members,

Please accept my humble obeisances!

All glories to Srila Prabhupada!


*It’s Srila Prabhupad’s 125th Birth Anniversary this year and what occurs as a major concern today is “Are we going to present a divided ISKCON as an offering to Srila Prabhupada this year?". I request our esteemed GBC body to kindly please consider this! ISKCON is currently facing internal threats. It is the need of the hour to understand this threat and act accordingly well in advance before we fall victim to this threat.*

[PADA: Why would we want people to unite under the principle that Krishna's "shaksat hari tvena" guru successors are often deviants, pedophiles and / or illicit sex predators? And who wants their children to worship a pedophile guru succession, at all? Yes, ISKCON needs to split, we need the bona fide people who worship the acharya on one side, and Lokanath and his illicit sex with men, women and children "guru parampara" out and removed, and maybe sued for ruining the society.]

"I am writing to you as a former student of Vrindavan Gurukul and I come from the family of H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj. To specify my exact relation, he is my Great Uncle (I am his eldest brother’s daughter’s son). 

Since my childhood, I have had the great fortune of associating closely with H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj. He has been more than a Great Uncle to me. He has always guided me in my spiritual journey. Due to the mercy of H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj, I was admitted to the Vrindavan Gurukul from 2001 to 2007. I also got the opportunity to serve H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj during vacations on and off, along with the personal servants of Maharaj. The amount of dedication with which H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj has served ISKCON, I have never seen such dedication in anyone else.

[PADA: Right, he is dedicated to the program that bans, beats, molests, sues and kills Vaishnavas, why is that "good preaching"? And anyone who enables that process is implicated.]

My batch in the Gurukul was trained by HG Vinod Bihari Prabhuji. While we were in the Gurukul, our Principal HG Ananda Vrindavaneshwari Mataji and HG Braj Bihari Prabhuji arranged direct interactions among students and senior disciples of Srila Prabhupada such as Mr. Peter Burwash, HH Badri Narayan Swami Maharaj, HG Sesa Prabhuji and many others, who shared their personal interactions with Srila Prabhupada. I also feel blessed to get the association of H.H. BB Govind Swami Maharaj while we were in the Gurukul.

[PADA: Right, BB Govinda Maharaja wanted his pornography swami pal Gunagrahi to be buried in a samadhi in the dham. So they want the children of the world to think that God's successors are often pedophiles, porno swamis etc. Why is Lokanath's program burying deviants in samadhis in the dham, and declaring said deviants are "in samadhi with Krishna"? Even some of PADA's Brijabasi friends are horrified that ISKCON is burying deviants in the dham, but they fear speaking out against Lokanath's violent pedophile guru cult, because they are aware this is a dangerous MAFIA program.]

Through them we came to know more about Prabhupada and could personally learn from them. Those interactions had such a great impact on me that it has left deep imprints in my heart of Srila Prabhupada which cannot be erased for the rest of my life. All this is important to mention, as this was possible only because of H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj who gave Srila
Prabhupada to me and many others like me. 

Without him it would not have been possible for me to join Vrindavan Gurukul. There is a big question which devotees always quote “What would have happened if Srila Prabhupada would not have come to save us?”. For the second generation devotee like me the bigger question is that “What would have happened to us if H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj would not have come to give us Srila Prabhupada and
of course other disciples of Srila Prabhupada.

[PADA: But Srila Prabhupada does not teach us that acharyas are often illicit sex deivants. They are not giving us actual Srila Prabhupada's teachings.]

From the last 25 years, I have been one of the eye witnesses to the tireless services which H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj has provided to ISKCON. Since I heard about the ICPO’s decision to put a ban on Maharaj, it gives me a lot of pain particularly since I have seen what it takes to become a loyal disciple of Srila Prabhupada. Whatever spiritual growth which I have today is because of H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj and there are thousands and thousands of such devotees. I owe my whole life to Maharaj.

[PADA: Why would a "loyal disciple of Prabhupada" help make illicit sex with men, women and children, if not sex with cats, the guru succession from Krishna and SRILA PRABHUPADA?] 

This present situation makes it evident that Maharaj is fully surrendered to ISKCON and Srila Prabhupada as Maharaj is obeying all the orders of authorities without any retaliation *Just like a humble blade of grass (trinad api sunicena)*. The accuser is busy posting nasty comments on social media about Maharaj. Whereas, H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj is busy following the instructions of Srila Prabhupada by spreading the glories of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu by:

[PADA: Where does Mahaprabhu say He wants us to be making children worship an illicit sex with men, women, and children -- and maybe cats -- guru sampradaya FROM KRISHNA, and telling people this is Krishna's guru succession?]

Organizing Japa Talks every single day,

Holding virtual Ekadashi Kirtans,

Contributing to a successful WORLD HOLYNAME WEEK every year,

Making sure that Padayatras are running smoothly and effectively,

Providing Counselling to each and every temple he is invited to

And many other sevas like writing transcendental books, imparting the wide knowledge of Sanskrit that he has with everyone etc.

This makes it clear that H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj is nothing but a strong, sincere and ardent disciple of Srila Prabhupada.

[PADA: Because he is a sincere member of the anal reconstructive surgery epidemic of children guru process?]

Being a tiny little particle of this huge ISKCON fraternity, I believe it is my duty to bring to your attention the important role H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj is playing in ISKCON and how he is positively impacting the lives of thousands of aspiring devotees and his followers.

*About the ban:*

After the incident which occurred some 30 odd years ago there has been nothing against H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj. Maharaj has always been hard working, sincere, austere, dedicated, and surrendered towards Srila Prabhupada and his Mission.

[PADA: By having sincere and humble Vaishnavas banned, beaten, molested, sued and assassinated? And by so doing -- going eventually into the stone rollers on Yamaraja's planet, and taking others with him there?]

GBC has dealt with this issue in 1993 and 2010. Both the times after considering the facts of the case, GBC has allowed H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj to continue his countless services. This was GBC’s decision both times.

[PADA: A GBC that promotes the worship of pedophiles, and buries pedophiles and -- sex with cats (?) -- in Vrndavan samadhi, has ruled in favor of Lokanath. Swell.]

Now again just because someone has dumped something on the social media, putting a ban on Maharaj for the 3rdtime, after he was relieved by our esteemed GBC earlier twice and that too for the same reason. There is no new evidence which is provided against Maharaj. Then on what basis Maharaj is banned again? Or was it banned in 2010?

This act of putting a ban on Maharaj again raises serious concern about the competency of our esteemed GBC body. Putting a ban on Maharaj again and again in this manner, after he was relieved of all the exaggerated accusations, will it not raise a doubt in the minds of followers of H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj about the GBC’s Integrity as well?

[PADA: Lokanath's program has ruined the lives of countless children, including now a mother is having to go to the police because her ex-kuli son is a threatening violent drunk. And he -- and a number of other ex-ISKCON kids -- are violent drunks -- or worse are dead from suicide, because Lokanatha's program produces this type of result when it is in charge of various children. 

Lokanath's program produced these frustrated and alienated children, of which there are many just here in the San Francisco area, who totally avoid ISKCON like it is poison, because for them -- it is poison.]

Instead of putting a ban on Maharaj again, this time GBC could have gone over this case discreetly without disturbing Maharaj and any of his services and if they find some new conclusive evidence which brings question of doubt on their earlier decision (of relieving H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj from exaggerated accusations and allowing Maharaj to continue with his services), the same should be dealt with in an appropriate manner. Until the authorities reach a unanimous conclusion about this issue, it is reasonable expectation from our esteemed GBC body that *do not Ban H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj, after he has been relieved on the earlier occasions. *I believe that there should be *consensus ad idem* between all the esteemed members of GBC before they reach any conclusion.

If GBC was to put a ban on Maharaj for the 3rd time for the same reason, after relieving Maharaj from the same on the earlier occasions, then clearly the principle of (*Audi Alteram Partem- in Latin)* should have been followed.

This act of putting a ban is not only hampering the growth and services of ISKCON but also causing disturbance to the emotional and mental state of H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj, a pure Vaishnava. It is also causing disturbance in the minds and hearts of thousands of followers of H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj.

*This is where the ISKCON Sannayasi Care Committee should step in.*

[PADA: There is no such thing as a deviating messiah fix-it program.]

ISKCON has grown over the decades. In the present time, it’s very easy to visit the temple and have sumptuous prasadam but we should not forget the sacrifices made by the devotees who have helped in laying the foundation, who have dedicated their entire life to Srila Prabhupada and ISKCON.

H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj is one of them, who have been recognized by Srila Prabhupada himself. Srila Prabhupada has expressed his last desire to go on Vraj Mandal Parikrama with our beloved H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj. Maharaj possesses an impeccable character.

For those who do not know, should read about the hardships which H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj has gone through while he was serving during his initial years of service in ISKCON. The book “Bombay is My Office” mentions his divine services to ISKCON.

Sometimes there was no sufficient prasadam for all the devotees and even the basic necessities were not available (Medical care, etc...) but still without caring for all those things, H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj served Srila Prabhupada and ISKCON. Currently Maharaj has been serving ISKCON for the past 49 years.

[PADA Yep, LNS has promoted his illicit sex messiahs program very nicely, and Yamaraja cannot wait to get his hands on these violent pedophile guru program's asuras.]

*I would like to share one of the instances from the initial years of H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj in ISKCON and about the hardships he faced**.*

This incident took place in Radha Ras Bihari, Juhu Temple (Mumbai).When H H
Lokanath Swami Maharaj was serving there, once his mother visited him and had stayed in the temple for some time. Maharaj was handling various services at that time (Book distribution, Sankirtan, Life Membership programs etc.) On one of the evenings after completing all the services, Maharaj arrived late for prasadam. He saw all the pots were empty. No Prasadam was left. Maharaj simply *wiped all the pots by his hand* and *whatever was accumulated was his dinner prasadam* for the day.

Maharaj’s mother saw all this. She felt sad and asked Maharaj (... ... .... ... ... ..?) My dear son Raghu was it sufficient? Upon this, Maharaj replied (.., ... .....

....... .. .... ... .... .. .... ..... ... ...*.) Mother, just by saying Hare Krishna my tummy gets filled, kindly please do not worry about me...* This incident still brings tears to my eyes.

[PADA: Which is why his program starved, beat, molested and violated thousands of children. While children were starving -- Lokanath's regime leaders were eating like fat hogs.]

From this we come to know that H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj has surrendered
himself to ISKCON and Srila Prabhupada from the very beginning. Without those sacrifices I would not have received Srila Prabhupada.

There are many such instances which are unknown to us.

How is putting a ban on H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj doing justice to him for the countless services he has provided to ISKCON and all the sacrifices he has made. *I strongly believe that our esteemed GBC body will bring justice to Maharaj and will not undermine our confidence in GBC.*

Thus, this ban should be removed immediately until the unanimous conclusive
decision is reached.

*There are huge variations in the testimony of the accuser from 1993 till
now.*

*Some of the variations in the testimony are:*

1. In 1993, the accuser reported not thinking anything of the harmonium
lessons while they occurred.

In 2010, the accuser wrote that she felt horrified and dirty during the
harmonium lessons.

2. In 1993, the accuser didn’t mention saying anything to HH Lokanath Swami
about his having touched her, while praising her harmonium playing (which
again, makes sense given that she hadn’t thought it was an issue). In 2010,
the accuser wrote that she protested his touch by saying “What are you
doing?”

3. In 1993, the accuser described the touch as being single contact, with
congratulatory purposes.

In 2010, she describes the touch as being much more extensive and
lascivious, by writing “He several times rubbed his hand up and down my
leg, inner leg, and out,” and she describes being extremely disturbed by it.

4. Changing the word from “lap” to “lap crotch” in her 2010 testimony.

*Motive of exaggerated accusations on Maharaj*:

I humbly request the esteemed GBC members to look at any other reasons and
possibilities for the false and exaggerated accusations made against H H
Lokanath Swami Maharaj and kindly consider the same. There could be a
possibility of any related party instances which may have provoked the
accuser to raise false propaganda. I urge the GBC members to please also
consider the aspect of how much respect does the accuser have for ISKCON
and how sincerely does the accuser follow Srila Prabhuapada. The Accused
may have evil intentions against Maharaj and ISKCON.

One of the posts of the accuser mentioned about the death of Maharaj . It clearly shows that the accuser is not in a sound mental state. Thus I request that all the help be provided to the accuser if she is willing to accept the same on a reasonable basis. A very big thank you to HG Basu Ghosh Prabhuji for giving a perfect reply to that comment.

Campaigners on the opposing side, many of them are making anti-ISKCON, anti-GBC and even anti-Srila Prabhupada remarks as well as making completely false accusations on devotees. So how can we trust what they say as reliable? Whatever is being said should be verified with conclusive evidence.

*Some of the facts which our Esteemed GBC body should consider before
reaching to any conclusion:*

1. Currently in India for any ISKCON programme, the number of attendees is
huge when H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj is present in that programme. People
desperately wait to hear Maharaj’s ecstatic kirtan.

2. Numerous new people have directly joined Brahmachari Ashram only by
hearing Maharaj’s lectures and kirtans. People consider Maharaj as an ideal
example. This is a continuous ongoing process.

3. By giving initiations H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj is expanding ISKCON.

4. Srila Prabhupada has mentioned How a Guru should be- H H Lokanath Swami
Maharaj possesses all those qualities which were mentioned by His Divine Grace Srila Prabhupada. In this 21st Century, people don’t take initiation blindly. There is an entire process set for that purpose. Thousands of devotees from reputed professions are convinced that they want to take initiation only from H H Loknath Swami Maharaj.

5. I would like to share one incident. There is a person who is in charge of 52 Airports across India. He came to know about ISKCON through H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj. After getting association of Maharaj and after hearing his lectures he was so impressed that he immediately took up Krishna Consciousness and conveyed his desire to take initiation only from H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj. This devotee currently serves all the other travelling devotees at the airport and takes care of all of their problems and complexities faced by them at the airport. There are various other similar examples. Who knows there will be many more incidents like this one in the coming years. The point which I want to make here is that  highly educated people who possess very high positions in government are getting connected with ISKCON because of H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj.

[PADA: What kind of educated person promotes an illicit sex with men, women and children as God's successors regime? Even the idiot class of homeless drunks here in USA know that God is pure, and illicit sex and / or pedophiles are not EVER in God's guru succession. You guys need to accept one of these drunks as your guru and make some advancement. No truly educated person accepts that pedophiles are -- or were -- part of a chain of God's guru succession, neither do the drunks.]

6. Most of us are aware about the anti-ISKCON groups which continuously keep on accusing almost all the Sannyasis of ISKCON for some or the other reason. If ICPO is going to listen to every accusation made by them, then it will eventually end up putting a ban on all the Sannyasis of ISKCON. Hence, the GBC should not put a ban until something is proven with conclusive evidence.

7. The ICPO has declared that they would remove Maharaj’s status as Initiating Spiritual master. This is impracticable. As indirectly they are asking Maharaj to stop all the services. Suppose if Maharaj is doing Kirtan or giving lectures then naturally people will feel inspired and would want to take initiation from Maharaj at some point of time. But if you put a ban on giving Initiation all those devotees would be discouraged from taking up Krishna Consciousness.

[PADA: A pedophile cannot initiate and absorb sins like Jesus, this is utter foolishness.]

8. Thousands of aspiring disciples from respected professions like Chartered Accountants, MBA graduates, Engineers etc. in ISKCON are aspiring to take initiation from H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj. Thus, putting a ban on Maharaj is a serious impediment to all those people who really want to grow in their spiritual lives under the direction of Maharaj. Even after becoming aware about the incident which took place some 30 plus years ago, myself and thousands of more devotees are waiting to take initiation only from H H Loknath Swami Maharaj.

[PADA: Thousands of people worship pedophiles, so what? Thousands of people also eat cows. So what?]

9. I would like to share my situation. I am sheltered under Maharaj. But more importantly I want to mention that my entire life I have seen only H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj as my spiritual master. His place in my heart cannot be replaced. Putting a ban on him has caused a blunder in my life. I cannot imagine my life without him. There are thousands who belong to reputed professions and only see H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj as their spiritual master. The decision of ban will cause a great disturbance in the hearts of thousands of people.

devotee must have only one initiating spiritual master because in the scriptures acceptance of more than one is always forbidden. There is no limit, however, to the number of instructing spiritual masters one may accept. Generally a spiritual master who constantly instructs a disciple in spiritual science becomes his initiating spiritual master later on.”*{ Śrī Caitanya–caritāmṛta Ādi–līlā 1.35 purport}

10. In one of the interactions with Disciples of Prabhupada while I was in the Gurukul, if I am not wrong it was Mr. Peter Burwash who had told us that Srila Prabhupada had once mentioned that *“I AM ISKCON”*. By putting a ban on H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj, it is like stopping the growth of ISKCON which means it is also in some way stopping the mission of Srila Prabhupada *.*

11. The incident which took place some 30 plus years ago was already dealt in a perfect manner by ISKCON GBC during 1993 by including a group of psychological experts who were Independent of ISKCON. And after considering all the facts of the case necessary steps were taken by our esteemed GBC body. H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj was then asked to continue with his full services from 1996. 

After that, no conclusive evidence had occurred about this case and no other incident had taken place. The question arises, on what basis in 2010 was Maharaj banned and again in 2021. It is important at this moment to leave the past behind and walk together like one big Prabhupada’s family. Isn’t this what Srila Prabhupada would have wanted if he was here with us? After 30 plus years of strong austerity by H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj from the point of incident, would Srila Prabhupada have asked H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj to stop all the services at this moment of time? (I mean after 30 years of strong austerity past that incident.)

[PADA: Yes, we should be inclusive, so we should have illicit sex with men, women, children -- and cats -- as the messiahs of ISKCON! How about making Jimmy Savile the patron saint of the society?]

* Will Srila Prabhupada be happy to see all this? It’s his 125th Birth Anniversary this year. Are we going to present a divided ISKCON as an offering to him this year? *

12. The democratic countries such as India, USA etc. provide freedom of speech. People can say whatever they want. This does not mean whatever they are saying or posting on social media is true. It doesn’t make sense to me as to how believing in social media allegations will help ISKCON grow? *It is rather leading to the partition of ISKCON!*

13. Campaigners on the opposing side, many of them are making anti-ISKCON, anti-GBC and even anti-Srila Prabhupada remarks as well as making completely false accusations on devotees. So how can we trust what they say as reliable? Whatever is being said should be verified with conclusive evidence.

14. The wholehearted dedication and the austere personality of H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj has earned him the title of “KUMBH Mela Mahant” on April 20, 2004 by Ujjain Kumbha Mela when All India Sadhu Samaj officially accepted him as a Mahanta (great saintly person) representing ISKCON.

[PADA: Many people in India worship all sorts of fools, cheaters and goof balls as their gurus, sadhus, saints, mahants, and even incarnations. They are the best of example of making fools into saints and avatars anywhere. Nothing to be proud of here. You guys need to go back to square one and figure out who is God and who is His successor.]

15. All the dedication, sacrifices, austerities performed by Maharaj towards ISKCON and Srila Prabhupada should please be considered.

16. Some of the most difficult services of ISKCON such as PADAYATRA and VRAJ MANDAL PARIKRAMA that too in the very harsh conditions of the Indian climate are carried out by H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj just to fulfill the desires of Srila Prabhupada. I humbly request you to kindly please do not ignore all of this.

17. In late 2018, Maharaj started daily zoom sessions well in advance before the pandemic situation, this shows his ability to adapt to new changing technology in the current 21st century and utilizing the same in Krishna’s Service.

18. I would like to bring to your attention that H H Loknath Swami Maharaj is currently 72 years old and I sincerely request that all of us should seek maximum benefit of his association, his role in expanding ISKCON, his ability to connect more people to ISKCON and his intelligence of utilizing everything in Krishna’s Service.

19. I might have missed on certain other significant aspects in support of H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj but I am sure others can add to it.

*I humbly request unto our esteemed **GBC body as founded by Srila Prabhupada*:

*The respect of H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj should kindly be reinstated across the fraternity of ISKCON.*

A final end to this case along with an assurance that *it will not be reopened in the future.*

I wish to convey to you that I continue to trust H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj as a Bonafide Guru and I aspire to become his Initiated disciple in the near future. It is my humble request from the core of my heart that kindly please do not take away this opportunity from me by putting a ban on Maharaj. We get this human form of life after millions of births, thus kindly please do not take away this opportunity from all those who are aspiring to get initiation from H H Lokanath Swami Maharaj.

I trust that you will consider all the aspects mentioned above along with others who are presenting their views.
