PADA: Here is one of the results of promoting bad people as gurus, the followers often get into a state of shock and denial when the truth is eventually exposed. Then a lot of those cheated people, or even most of them, leave ISKCON. This creates a constant manpower and resources shortage. ISKCON leaders often complain there is a lack of people, money and resources, meanwhile they are creating a situation that drains 90% of the citizens, and their resources, out of the society. 

Meanwhile, thousands of the cheated people are blocked from going back to Krishna by worshiping deviants as their gurus. It is a win win for -- Beelzebub. ys pd

Prabhu, I have been praying for many years on this one. Let me share my complete story with you. I have already expressed this story in pieces, as comments, on different posts. In 1999, I was serving Indradyumna swami. SR was around 13 or 14 years old at that time. 

He was concerned about having a teenage girl hanging around his room. He asked me to speak to her, that it was ok that she could hang around as a kid but that it was not ok to hang around as a teenager. And to explain to her that as a sannyasi, he had to be careful in his dealings with females. 

So, I did that. I had the conversation with her and assumed that everything would be fine. Then, she wrote a letter to him. I don't know what she said, but suddenly she was included everywhere with him. And, then all the crazy behavior started. I bought a cellphone at that time and lent it to him to use for his service. 

He called me in, to tell me that he wanted to give it to her. I didn't protest and so, he did. That cellphone was how he was personally keeping in touch with SR all those years ago and continuing that inappropriate relationship. His questionable relationship with her included hugging her behind closed doors in his room, showering her with gifts, buying her airtickets to Poland (so that she could hang with him), etc. [It may have been more than hugging.] 

At the Woodstock festival that year, he had his head in her lap out in the field, as he watched the tents being erected. He extended her airticket, took her out shopping, etc. Whèn I questioned his relationship with her, he told me that I was just being envious. 

He told me that he had a dream of walking in Vrndavana and a sadhu came up to him and said to him that Sri Radhe was a very special soul. I wrote him a letter (calling him out about his relationship with Sri Radhe) and he said that it was the heaviest letter that he had ever received from a disciple. Of course, he dismissed it, wrote me off, ignored me and continued with his improprieties. I stopped speaking to him for 3 years.

Back in 2000 or 2001, Sri Radhe was in India. BB Govinda Swami bought her an airticket to join the swami's in Russia. She was hanging out with him, Indradyumna swami and Bhakti Vidya Purna swami. They celebrated her birthday together and they all gave her gold jewelry as presents. Later, as we all know, SR came to Mayapura and became involved with AV and the girl's gurukula. [And she became a big problem with her mistreating students herself].

SR Dasi: GBC logic: Should we take full accountabilty for our enabling child abuse? It requires further discussion and meetings … Should we allow vaishnavis to act as diksa gurus? It again requires further discussion … Should we allow known child - abusers to serve as gurus and leaders? Absolutely!

Anon: After slightly revealing the tip of the iceberg with the child abusers cases, are we going to reveal the root cause of corruption in the sacred place of Mayapur? After the cost of silence, we will have the key to the silence: what is the big fear behind this big omerta? 

Guess what ... once upon a time .... a man coming from a very rich family promised to pay for the construction of a very big Palace, but he put one condition: his dedication to have another man maintained in a high position. Apparently, even if this man reveals to be a serial sexual predator. 

All the princes there, direct sons of the original king, were perfectly aware and ALL have duly accepted to silence this truth. Money is the honey. The king, once poisoned by the sons, was minimised by the plotters, desirous to sit themselves on the king's golden throne and very soon the rules established by the king were changed.

Now imagine if, at the very moment this case will be publicly exposed & proved, ... pchht ... the money flood will be gone. Big blue Palace will not be completed. Much more profitable to squeeze the truth under the carpet. Hopefully, Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Thakur's advice to better sell the marble of temples than losing the essence of preaching spirit will come back.

So ruin is what awaits if we continue to collectively accept, cover up, and silence these real facts. This is not a fairy tale, this is a nightmare.

PADA: More and more and more people are saying the GBC's guru operation has been their worst nightmare. Not a coincidence. They have been a nightmare for PADA's editor as well.

Yep, the big elephant in the room is -- lots of compromises were made to keep the money coming in. Meanwhile, the Jayapataka people complained to me that I have cost the GBC $100,000,000 by helping different lawsuits. OK but if they had spent $100,000,000 on the TVOP, it would have been completed 15 years ago. If they had spent $100,000,000 on taking care of kids, none of their abuse issues would have arisen. 

They wanted money for the building, but they also wanted money for their numerous expensive legal adventures, which made them even more dependent on their few rich donors. Never mind they wanted money for their Saudi Prince lifestyles. 

That is also what some Lokanath supporters confided to my friend in Vrndavana. Lokanath has some big life member donors. Thus they cannot get rid of him, or he might walk away from ISKCON, and become an independent guru, and take his big donors with him. 

In other words, there is a reason for the omerta code, almost no one can speak out, because then the cash cow runs out of milk. And then, who will pay for my new Apple Air laptop and my travel expenses? We keep wondering why they have kept Indradyumna, BB Govinda, Porno swami Gunagrahi, Dhanurdar, Bhavananda, Lokanath, Bhakti Vidya Purna, Satadhanya, Nitai Chand, Naresh, and the whole gang over there, and this has it pretty much pegged, it is all about keeping the financial empire afloat because many of these gurus are living like Saudi Princes and it costs a lot to maintain all that. The building is just a means of advertising for collecting cash. ys pd

PADA: There was already "GBC zonal wars" going on way before 1978. I remember when Hansadutta called the UK police and told them that two GBC who were coming to UK were importing heroin. So when those two GBC guys landed at Heathrow, they got strip searched and had all sorts of hassles getting in. That is because Hansadutta did not want anyone to come to "his zone" and monitor his activities. I remember Hansadutta laughing his socks off when he found out they had been strip searched. Then some of Bhagavan's men were injured in a car crash in UK and Hansadutta said they were here "stealing and collecting money from my zone" so he would not send any UK devotees to come to help them when they got into the hospital. 

So Bhagavan had to send people all the way from France to attend to those people. I remember Bhagavan angrily saying, these people could have died and you would not have bothered to help even then. Then there was Kirtanananda's men putting sugar in the gas tanks of other "zones" samkirtan collecting vans. And I could go on here for 700 more pages, but -- could these people have catapulted from fighting like cats and dogs to being "residents of Krishna loka" in a few months? Nope. I don't know why so many people thought they had magically transformed into saints, but I was not buying it at all. And so I told them, my kids would not ever worship ANY of you or attend ANY of your schools, you are conditioned souls, and not well behaved ones at that. 

My kids still thank me for not allowing them to get involved with these folks and their so-called schools. I think that the first problem was, parents told their kids these guys are the 11 pure devotees, and you have to go to their schools and worship them, and that was mistake no. 1. I tried my best to warn people, but they just could not accept that I was right and the GBC were wrong. And the reason I was right is because, if there was one thing Srila Prabhupada had said about five thousand five hundred times it was -- conditioned souls are not, were not, could not have been gurus. OK therefore, don't tell your kids to worship any, and for sure, don't send your kids to their domain, it is all based on false platform. ys pd

Child Abuse in Ireland Still Unresolved

Dear readers: I have an urgent concern I need dealt with publicly. I have tried to resolve issues with Pragosa dasa (GBC) and Manu dasa (local Temple President) directly, but I got nowhere. I know Pragosa will not publish it on Dandavats because it will compromise him in many ways, so I have no other choice than to beg you to consider this submission.

Everything I say is verifiable by ISKCON CPO and Northern Irish police as well as Southern. Local devotees are somewhat informed about the whole thing also, through mainly my initiative. Especially aware are the parents of the child molested in 2004. 

That happened as a consequence of a case of 2002 being covered up for by the local ISKCON authorities (mainly Manu and Pragosa prabhus). In both cases the perpetrator was the same, a Bengali person named Madan Mohan das. He was allowed to remain in the Irish Yatra after the first crime of 2002 was committed because he was a valuable resource (very, very cheap labour by Irish standards), only to cause more hurt to more children. 

One of these I can prove for certain and possibly more, including my own son. Lately he was spotted in Mayapur where he will most likely commit more crimes. All because of blatant negligence of people in power. It seems like history is repeating again.

JJ: Oh yeah like Mayapur is monitoring the molesters.

[PADA: Panca-Tattva said he might have to go to the media to resolve this. Why do so many people think the only way to resolve things is public expose?

Yep, there are a lot of "devotees" who wanted PADA to be taken off the internet, or even, taken out of my body. Why? We are exposing their regime, and the results of their regime. Unfortunately, we householders were driven out to make room for a lot of very sadistic and abusing people. ys pd

Someone who I thought was my friend asked me to delete comments made about her guru, Dhanurdhara Swami, by his victims, in relation to his history of child abuse. When I refused, she told me our friendship was “in the trash” and deleted me and my husband as friends. Her disregard and lack of compassion for what the victims, my friends, experienced as young boys, saddens me deeply.

For the record, I WILL NOT SILENCE THE VICTIMS. Here are a few testimonials of what the young boys endured while under the care of Dhanurdhara Swami:

1. A das gives extensive testimony of physical and emotional abuse as well as neglect. This was corroborated by other witnesses.

2. AV das was told to rewrite letters before he could send them and his mail was censored. DDS beat him up, calling him a monkey from the jungles of Africa. He was racially humiliated. Hiding and changing letters was done to keep parents in the dark about their children's welfare.

3. B das told of mail censoring, and DDS ignoring complaints of sexual abuse.

4. B2 das states that DDS hit him bad enough to leave big welts and bruises.

5. BR das describes severe physical abuses by others in the school that DDS clearly knew about and did nothing about, and in fact condoned.

6. BV das describes beatings by DDS, to himself and others, and mail censoring. Other students verify the beatings to BV das, including for not dancing at arati.

7. CM das reports failure to protect students from beatings, and failure to protect him when he reported sexual abuse from another teacher.

8. D das – Describes physical abuse by DDS. Describes failure to protect from abuse and mail censoring. Intimidated to not tell anyone of beatings. He was beaten badly with a tree branch by DDS.

9. DD das reports some of the most severe personal abuse directly from DDS. “…continuous punching, like a bunch of times and slaps and ear pulls, and all of that. That was one of his things. To bring kids into the room and pound them for a while… I guess I was like a punching bag for him. DDS continually punched me in the stomach several times. 

I felt like a was a research animal. The humiliation and mental torture were worse than the physical. Ear pulling and slapping was on a daily basis. Punching in the stomach was something new and different. DDS also took his money from home, but called his mother a demon, Also relates story of DDS throwing L das out of a second story window in Dallas.

10. D2 das describes DDS out of control ear slapping and emotional abuse during line-ups. Describes mail censoring and psychological abuse.

11. D3 das “The worst thing that DDS did to me was in assembly. He would twist my ear and then he’d slap both my ears. My ears would ring for a week." 

Psychological abuse. "DDS tried to get me to not tell my father.”

12. D4 das describes medical neglect, being hungry all the time, and DDS’s failure to protect from physical abuse.

13. D5 das Describes medical neglect on part of DDS, in that DDS would get upset if others tried to help him if he were sick. Also describes psychological abuse and mail censoring.

14. GV das “DDS was the head acarya of hitting. He was not in control of his anger. DDS used to have a wall of different sized canes, and he would let the kids choose the cane. He used to smack kids on the ears. There was dried blood on my ears from it being pulled so hard.”

15. G das saw J’s bruises after DDS beat up J for the fire bomb incident. Gives detailed descriptions of food deprivation, including skipping meals if they missed part of the morning program. Told DDS about sexual abuse, and DDS did nothing, but chastised G.

16. J das Talks about DDS beating him for 5 to 10 minutes after fire bomb incident. The beating left marks. Lots of corroboration for this incident from other witnesses. DDS admits to this.

17. K das Reports DDS slapping him hard enough to knock him to the floor. “This was a normal occurrence for me.” Also describes emotional abuse and mail censoring. Also failure to protect from physical and sexual abuse.

18. KJ das Witnessed DDS savagely beating AV. DDS also beat KJ, while falsely accusing him of stealing comics.

19. KA das reports racial slurs and beating by DDS. S das witnessed DDS beating KA.

20. KC das describes medical neglect.

21. K2 das “ My dad sent a check. DDS yelled at me. He hit me for the check until I gave it to him. Witnessed beating of others, including AV. Not enough clothing. Describes atmosphere of pervasive violence and intimidation. “ I saw B beaten.. .You became immune to the violence it was so common place You got hit if your arms weren’t up dancing in Mangal arati. Describes medical neglect, bad food, mail censoring, and inadequate education.

22. LM das Describes DDS beating J after fire bomb incident. Aslo claims DDS knew of N abusing boys and did nothing. Medical neglect toward KA, almost causing death.

23. LS das Describes medical and other neglect.

24. L das “ I was tossed out of the second floor sanctuary window by DDS in Dallas. I remember hitting the ground. DDS never showed any concern for injuries.” This is confirmed by S das and DD das. Described children punished if they didn’t dance. Also meal deprivation as punishment, bad food, and mail censoring.

“I’ve been hit by every gurukula teacher at least 100 times, including DDS, Raghunatha, and Manihara, and Niragadeva (all have been found guilty by the CPO of child abuse). Describes being tied up and left in a room for 7 days. “On a daily basis you stood in assembly and with your hands behind your back you got several slaps to the face. Described that DDS and Manihara did the slapping. 

“My ears, the ears of my friends, they bled every day. We were pulled off the ground by our ears. Some kids were almost ripped off. All the teachers did it, including DDS. DDS said directly to me that if I didn’t keep quiet I would be dealt with accordingly. I did not disclose the abuse because I feared for my life…” He had bruises and welts, “every day of my life in Vrndavana.”

25. M das Describes morning line-up routine, including DDS ear twisting, ear slapping, and supporting and overseeing the physical and emotional abuse perpetrated by Raghunatha and Niragadeva. DDS knew of severe abuse on his brother. Describes medical neglect, bad food, and lack of cleanliness. Witnessed several brutal beatings done personally by DDS. DDS also watched as other teachers “brutally punched and beat children.”

26. R das Describes DDS laughing after seeing him badly bruised from a beating by Raghunatha. He “blew it off” when he told about DD being severely beaten. Reports that V told DDS about being sexual abused by Ananta Rupa, and DDS slapped him for saying such a thing. Describes psychological terrorizing, being locked in bathrooms for long periods of time.

27. S das Witnessed DDS beating several students, (lists several names). Describes beatings, says that children would have broken lips, black eyes, as a result of DDS’s beatings. “Marks sometimes lasted for weeks.”

28. S2 das Reports he was terrible medically neglected. “I had jaundice and typhoid and wasn’t taken to a hospital for a month. They, DDS, kept me in a room by myself where I was hallucinating and screaming. Describes tactics of intimidation by DDS, including that DDS threatened his life if he told about abuse. He also saw L being thrown out of second story window by DDS.

29. J2 das “DDS beat me senseless numerous times for the smallest things.

30. JG das DDS was strict, easily annoyed, and I remember him hitting boys.

31. M2 das witnessed beating by DDS, and DDS’s failure to protect from others beatings.

[PADA: And PADA was the problem the whole time, for objecting to child abuse? Really. And why did nearly none of the parents sue, protest in front of the temple, call the cops, go to the media, inform the other parents, or anything? That enabled the process to continue. ys pd angel108b@yahoo.com]
