Text of Ramesvara's Interview on Book Changes

http://bookchanges.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/Ramesvara-interview-1979.pdf

PADA: The problem is that in order for these book changers like Jayadvaita swami to make the books "free from mistakes," they have to be "free from mistakes" themselves. Jayadvaita has said in public writing that gurus in ISKCON are often falling into illicit sex, and I asked him about this personally, he says yes, gurus fall into illicit sex.

So he thinks the guru parampara is defective and even populated by debauchees, therefore he has not even understood the ten offenses, you are not supposed to think of guru as ordinary man, of course if guru is a debauchee he is worse than the ordinary man.

So, a person who claims the parampara contains debauchees should not be re-editing anything. Ramesvara knew that Jayadvaita thinks-- the parampara is full of debauchees -- and he still allowed him to edit the books. So, that is the first problem, they want to make the books free of errors, but they are themselves full of errors. ys pd

  1. Devotees like Ramesvara create such a bad taste in my mouth that I cannot stomach a word they say. Not only are their book creations contaminated, but everything they say is subject to so much contamination due to their having conditioned senses. I literally despise them. I figuratively spit in his face, because I cannot do so literally.

This is the same when TKG confessed that Prabhupada only appointed ritviks.
Instead of dragging him to court to repeat this in front of a judge people allowed him to sit on the vyasasana. This was in december 3 1980 - 33 years ago. Today Ramesvara confesses that Prabhupada instructed that a BBT manager has no authority to decide whether something should be changed when books are reprinted. In other words, only Prabhupada himself had this authority. Immediately we read as above, Ramesvara? Spit in his face. Question arises, do people actually want to have this movement rectified or do they simply want to remain in a state seething with rage eternally?

"Question arises, do people actually want to have this movement rectified or do they simply want to remain in a state seething with rage eternally?"

Well after 33 years it is clear that around 99% of the members of the movement do not care about the rectification of the basic issue - the appointment of bogus people as Diksha Gurus and neglect of the July 9th 1977 letter.

The sincere disciples of Srila Prabhupada like Puranjana Prabhu have tried to expose the Gurus for years and most members of the movement still do not care. I am a 3rd generation devotee and found out about the Ritvik order in 2012 and only 1 person out of maybe 100 I emailed and talked to accepted Srila Prabhupada as their Guru as per July 9th 1977 letter.

So I personally see no realistic chance to rectify the situation.
All we can do to practice our own Sadhana and at most do Prabhupadanugas Nama Hatta Programs.

  4. Vaisnavas practice personalism whereas mayavadis practice
impersonalism. Since the beginning of this parampara from
Sri Krsna to Brahma diksa has always been personal not
    impersonal.

Srila Prabhupada, since initiating of Krsna Consciousness
worldwide has never preached impersonal diksa. Its
always been personal diksa. The only unique situation in
his case was that he was not able to perform initiation to
    all his disciple personally.

Therefore, he asked his senior disciples to perform on his
behalf whenever or wherever he could not himself perform
the initiation personally. But Srila Prabhupada was present
for his disciples to meet or write to him personally.

We can't say or do the same now, can we ? Writing or
personally meeting to talk to Srila Prabhupada, that is.

    Hare Krsna

    1. because Prabhupada gave us the law of disciplic succession Wyatt he said after the guru leaves the disciple becomes guru. Why not just pray to Krishna to be our guru? because HE too gave us the disciplic succession in the Bhagavad Gita. All gurus since time immemorial are in lines of disciplic succession. Only ritviks believe differently. They are considered the Jehovah Witnesses among Hindus. In other words, the Jehovah's Witnesses used to say only 400,000 souls will ever make it to heaven, and the ritviks think only 1% of devotees are pure enough to become ritviks. What the What?

Might be you rather live in a dreamworld! GBC kicked out all former devotees and replaced them with poverty-stricken economic refugees from Asia's slums/Siberia who for the first time in their life get regular meals and for the first time in their life have a roof over one's head. And here comes Mr. Knowitall who concludes, wow, these ISKCON members are unteachable...Plz wake up or go on sleeping tight, but lamenting that why economic migrants are not going against their facilitator is simply pronto stupido. These people cannot be taught, you are doing it wrong son!

  6. Thanks Wyatt, yes Srila Prabhupada says when we do not mention the name of the guru, that is impersonalism. That means, you are an impersonalist because you never name the current living guru you keep discussing. Yes, you are a mayavadi, agreed. ys pd

  7. Right, Srila Prabhupada says if you do not name your guru, then you are saying you are your own guru. Wyatt does not name any guru, because he thinks he is his own guru, agreed. ys pd

  8. My dear jiva (Mr. Wyatt) you are totally missing the point here. You're obviously biased in your presentation and/or understanding of the diksa issue, perhaps due to mere sentimentalism or simply because you're just one more of the so many compromisers of the post-1977 guru hoax. So, I humbly suggest you search deep inside yourself and define exactly what your individual purpose in the pursuit of spiritual life is, so that perhaps you may be able to grasp the clear picture of HDG Srila Prabhupada's position within his Iskcon and the importance of his genuine guruship to rest of the people of our present world order. Hope you are joyfuly engaged in Krsna Conciousness. My humble obeisances to you and all the Prabhupadanugas. All glories to Srila Prabhupada! All glories to Sri-Sri Nitai-Gauranga! Hare Krsna!

  9. Thanks, yes the reason you cannot give the name of your guru is that we can show that he is a promoter / supporter / participant in the bogus GBC guru regime. And you are too embarrassed by the foolish behavior of your guru to mention who he is. We got it .ys pd
