[PADA: OK HG Nrsimha Kavaca Prabhu is part of the ISKCON deity worship ministry. Some years ago, various temples were told to make offerings to Krishna first, just in case your GBC guru is falling down, at least Krishna gets the offering first. The order of deity worship was thus reversed, at least in some ISKCON locations. If we are not mistaken, this was a process created by Basu Ghosh and Gaura Keshava prabhus. Not everyone was happy with this modification, and so some people liked it and some did not.
Thus! From what we understood, some temples adopted the reverse order process and some did not. In any case, suppose they offer to the guru first, and the local guru is a person who likes to bury porno swamis, sexual predators and other deviants in the dham? What is the value of offering to that person first anyway? Worse, what if the local guru is engaged in illicit sex, watching porno, taking intoxicants and so forth, which has happened in their guru sabha? What good is offering anything to such a deviant?
Its evident that HG Nrsimha Kavaca prabhu is a big fan of Radhanath swami, ooops, the person who likes to bury deviants in the dham. So I have no idea what his actual deity standards really are at this point, but for sure, people are STILL offering bhogha, disciples, guru daksine, money etc. to the GBC's conditioned soul gurus, because there are many examples of that going on currently in ISKCON.
None of this was ever authorized by Srila Prabhupada. Nor are the newly styled ISKCON yoga classes and so on authorized by Srila Prabhupada and so on. Anyway, this fellow is apparently having some serious health issues, maybe that will inspire him to re-think all these changed up processes.

Vincent James Fiorentino to Nrsimha Kavaca Dasa
Prabhu, a discussion has opened up in the Prabhupada disciple conference about why are we offering to Krsna first in arati when Prabhupada's many letters always say the opposite. I am sure you have been asked this many times and you must have something you can send to me to post in the Sanga.
--------------------
Nrsimha Kavaca Dasa: I can guess where this is coming from. Offering the item to Krsna is not promoted by ISKCON Deity Worship Ministry. Srila Prabhupada wrote to Giriraja Maharaja and told him clearly the item is offered to the spiritual master first. This is our understanding. Can you ask the devotee who is promoting this false idea to please read our publications and see what it is we are teaching.
Your servant,
Nrsimha Kavaca dasa
