PADA: Thanks for the link S Dasi. Yes, I like and encourage these efforts. I think Maddy made a video about the ISKCON children being "burnt ladhu," which means he understands the suffering of the victims. I am not so sure he understands who orchestrated all this suffering?
I also understand he has a form of cancer, which in my opinion shows a level of stress going on within him. Devotees are the last group that should be experiencing fatal ailments, especially when they have not even reached 60 years old. Something is off. Not facing what is off is making things worse in my opinion.
Maddy's mom is making a Trauma and Grief program, which is really doing nothing for the hundreds of ex-kulis living around here in California. It is not really helping victims either, unless it identifies who caused the trauma.
OK! Her GBC pals caused the trauma, and unless she points that out she is making the victims feel like they are "getting their karma." Notice how she has a distressed child in her flyer. Yep, telling children to worship pedophiles as their messiahs is going to cause trauma, but she is not clearing that up. So that perpetuates the trauma.
Anyway, things are moving along, with or without anyone's help. People are waking up every day spontaneously. One woman just wrote to tell me she is reading my stuff and has realized, she is just going to worship Srila Prabhupada. Yep, one brick at a time eventually --makes a building.
