The Lord dispels the ignorance of Loka-Saranga-Muni
Loka-Saranga-Muni tried every possible means to appease the Lord and the Lord ignored his earnest prayers. Being dejected, Loka-Saranga-Muni returned to his dwelling and went to bed. The Lord appeared in his dream and said, “You have offended our dearest devotee thinking that he belongs to a lower caste. The devotees are above all material considerations and titles like caste, class, etc., as they strive to overcome them and they have to be identified and respected for their devotion alone.
The Lord is the ultimate sanctioning agent
