[PADA: The "poison issue" is at the root of all the subsequent "troubles" in ISKCON. Some of the big ISKCON leaders were ambitious to "take over" and they simply could not wait to get rid of their spiritual master so they could sit in his seat, which they did. They then claimed to have been the "appointed successors" apparently -- not too much unlike evil children of wealthy parents -- who kill the parents in order to take over the property and assets of the parents.
We think this issue will become more and more the -- centerpiece issue -- and prime example of "what went wrong" with the Hare Krishna religion after 1977. In 1990 we became aware that these "poison tapes" existed, and so we prayed to Krishna to get us copies. And in 1997 Krishna answered our prayers, we finally got audio copies of these tapes, and we immediately had them translated by a Bengali friend.
PADA's editor was then the first person on the planet to publicly release these audio tapes to the public, where Srila Prabhupada complains of being poisoned. And we also went out in front of the Los Angeles Rathayatra in 1997 to announce the official launch of the poison investigation -- with a big sign. Yep, we were attacked of course.
We also started out by making 250 copies of the tape, and we distributed these copies at the Los Angeles temple, and we also mailed out copies to various people around the world. At that time (1997) not only many of the GBC ilk, but even some of our own friends thought we had "gone totally bonkers," and they argued that it was "impossible that Srila Prabhupada's dearmost servants would have administered poison to him."
However, as time went on, more and more people gradually accepted -- that this poison complaint is what Srila Prabhuapada himself is complaining about -- being given poison. So although PADA editor may or may not be a crack pot, its hard to dispute the fact that Srila Prabhupada is the person presenting the complaint, not us. And so we have gradually had more and more important people switching over from support of the bogus GBC's view, to agreeing with us on the poison issue.
And the issue has been pretty much analyzed by many intelligent and important people who all agree, there is evidence of intentional poisoning of Srila Prabhupada. Anyway, we'd like to thank all of the people over the years who assisted us in forwarding this important issue. This is at the heart of all of the subsequent mischief, and so it needs to be acknowledged and understood by all sincere devotees of the Hare Krishna religion. And eventually, it will be known and understood by all sincere Krishna devotees as this movement moves ahead into future generations. Any sincere disciple of Srila Prabhupada will believe in His words.
Any sincere disciple and follower of Srila Prabhupada will accept His complaint of being poisoned and try to find out the poisoners. Why a guru has to beg his disciples not to torture him to death is another inconceivable question. We only can guess that these so called devious torturing disciples are so bad, as to cause such a horrible statement of the guru, who helplessly has to beg for His life:

Tamal Krsna, Bhakticaru, Jayapataka and Bhavananda were obviously dominating over the conversations at the time. On the other hand Tamal Krsna, Jayapataka, Bhavananda, Jayadvaita, Bhakti Charu, Giriraj were about 30 years of age. To solicit such a response from their own spiritual master to not torture him and ‘put to death’ is nerve racking to say the least. Their behavior is typical of people with a psychopathic nature and demoniac consciousness.
