Delhi High Court / ISKCON Abuser Named / Anuttama 05 20

PADA: The High Court acharyas. Even the court said this is frivolous and using the courts for ego fighting. The Delhi High Courts are very expensive, now you know why there has been not enough money for shoes, food, soap etc. for the gurukula children. 

Ambarish says he is monitoring the situation there, is this a good example, trying to put the directors of a free food for children program in jail and wasting tons of money in the High Court? And wasn't this person who filed the case, i.e. Jagadirtha  later named as a child abuser? What is going on here? Lots of comments being posted about this, almost all of them totally disgusted with ISKCON Mayapura's position. ys pd

ABUSER'S NAME REVEALLED

Due to public demand, I will name the person who physically, mentally and sexualy abused the children at the ISKCON Gurukula of New Varshana farm community, Auckland, New Zealand.

The man to be named was unremitting in his career of abuse, both whilst positioned as boys gurukula ashram teacher, and whilst positioned, later, as temple pujari. His tenure as boy's ashram teacher is a litany of abuse on top of abuse, seasoned with abuse and served with a side dish of abuse.
In other words, the man was a monster.

He kicked little boys full-force in the genitals, smashed their heads against window and door frames, twisted their ears to the point of tearing, and created a general atmosphere of terror in the ashram.

He was also a peadophile who targeted the gurukula girls, living right next door. (there are a number of untold stories). From what I know, the gurukula headmaster, Bhava Dasa, was aware of his peadophilia from an early stage, but after it became too overt, he had him transferred to Pujari service.

But then it bacame even more overt and he was shipped off to Australia. His devotee name Vanamali Dasa and his legal name is Bruce Merrett. (Thanks to you who recently got in touch with his legal name)

UD: Thank you for speaking up. The last I heard he was working in some child care centre ... gardener or something.

MK: Wow, this looks then like a quality horror movie script.

DB: Well that's one place he should not be working in, and the centre should be notified immediately. How do you think the parents of the children in that daycare centre would feel about all of this. I am more than happy to contact the centre if anyone can give me the address.

UD: I was told this many years ago and was not given specific details. I don't know that he is still there. I read somewhere a few days ago that he is in back in Mayapur.

DD: Yes he was in Mayapur, I saw him at the airport on my way home. He has retired from work. I had absolutely no idea about all of his sickening behaviour and now feel really sorry for his gentle wife. This is awful.

GG: Oh yeah. This man is a pedophile. I got an idea! Let us send him to Mayapura. Then he can congregate at the pedophile's funhouse for children's clubhouse, and they can discuss strategy how to continue without being arrested.

UD: Shame on the Sydney temple authorities of that time who allowed him into our community. I was told he also abused an English devotee's very young child (baby) in NZ. But I only heard about this some time after the Sydney temple authorities had moved him into our apartment when he first moved over from NZ. My son was only three at the time. They then moved him in with another devotee family ... they also had a very young son.

NA: I spoke with my father about Vanamali today Gadadhara. He was the one who dragged V to the mtg with the TP at the time, and was witness to all the meetings. He said that both he & J wanted to call the police, but ultimately the decision was made by the parents of the kids involved. Vanamali admitted to the abuse but didn't apologise or face criminal charges for crimes once. If you ever wanted more info, my father would have it.

AD: Parents not calling the police, so he can be moved to another location and start his business again. Terrible idea!

PA: When you look at him, he appears like a saintly person, with a soft demeanour. Who would have thought, if they weren't told... sick to the bones. I did like his wife, she was kind and devoted to Krsna. We did kirtan together. What a Karma to have such a husband.

THE ABHORRENT CONDUCT OF ANUTTAMA DAS

Lately, we have all heard of what can only be decribed as ISKCON'S atrocious industrial scale child abuse program and its consequent well planed cover up scenarios.

We were all subjected to painful, disingenuous, crocodile tear apology letters by the leaders who got exposed in this all pervasive cover up program, proclaiming their ignorance and innocence. Promising that from now on they will all do better.
Well, sadly even after all the latest sickening expose's and empty promises, their devious covert actions behind the scenes continue.

The latest individual is crooked, consummate ISKCON politician Anuttama das.
Recently there were NEW testimonies of numerous girls detailing Sri Radhe dd abuse, submitted to CPO.

For some strange reason, Anuttama das decided that it was a good idea to personally interfere with the case and side with the accused. Due to his sentimental personal relationship with Sri Radhe and her husband Madhava Gauranga he is doing everything in his power to help the accused party.

I was told that privately, he is being encouraged by other supporters of Sri Radhe in ISKCON high places to stop a new investigation.

We also know that Bhakti Purushottam Swami is currently touring America.
After reviewing all the available information, the devotees from the local CPT team in Philadelphia decided to cancel BPS's visit to their temple. Yet again the same arrogant Anuttama stepped in mis-using his authority and instructed them to allow him visit.

With regards to BPS the fact is, that there are serious and credible allegations of sexual abuse and financial misconduct. Until and unless these allegations are thoroughly investigated by a credible, and qualified team, that can either confirm or put them to rest, his name will remain tainted. Devotees are feeling uneasy about associating with him and attending his programs.

ISKCON is calming and proclaiming that its leaders do not meddle in CPO activities and How CPO is completely independent to freely investigate all abuse claims perpetrated in ISKCON. Yet here they are doing it all over again.
These are not Anuttama's first and only times that he is putting his creepy fingers to tip the scale of justice. He did it with Gauri's and Laxmimoni cases as well. These cases are the ones we know about, yet how many more are there that we don't know of, one can only wonder.

I'm writing this letter in hopes that ISKCON devotee community at large will contact Anuttama das and other ISKCON leaders, demanding that Anuttama ceases and desists with this dirty meddling in CPO affairs.

Let us make sure the CPO is truly able to investigate all allegations of abuse, freely, without coercion and intimidation by the hands of nefarious individuals within ISKCON authority, like Anuttama.

Let us make sure that innocent victims, like the victims of Sri Radhe, get the justice that they truly deserve.
