At the same time, they have minimized the position of the acharya Srila Prabhupada by saying that the lineage of acharyas from Krishna are often "engaged in illicit sex with men, women and children." Adding insult to injury, they also declare that the acharyas are their subordinates, hired hands, and "writers for hire."
Hired writer?
Clearly, they have no respect for the acharyas. As the Isopanisad says, the demons make false acharyas who do not respect the actual acharyas, thus they are destined for the most obnoxious regions of the universe. This was of course the first rattle out of the box in 1978, the GBC declared that they are the "managers and administrators" of the acharyas. The 11 said that they are the overseers of the acharyas, of course Krishna says He is the overseer of the acharyas, so they actually think they are greater than Krishna. The acharyas are the subordinates of "the managers"? The "Krishna lingita vigraha" pure person is "managed" by Tamal and company?
Meanwhile, in order to justify all these bogus positions, they have had to re-write certain passages of the books of the acharyas to twist and change the actual siddhanta, so they have edited and modified the books of Srila Prabhupada in order to make "changes in siddhanta," which is an extreme crime against the acharya all by itself. And what was the only real purpose of having all these devotees banned, beat, killed; children being mass molested; temples being emptied out of manpower; changing the books; destroying varnasrama, bankrupting ISKCON, ad infinitum? So that a few of these fools could sit in big seats and wear crowns. That's what all this mayhem is all about from square one, a few fools wanted to be crowned as messiahs and they destroyed ISKCON and the lives of thousands of devotees, and the reputation of the society, and in sum they burnt everything in ISKCON to the ground -- so they could sit in a golden throne with a golden crown.
They will have fun explaining to Lord Yamaraja why they had ISKCON -- and most of its members -- and most of its children -- and the reputation of the society -- burnt to the ground, so they could put deviants into the seat of acharyas. PADA has just got a letter from an ex-gurukuli which details some of the homosexual problems going on in Mayapura, including that some of the prominent people there have gay lovers, and sexual perverts are still allowed and welcomed there by "King Jayapataka." Never mind these bogus kings just buried a known homosexual pedophile in the holy land of Vrndavana. So we are sort of like the residents of Mathura under Kamsa, we are being persecuted by these bogus kings. Anyway, the good news is that these demon kings are being exposed more and more, and they are being rejected, and thus their powers are fading fast.
These bogus kings will have to explain all this to Lord Yamaraja, ok crime number one: You had thousands and thousands of devotees banned, beat, and some killed, maybe several thousand children molested, you bankrupted Lord Chaitanya's mission, changed the books, all of this so -- you could wear a golden crown and sit in a big seat? All of these innocent victims had to suffer terribly, so you could wear a crown? Millions of people will not get Srila Prabhupada's books, nor hear any harinama ever, so you could wear a golden hat? Anyway, all of this is coming out now. And that means we will beat these bogus demon kings back over time, and we are beating them back.
Yes, when we helped launch this BBT lawsuit, at that time Krishna Kanta (IRM) told us not to work with Hansadutta to make any lawsuit -- because he wanted to "make a deal with the GBC." He wanted to make a deal with these bogus kings -- so they would give him a post in their kingdom. This has been another problem, Srila Prabhupada says, so many people went to see King Kamsa to complain about his atrocities, but they ended up being his servants. Anyway, this was the biggest thing we needed to fix, we needed to have original books. We thank all the people in the past who helped on this, and we thank the new wave of people who are helping us get these original books back on track. Srila Prabhupada ki jaya! ys pd]

The greatest crime of ISKCON?
The BBTi tries to prove in court, that Srila Prabhupada is not the author of His books, he is only their hired worker.
Srila Prabhupada has been degraded to a mere "scribe of materials for ISKCON" by doing “works for hire” for the bogus leaders of ISKCON. Srila Prabhupada is their hired worker? How demoniac can these bogus ISKCON people get?
Paragraph § 14 – WHEREAS “Prabhupada’s books, including all artwork, glossaries and elaborate purports, were “works for hire” created by ISKCON, Inc. ISKCON, Inc. owned common law copyrights in them from the time they were created, and became the owner of Federal copyrights as soon as they were published with a copyright notice.”
Paragraph § 15 – WHEREAS “BBTi contends that the California trust document dated May 29, 1972 never created a valid trust. However, if it did, and if any of the copyrights ever were owned by that trust, ISKCON, Inc. owned beneficial title to such property because ISKCON, Inc. was the trust beneficiary named in that document.”
Paragraph § 19 – WHEREAS “BBTI believes that ISKCON, Inc. owned the copyrights outright because the works in question were “works for hire” created by ISKCON, Inc. ISKCON, Inc. supplied the employees who worked on the books with their materials and equipment. ISKCON, Inc. also supplied each of them with room and board and with a stipend for personal or family expenses. Such employees included those who worked in the art department, photography department, Sanskrt editors, Bengali editors, English editors, design and layout specialists, and proof readers, among others.”
Paragraph § 20 – WHEREAS “BBTI contends that the California Trust Agreement dated May 29, 1972 did not create a valid trust and that the book publishing and distribution operations of the Movement were in fact never operated according to the provisions of that document. However, in the event the Court finds that that Trust Agreement created a legally valid trust which at the time in question (i.e., 1976) owned some or all of the copyrights registered at that time in the name Bhaktivedanta Book Trust, ISKCON, Inc. was the beneficiary of that trust, and therefore held beneficial title to those copyrights.”

Discovery and investigation are ongoing in this matter and BBTI reserves the right (but does not undertake) to supplement these responses as it discovers more information. Subject to the foregoing objections, both general and specific, and without waiving any of them, plaintiff BBTI responds to this interrogatory as follows:
Robert Grant was officially confirmed as BBT Trustee by the GBC in the Spring of 1975 during the annual GBC meetings in Mayapura, West Bengal, India. Defendant Hans Kary attended the GBC meetings and approved the resolution appointing him. Upon information and belief, Ramesvara dasa was previously appointed by Srila Prabhupada as BBT trustee or “acting” BBT trustee some time during the twelve months before the 1975 GBC meetings.
INTERROGATORY NO. 14:
State precisely how ISKCON, Inc. acquired title to the various copyrights registered in the name of Bhaktivedanta Book Trust.
RESPONSE TO INTERROGATORY NQ. 14:
Plaintiff BBTI objects to this interrogatory on the ground that it is vague and ambiguous, including specifically and without limitation with regard to the phrases “state precisely”, “acquired title” (which is vague as to what kind of title) and “copyrights” (which is vague in that it does not specify whether it means only federal copyrights under the United States Copyright Act). BBTI further objects to this interrogatory as compound, vague and ambiguous and unintelligible. The interrogatory apparently asks BBTI to identify the person or entity who owned the copyrights, on the day before ISKCON, Inc. acquired title to them, which, at some time or another, were registered in the name of Bhaktivedanta Book Trust.

Who is the BBTi ? Who are the members of BBTi ?
Some of the main members of BBTi are as follows: Brahma Muhurta Dasa, Naresvara Dasa, Svavasa Dasa, and Jayadvaita Swami. In the court settlement it is stated: “Hansadutta Dasa, Veda Guhya Dasa, Bhagavan Dasa, and Dasa Dasanudasa Dasa Dasi have voluntarily stepped down from any role they might have had as trustees of the 1972 trust. And all concerned have agreed that now the (new) trustees (of the BBT) will be four trustees from the BBT-I International: Brahma Muhurta Dasa, Naresvara Dasa, Svavasa Dasa, and Jayadvaita Swami.”
Bogus GBC's Dog And Pony -- Show Bottle -- Program
I would like to see the receipts for the wages paid to the employees of the BBT in the past, including room and board, etc. For the average "worker" it would go like this: 4 hours morning program and japa. light breakfast. reading for one hour. devotional service for an hour or two. lunch prasadam. main service part of the day engaged in pure loving service for Srila Prabhupada. Shower, evening program, hot milk, rest.

Engage the new devotee in serving in the jobs no one wants to do, namely, cleaning after the senior devotees and gurus, cooking for them, washing their clothes, maintaining them financially, etc, by tricking them into believing the gurus are pure devotees.
I wonder what goes on behind closed doors at Sridham Mayapura? Is it like a mafia family meeting where they all come clean to each other about how much of a percentage they take from each temple? Like they might say, "Guru A, you have done well in your zone. You manage to skim 75% from the top, all the while maintaining a degree of acceptability to the Hindu congregation that your area is hardly taking in any money, and that is why the temple is full of vermin. But you must share your secrets with us. How have you managed to take so much and leave so little for the Deities for so long?".

Not only the guru in the picture is wearing the golden crown shown but every devotee who goes in front of the Deity at Mayapur is offered the crown. Maybe if you have ever gone there you would know that. It isn't the guru's crown, it is the Deity's. on Srila Prabhupada: a "Writer For Hire"?

He not only has sued for $400 million dollars, not only has cost the GBC $20 million dollars wasted trying to keep Srila Prabhupada's temples in his society, ISKCON, but he contemplates always how to come up with more and more ways to waste ISKCON'S money and new ways to sue!
