GBC regroups in Vrndavana

http://prabhupadavision.com/2011/12/gopi-bhava-club/

PADA: Please read the whole article, its a great analysis. Good question, why are all these bogus GBC gurus given preferential Visas from the Indian government? ys pd

=============================
Dear ******* prabhu, Yes, Gopal Bhatta (Baroda ISKCON) wrote that all these lawsuits between opposing camps in India could result in "a government take-over of the entire ISKCON by the courts." So you are correct, the GBC would rather have no ISKCON than an ISKCON where Srila Prabhupada is the acharya. You got it. This is why many of the GBC gurus have formed separated trusts that are not in the name of ISKCON .... ys pd

  1. The real problems is due to mismanagement and the managers and leaders of ISKCON and the GBC are the ones that are legally liable and not ISKCON itself. An example of this is how I am going to turn in a case of over fair wages that have not been distributed in ISKCON, but it was done through the managers and GBC and not ISKCON. They are the ones responsible for fair wages. If one devotee gets a salary or wage then all must. We worked day and night and because we were Mothers received nothing while others that lied, cheated and hid facts got paid salaries offered by managers and leaders of the GBC and even get retirement. This is not ISKCON’s fault, but it is the fault of those mangers, leaders and financers involved in the misgiving of appropriate salaries and wages.

    This also goes along with how in the southern states so many are hired to get green cards while Mothers get nothing because they are legal citizens of the United States. This is illegal administration being implemented by the managers and the leaders of the GBC. They are the guilty parties and are the ones that will be tried.

    This is the way Prabhupada set up His Movement to protect ISKCON. This is the legal way. Managers are removed every day from businesses and charged for their wrong doings. Just like in West Virginia when someone that has no rights to our land there signed off the gas rights. She is liable for all damages and destruction that this is causing to the world. She has to pay back trillions to the communities that are being destroyed because of this wrong doing. I never signed of my gas rights or any rights to my land and I never will because Bhaktipada gave it to me to help Prabhupada save the world and everybody. Those papers that were signed were done so under false pretense and all activity there is illegal.

    These horrible mistakes were done by individuals that purposely came to capitalize of Srila Prabhupada’s Movement and to destroy His True Mission to save the world and everybody. These managers and leaders of the misdeeds are the guilty ones; not the whole of ISKCON.

  2. Ask each person at the Temples if they are or have ever been on a Federal/State/City payroll. Legally they have to answer if they have been. If they don’t tell the truth and then instigate any of their bogus ideas, they are breaking the law. This question should be asked to everybody at any of the Temples. Are you on the payroll of one of the governances; if so, which ones and what is your position. Is it part of an idiotocracy to capitalize of from Srila Prabhupada’s Movement and destroy His Mission?

    It only takes a minute to ask this. If they do not answer then they should not be in charge of anything and should have no say on any matters.

    It is sad that People can’t see the greatest gift in life right in front of them every day.

  3. What can be done, they turned Prabhupada's movement into private property. In order to do that they removed Western rank&file because they would have protested. Since they require personnel to run the place they hired Indians. Indians wont lift a finger without getting paid and in this way wages were established. Go to London, this place is 99% run by Indians. Without having them paid they would not do anything. Initial cause was that the leaders wanted to be private owners of their temples, thats how it got started.
