, you did not know me then, and I can say, you don't know me now either.

While I know that Srila Prabhupada had drafted The Direction of management as long ago as 1938 and 1942 and again in 1953 when I was born, and then implemented it into ISKCON law in 1970, this brilliant document which is of most importance to be honored and followed since it is also the order of Srila Prabhupada, has not been followed by you and your co GBCs, never!! I feel it is way time for the GBC to follow this odrer of Srila Pabhupada, to have temple Presidents elect the GBC every 3 years, etc.
We also do not agree in the understanding of the May 28th 1977 conversation and the July 9th 1977 signed directive for initiations. A devotee from Argentina, Locan dasa, came to my house and told me you showed him the "truth." He told me you played the part of May 28th tape to him, where some of Srila Prabhupada statements can make some believe he is ordering for regular diksa gurus, but that if we consider the first part of the conversation where Srila Prabhupada is asked., 'initiations in the future, particularly when you are no longer with us." Srila Prabhupada responds., "officiating acarya," and "Ritvik. Yes." Also at the end of the conversation, Srila Prabhupada states., "on my order, amara ajnaya guru hana, be actual guru. But on my order."

Hansadhuta dasa has offered $108,000 to anyone that can produce a written order from Srila Prabhupada for regular gurus for more than 20 years, but nobody has found such order, so none has been able to claim the price!
Virabahu dasa, I hope you have not and are not now playing only parts of tapes to protect your worship and that of others, when is it totally clear, that the tape does not order for regular gurus!
Also and as Srila Prabhupada said it in May 28th he would do, there is a written signed order from Srila Prabhupada dated July 9th 1977 that make it clear, only priests can help with initiation ceremonies, and 3 times Srila Prabhupada says in this document, that he will be the diksa guru to these disciples.
In addition to this, in the Declaration of Will which is notarized, proving totally that it was approved and signed by Srila Prabhupada, Srila Prabhupada states-orders, which is for after he passes away, that new directors may be appointed for ISKCON properties., "provided the new directors is my initiated disciple." This means that all property directors must be his initiated disciples. This is totally clear!
My question to you Virabahu dasa is., Since you know that conversations and signed directives exist, clearly stating that Srila Prabhupada will be the diksa guru for the life of ISKCON,, why is it you have chosen to not follow these orders of Srila Prabhupada? You wrote the book., The Guru and what Srila Prabhupada said, but in the book you decided to not include ANY of Srila Prabhupada's conversations and written signed orders on the matter! You address what Srila Prabhupada said or wrote, but you decided to not include ANY of his orders on the matter!
The above tells thousands of us with dozens of temples, under 9 GBCs around the world, that you really think you know better and are better than Srila Prabhupada! What other conclusion can we arrive to? Well, the thing is, thousands of most intelligent and dedicated devotees of Srila Peabhupada totally not agree with you on this point, but of the contrary, think of you as a veda vata rata, or rascal self made God.
I hope that you accept you have made the most serious mistake and offense to Srila Prabhupada by accepting worship meant for him, and that you have made the huge error by writing a misleading book, so others may also steal worship from Srila Prabhupada, while some even have molested or are molesting children in our society!
One other issue we do not agree in, is the following. While I called for an international meeting to investigate the possible passing away of Srila Prabhupada due to arsenic poisoning, paying for plane tickets, hosting and paying for part of the forensic analysis of Srila Prabhupada's hair, that came back positive with a letter from the scientist advising for a criminal investigation on the case due to the large amount of arsenic found, you have not cooperated in any way to solve this poison issue, although Srila Prabhupada himself said he was saying he had been poisoned!

Of the contrary and most interestingly Virabahu dasa, you have for many many years now, advocated, honored, respected admired and promoted persons such as Tamal Krishna Goswami, Jatapataka Swami, Bhakti charu and others such as Bhavananda Swami, who are mentioned regularly in the book about Srila Prabhupada's poisoning books where we find that "someone has poisoned me," and some of these folks are among prime suspects in the poisoning of Srila Prabhupada! But you have and I think continue to think and feel these persons as your dear close friends!! I may be wrong, but did you not become a "diksa" guru in the same ceremony with Bhavananda dasa who has been always an active homosexual and is accused of being a child molester too? I apologize if I am wrong on this but.....
Now with no doubt, you feel very close to Tamal Krishna "Goswami." You in writing have dedicated the 2012 edition of your book to him, saying he is your dearest God brother! Well, I must tell you that TKG would refer to Srila Prabhupada., "that f.... old man" in various occasions and is according to many, the prime suspect in the poisoning of Srila Prabhupada!! It is very strange that you may not know this and promote Tamal Krishna as your dear associate and friend! No wonder one devotees I respect a lot who has a Ph.D and has written at least 3 books, told me that after talking to you, he was not clear if you were a "totally incompetent" person, or you are deliberately trying to destroy ISKCON and Srila Prabhupada!!
Now the current complaint about you that is going all over the world, is that you are protecting and putting in positions of power in Argentina and Guyana at least one person who was found to have child porno in his computer!! I hope this is not true!!
The other complaint is that you and -- or the leadership under you -- in Guyana, is in a vicious campaign to spread lies and trying to create with these lies, public fear of two devotees there, bhakta Mahen and the very senior Prabhupada disciple, Mahabahu dasa prabhu. You and or your leadership there, are saying that if ladies go to the temple of these devotees, they may get raped there!!
Now with no doubt, you feel very close to Tamal Krishna "Goswami." You in writing have dedicated the 2012 edition of your book to him, saying he is your dearest God brother! But I don't agree at all, that very senior and new Prabhupada disciples or followers may be attacked in a low class way, simply because they want to worship Srila Prabhupada and his orders. On top of this and if I see the attack to continue, I and my Prabhupadanuga associates around the world WILL take actions. I think that the offensive attitude toward Prabhupadanugas is way old and continues the same at present, so for this reason, I will send this letter to as many devotees of all kinds in many places of he world so they are well informed of our philosophical position and that nice devotees are being attacked unjustly.
I advise that we be mild as devotees should be. That is, we have the right to worship Srila Prabhupada as we see fit or interpret the orders of Srila Prabhupada, just like we have allowed you preach to the public your own realizations. Where are we in KC advised to be low class? Nowhere! So I advise that you give orders to your leadership in Guyana, that you all leave alone bhakta Mahen, Mahabahu dasa and any other devotees who is interested in serving Srila Prabhupada in the way they see most fit. After all, we are of the same family and we also follow the principles, attend daily programs, chant 16 rounds and try to help the suffering conditioned souls.
I am a descendent of ex French monks. An uncle of mine liberated the slaves of Chile and was elected President of that country 3 times, before Lincoln liberated the slaves of USA 65 years later. My mother was a nun for years before she decided to marry and have children. She prayed about me being a devotee before she mat my father. So I have good spiritual self esteem and have always been taught to be and act as a gentleman in my family and by Srila Prabhupada.
I know that what I propose is totally reasonable. I also know that still you may not take the good advise that you leave bhakta Mahen and Mahabahu dasa and any other Prabhupadanugas anywhere alone to preach as they want. You present your truth as you see it, and we present ours as we see it. This is most fair for both. Now, and since I am gentleman, I must not be low class and surprise you, but must tell you what I will do if you do not stop bothering our Prabhupadanugas in Guyana and other places. I will place an at least 2 full pages adds in major newspapers as much as I have to, exposing all of the above about you. I already met with religious leaders and political leaders in Guyana and with major local media brokers. So if I hear more complains about you bothering nice new and senior devotees, the whole of Guyana will know ALL the violent maladies in relation to you. I even have nice picture ready! :)
