The Pursuit of ISKCON Child Abusers (Mayesvara vs PADA) pt.2

Why Isn't Mayesvara Cleaning This Up?

In Pursuit of ISKCON Child Abusers c/o mayesvara dasa March 20, 2023 Page 2.

These organizations and many others like them are working to address the issue of child abuse in third world countries. They do this by providing a range of support services, including education, counseling, legal assistance, and advocacy for policy and legal reforms. Unlike rape, that has often been swept aside by primitive cultural traditions, every mother is biologically wired with the natural instinct to protect their children. This raises the natural support child protection will get in any community when people are given a chance to connect with these groups. These are the groups those seeking justice for abused children need to be working closely with.

[PADA: Except in ISKCON, any individual or group that exposes the mass molesting is banned, beaten, sued and maybe killed. We are not welcome here, period.]

2nd Apprehending the Child Abuser

The second aspect of the child protection agenda is that those who commit such offences should be apprehended and punished accordingly. The fact that has not always been the case in the past is why so many are now upset about what is happening today. It is also important to make the distinction between the
behavior of the guilty individuals and the institution. ISKCON must not become entangled in the bad behavior of those who cannot control themselves but this has not been the case. Consequently, there has been a lot of ugly allegations and finger-pointing about those the public feels should have taken action as the atrocities Vedasara reports about occurred. Now child abuse in ISKCON has become a crisis and understandably, the public is outraged.

[PADA: Well yeah. A society that bans, beats, sues and kills people who expose molesting will eventually end up on the bad side of public opinion, if not legal court opinion. Adding more to the outrage is that a group of ISKCON ilk citizens that is trying to expose the worship of molesters is being attacked, and the leaders of a child welfare process are being sued, which means ISKCON is still attacking anyone who exposes molesting issues. In sum ISKCON is not adapting to the mood of the complainants, rather it is still trying to shut down complainants.]

3rd Preventing Lynch Mob Hysteria

The third leg of the child abuse allegations that must be carefully managed is the easiest to overlook and lose control of. The idea of abusing an innocent child is so disturbing; the frenzy which occurs around it can lead to equally tragic consequences similar to the hysteria that occurred in the 1690’s historic Salem
witch hunt. At that time such an outrage gripped the community, 200 people were arrested and 20 people died due to the overwhelming fears expressed by the general public.

[PADA: And ISKCON folks are pouring petrol on the mob hysteria against the leaders, by confronting, harassing, and even suing the people in charge of a child welfare oversight process. And that does not mention the threats of violence they are receiving.

Unless ISKCON treats other human beings as human beings, they will not get the respect of other human beings. Sulochana said the GBC program is "hunting us like dogs to kill us." People who attack Vaishnavas, or who hunt Vaishnavas like dogs, are never going to be respected in human society or Vaishnava society.

And the SAME leaders of the molester messiah's program and process -- like for example Jayapataka -- are still the leaders now. The public wants to know, when are these corrupt leaders going to be removed after all the damage they have done to others, especially children?]

Early Prosecuted Child Abuse Case 1984

Before I elaborate on that, let me begin by sharing one of the earliest cases where a confirmed child abuser in ISKCON was successfully prosecuted and punished. It occurred circa 1984 at the Los Angeles devotee nursery school. Children returned home and reported to their parents that the man who was trusted to supervise them was violating their private parts. When it was brought to the attention of the local temple management, the appropriate law authorities were immediately called in. Within weeks he was convicted
of child abuse and sent to jail. This was the proper response. It was quick, and it took the whole problem of determining the validity of the abuse out of the hands of inexperienced devotee management.

It also eliminated the chance for vindictive people to allege a coverup or political Quid-pro-quo among the privileged leadership class. There was no dispute about how justice was served and this early case provides an excellent model for how to resolve similar atrocities when they come up.

[PADA: But that is a rare case and almost never happens in other cases. However, that does show that people knew all along what would be the proper response, they just did not do it.]

The Cost of Silence Impact

On August 22, 2015, after seeing Sanaka Rsi’s film: “The Cost of Silence” I sent him a five-page letter clearly indicating how much I supported his efforts to protect children from child abuse. Recalling the 1984 incident in Los Angeles, I encouraged him to establish a system to help expedite who those who were victimized by child abusers to immediately find the help they needed so justice could be quickly served.

"So the reason why I am writing is to advise you to not waste your time expecting the GBC to provide you the type of transparency and authority the CPS office must have to be effective. That just isn’t going to happen. Maybe in 500 years from now it MIGHT happen, but not for a long time considering how intertwined the pool of perks is between the power brokers and decision makers.

It seemed to me that ISKCON should have simply turned over all those who were accused of child abuse to the local authorities and let the legal system do the discover and pursuit of evidence to punish those who were the wrong doers. To the best of my knowledge Srila Prabhupada never advised any of his disciples to think they could act with impunity in regards to the local laws and he clearly agreed that those who did wrong should be punished for their nonsense."

[PADA: OK so Mayesvara's gurus are intertwined in the pool of perks (i.e. ISKCON's money) and sharing these perks is a corrupt arrangement between the power brokers and decision makers. Ok they are not gurus, they are a corrupt cabal that is fleecing ISKCON for perks and personal gains. And that is evidently why they do not care about the welfare of the citizens ... or the children etc. ... they are self serving criminals posing as acharyas. Yep!

And this explains the current "witch hunt" mood against the ISKCON leaders, and their sycophants. People do not want to wait for "maybe 500 years and it might happen." They have their own kids NOW and they want to insure the safety of their own kids NOW, and other people's kids NOW.

And they want to see ISKCON have some sort of basic sane and moral public image ... so it can help them and others come to God consciousness NOW. We should not sit back and allow the world to go to hell in a handbasket for the next 500 years, so a teeny corrupt cabal can hi-jack the ISKCON society for personal perks and gains. And if we allow them to do that, we are implicated by a conspiracy of silence with them.

  1. M Dasi: Mayesvara's plan is -- let the corrupt GBC go on forever, because it cannot and will not be fixed even in 500 years. That means his plan is what? To keep accepting the status quo.

Haven't we had enough trouble already from the status quo? I do not see why he would object to us ... the "angry mob" ... and say that nothing will change in 500 years, or more than that. We should sit back and get beat up and do nothing ... forever?

He wonders why there is an angry mob, but when he says ... it is not ever going to change forever even in 500 years, he is inciting the mob.

And now we know why these troubles keep going on ... he defends the GBC ... at the same time he admits they are a personal profit and adoration society ... that is simply milking ISKCON to death. And siphoning money and perks ... and bankrupting ISKCON in the process This sounds like ... insanity? Or is it just me?

You can't fix it even in 500 years, so roll over so we can beat you up on the other side. Where does ISKCON find these brilliant minds?

  2. SD Dasi: What a wonderful future ISKCON has! The perks and perfidy society ... from hell ... will still be here ... 500 years from now. Or longer! There is no rush to fix it. Meanwhile ... victim children have been depressed, suffering PTSD, and some are taking their own lives. Some are getting fatal cancer.

But there is no rush to try to rectify their problems, nor will there be, even 500 years from now. In other words ... tough luck Bubba. Suck it up! It is your karma. People have to die so we can get our perks?

I am feeling too much mercy from these fellows ... because at least now we know how they think. All glories to the perks and perfidy society that will be here in 500 years. That is what the world always needed.

Someone said ISKCON is like a leaking row boat with a small hole leaking in water. Someone else said, that hole in the row boat is not small, it is big enough to drive a bus through. I don't think those people want to wait for 500 years to start to deal with the hole in the boat.

Yeah Mayesvara, people who see Dhanurdar or his books sometimes want to go home and take their lives. Is that one of your priorities, to remove his influence and books from ISKCON? I don't see you even mentioning how you will combat that problem.

Oh never mind ... you will have to come back here and live in your own perks and perfidy society in 500 years, then you might start to take these problems seriously.
