In this letter Hriday Chaitanya appears to make an attempt to discredit the allegations made against Jagadartiha das. He also assures the GBC's that a proper and thorough investigations has been initiated to ascertain the veracity of the allegations.
I was informed that the two devotees appointed to carry out the investigation, Vraja Vinode Shyam das, and Nanda Krsna das are biased. They are both men loyal to Jagadartiha, if this is true this so called investigation is nothing more than a typical GBC maneuver to appease the masses and cover-up yet another crime.

Today Subekshna and JD went to Kolkata to meet Dayaram. And, today JD's men went to BVNS and created a scene by shouting and screaming that they will see to it JD should continue in the school.
PADA: But Dayaram told me he knows the GBC has been promoting homosexual pedophiles as Krishna's acharyas, and he is going to try to fix the problem. What has he done to fix it? And how is he in charge of fixing the guru parampara, which is managed by God Almighty, as Krishna dictates, not as Dayaram dictates?
A lot of ISKCON security men went to the school to disperse them. Even police went and stood in the road. Mayapur is on fire. Solute ISKCON Mayapur management. It seems, JD's resignation was not accepted and is given special Security protection. Sankarshan came and tried to get a hold of matters. He was advised to leave Mayapur Dham........which he is doing.

Dear GBC members,
Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.
Let us not jump to conclusions about the letter forwarded to all of you. As usual, things are not as simple and straightforward as we would hope. The MEB members had a short discussion and the name of the person behind this letter according to us seems to be Madhava Gauranga dasa.
In fact Sri Rup Ghosh, the person who signed the letter, is Madhava Gauranga das’s confidant and right hand man since many years and even at present. In Sri Rup Ghosh’s letter, he wrote that he took the help of his wife to write this letter, but his wife has higher secondary education in the Bengali medium and does not speak or write good or proper English. It is very likely that Madhava Gauranga das either wrote the letter himself or had it written by someone close to him.
Madhava Gauranga das will be very happy to see that his letter stirs up so much discussion in the GBC Body. He will be even happier if we accept and believe everything that is written in this letter and start accusing and penalizing the Mayapur leaders mentioned in the letter.
I asked Brajavilasa and Subheksana prabhus whether the statement in the letter was true that they had been approached by Sri Rup Ghosh in relation to the sexual abuse by Jagadartiha das. They both stated to me separately that it was not true and they were never approached by Sri Rup Ghosh with this claim.
From what I could understand from this letter, it’s clear to me that both individuals, Madhava Gauranga das and Sri Rup Ghosh, have deep motivated grievances against the Mayapur Management and would go out of their way to destabilise the Management in Mayapur.
Madhava Gauranga das has grievances against the Co-Directors because MEB has prohibited him from holding any responsible position for the next five years (the GBC Body decided the same in relation to the Sakhi Nivas case independently from the Mayapur management ). He is also furious and revengeful regarding the accusations against his wife, Sri Radhe dd.
Sri Rup Ghosh is of doubtful character and a sycophant of Madhava Gauranga das, interested in increasing his material affluence. He declares that he is a ‘poor man’, but he owns 1 bigha of land in his name behind Ajamil prabhu’s project (present market value ranges approx. from INR 80 lakh to 1.6 crore).
Two years ago he bought a new Honda City car for his taxi business (approx. 14 lakhs). Opposite to the Bhaktivinoda Institute he has a plotting business (real estate) with three other Ghosh’s. During the government land distribution in Saraswati Nagar, conducted by Aloy Govinda Das, Sri Rup Ghosh and Babu Ghosh forcefully occupied the land of Sanatan Kumar das and later on sold it for profit.
Sri Rup Ghosh was and is the personal assistant of Madhava Gauranga Das.
Sri Rup Ghosh was one of the devotees involved in destabilizing Mayapur in 2016, along with Aloy Govinda das former head of the Land Department.

As far as Jagadartiha dasa, right now a proper and thorough investigation is being done by Vraja Vinode Shyam, the head of HR, who is a very qualified individual with corporate experience. He is carrying out the investigation together with Nanda Krsna prabhu from Mayapur Community Sevaks ( MCS ), over the years he has dealt with many cases.

I'm writing this hoping that people from Mayapur and ISKCON Management will read this. How come now that there is talk about the co directors and "leaders" you are replying so fast, but when it's regarding child abuse you have nothing to say for years and decades.
It's because your power has been challenged. Madhava Gouranga and Sri Radhe are in it for the power. Suvekshana is in it for the power.
J D is in it for the power. (And yes he is having sexual affairs with young Bengali boys, the whole world knows about it. Management translates to power.
Every department head in only thinking about how he may get closer to the top.

What you should be doing is apologizing, falling down at the feet of all the devotees, you have hurt and broken hundreds of families all around the world. Asking the Lord to be merciful on to you.
And step down. You think you are doing any good?!?! Look back! Look at the bloody trail you are leaving behind. You are here only take take and take. You have no understanding of Vaishnava philosophy. Instead you twist and turn everything to suit you, and somehow convinced yourselves that you are serving God and His devotees by stealing, having affairs and hurting people on your personal climb to the top?
What a legacy!

Take action against the this nonsense, do the right thing for once in your life. Don't think about yourselves and your embarrassment. Think about how you can aid in serving Srila Prabhupada and his family. Become humble. Beat yourselves with the broom and shoes, as Srila Bhaktisidantha Saraswati thakur said we should do. Show that you are not as bad as the whole world is saying you are.

OK he wrote it. When we asked about this in Los Angeles, I was told that Kailasa had asked Trivrikrama swami to help him find an ISKCON wife, and so he was told to write a paper that favored the GBC version, and self-evidently -- he did.

And then he was supposed to get a wife, allegedly, but the GBC cheated him and did not keep their end, or else no woman wanted him after the way he treated Jadurani. No one else writes the way he does and uses those terms, so we also believed it was penned by Kailasa. And we said it was penned by him, and he never denied it in all this time.
At the same time Kailasa has wrote MANY papers for Rocana's site, and Rocana was one of the 50 man commitee of reformers (such as Trivrikrama swami). And again same thing, no one can doubt that he is the author of those papers, and Rocana admits Kailasa is the author. And Rocana is still saying the GBC needs to vote in gurus / albeit they need to regulate their gurus better. Why is Kailasa writing papers for one of the guru reformers, and what is a guru reform in the first place?
How can we say the acharyas are criminals who need reform, and why is he associated with this process? And Kailasa has been writing for Rocana's "guru reformer" site for years and years. So he writing for the people who advocate for the GBC gurus and their bogus reform etc. And Kailasa never writes anything for us.
So Kailasa is writing for the GBC's folks, and / or their reformers like Rocana and Trivrikrama, maybe to get a wife or who knows what, but that is for certain. And they were gleefully handing out his papers, at the exact same time I was trying to address the molesting issue. Which means Kailasa is direct or de facto encouraging and / or supporting the molester regime, and not supporting us.
In fact he is saying we an insane and bogus apa-sampradaya, because we are not writing papers to defend the molester messiah's regime, and we are having their regime sued for molesting. But notice even now the Kailasa folks say that we had to sue the GBC / Rocana / Kailasa regime -- because we are insane. Yep, anyone who does not support their regime is insane, which means we are suppressed and their molester program continues.
Which is how Kailasa helps the molesters. In fact we are doing the opposite, instead of writing papers to be their cheer leaders, we are having them sued for the molesting. And the GBC was saying we are bogus liars and insane fools (for objecting to their molesting program) and Kailasa was defending them by writing for them, and writing ongoing papers to Rocana's site way past then. And notice that the followers of Kailasa say exactly what the GBC says, anyone who opposes the worship of molesters is "insane and an offender," which is how people like Kailasa get us targetted, by joining the GBC and calling us insane offenders, which is what Tamal says.
Kailasa is simply a puppet and parrot of Tamal, anyone who opposes the worship of molesters as gurus is an insane fool. And that is how he helps them and he still is helping them by having anyone who does not worship molesters branded as insane fools. He has done that all along and he still does. Sorry, the people who oppose child molester projects are not insane fools, and anyone who stops us is helping the molester regime. I still do not see any good reason to write any papers for them for whatever reason, nor to be a hand maiden to Rocana and his "guru reform" program, which excommunicated Sulochana and made us targets. I am sorry, but I am not with that agenda. ys pd
