I was surprised to see your posts about me on Facebook. I wish you had contacted me earlier if you had any questions or concerns about me. I am not sure how I make a difference in your life, but since you've started this social media campaign against me, I have no recourse but to respond to your unfounded accusations. 

It is likely that your followers may think just like you and may not believe anything I say or write, which is OK, however, it is my obligation that my friends and well-wishers who may be reading your threads understand that I did respond to your absurd accusations.

Before I get into details, let's be clear that your Facebook campaign against me is nothing but harassment. It is my intention to let you know politely that I do not appreciate this type of harassment and it is against the laws of both NC and the United States. It is my attempt to resolve any issues you have with me in a just manner. If this does not succeed, I will have no course but to seek the interference of the legal authorities of your state. 

Please be aware that with your so-called social activism on Facebook, you're basically breaking the law of harassment, slander of my reputation which can lead to civil penalties if and when I choose to pursue that route. If you're truly an educated person you will refrain from doing this to me or any other person.
In all your posts regarding my uncle, you're pretending to be well versed in the USA laws. 

However, you know nothing and cannot accept that you and your co-conspirators have failed miserably. This is causing you so much misery. Now, your second endeavor is to paint all of Maharaj's disciples and family members as goons and people of bad character. I am afraid you're going to fail miserly in this endeavor as well.

Moving on to your baseless allegations about me regarding Kadamba Kanana Goswami Maharaj, let me tell you during those days I was working for the Vrindavan Gurukul. I had no direct or indirect role with the Temple in which Maharaj was the President. There was no motivation for me to commit such a ghastly act. Pretty much everyone living in Vrindavan aka devotees living in the temple as well as local Vrindavan residents were accused of having something to do with the incident. 

I was personally never charged with any crime contrary to what you're making your followers believe. This is a grave miscalculation on your part to accuse me of such a heinous crime.

In 1996, I went to Iskcon Philadelphia and served the temple in various capacities for five years under the guidance of senior Srila Prabhupada disciples. They were extremely happy with my service. During that time, I also held two jobs, one was working for US Airways and the other job involved working with the US Passport Agency. In 2002, I settled down in the Los Angeles New Dwarka community and held a full-time job as a Facility Manager for 24 Hour Fitness. During my free time, I offered whatever service I could to the temple such as pujari seva, cooking for the deities, etc. I was extremely happy in the New Dwarka community and they were happy with me as well. However, due to my own family reasons, I moved back to India in 2009.

Now, coming to Vrinda's murder case, I would like to again emphasize that you have openly and publicly accused me of murder on a social media platform (Facebook) which is character assassination of myself and my family. You think someone that is capable of working several jobs in the USA will commit murder in India for a few ATM transactions and that also in Rupees? 

BTW, these were false accusations by the Indian Police since they could not produce any evidence to back up their claim. 

Folks in America are lucky not to have such a corrupt system of police fabricating evidence. During the time this crime took place, I was in a completely different state of India. I had all the evidences of my travel as well as an alibi that I was traveling with. To be precise, I was in Tirupati for Lord Balaji's darshan. Based on all this strong evidence provided by my legal team, the court found me innocent of all charges. 

I do not need to clarify any of these issues to you, however, I feel it is important for you to know the truth since we're part of the same Iskcon Society. I wish you had approached me in a different manner. Just so you are aware, Srila Prabhupada had expressed his desire to my uncle that there should be an Iskcon center in his town, and to fulfill that desire, all my family members contributed five acres of land to Iskcon and simultaneously provided funds and labor to make Srila Prabhupada's instructions and vision a reality. 

In Iskcon's history, this was one of the biggest temple openings in 2009 and many senior Srila Prabhupada disciples came for this opening. Here are a few names that I can mention: His Holiness Radhanath Maharaj, His Holiness Gopal Krsna Maharaj, His Grace Anuttama Prabhu, His Grace Dina Bandhu Prabhu, Her Grace Malati Mataji and many more. This was our family's offering to fulfill Srila Prabhupada's desire.

In closing, please do not confuse my silence on these issues as an admission of guilt. I would like to avoid any issues for the sake of the society and its members. I wish no further communication with you and have faith you will remove all these false accusations against me after I have voluntarily provided you with true and accurate information. Despite by best efforts to dispel your doubts regarding this matter, if you still choose not to remove this harassing and demoralizing content, I will have no choice but to take it to the next level.

[PADA: OK let us give him the benefit of doubt and assume that Sahasra Nam prabhu is not personally involved in any crimes. That is possible, because I was accused of being a drunk, a heroin addict, and who knows what else -- when that was never true. So lets give Sahasra Nam the benefit of the doubt, let us assume he personally has not ever engaged in any crimes. Personally. Fine.

OK but the organization that he supports, and is connected to, and which Lokanath swami is a leading member of, has engaged in countless crimes. The short list is: -- banning, beating, molesting, suing and assassinating Vaishnavas -- and various crimes too numerous to list herein. 

These crimes are all well known, easily proven, and have countless eye-witness accounts, numerous media accounts, court accounts, police and Federal Marshall's raid accounts, police records (including extensive ones here by police in Berkeley), molested gurukuli accounts, TV expose show accounts, ad infinitum. And now we can simply add to that odious list -- the account of Lokanath's molesting victim Satya. So let us confront the evidence that can easily be proven.

For starters Lokanath swami is promoting a guru parampara that contains illicit sex with men, women and children. Apparently also -- sex with cats. And he has been a supportive member of that parampara most of his adult life. And their parampara preaches to little children that they have to worship said illicit sex guru process to attain Godhead. 

Lokanath himself says he has children disciples. So they are telling little children to worship their guru system of -- homosexuals, pedophiles, deviants, crooks, porno swamis etc. as ISKCON's little children's guru links to God. Why is Lokanath's program corrupting the morals of children by telling these little children they have to worship a pedophile infused and infested guru parampara to attain God? And why are some of the victims of Loakanth's cult telling me LNS is accepting their sins, because he is apparently -- the next Jesus? 

And why are you evidently a supporter of this entire process? 

And what exactly is a guru parampara from Vaikuntha that contains: drug addicts, pill poppers, homosexuals, pedophiles, drunks, deviants, illicit sex of all sorts, oral sex with taxi driver's "Vishnupada acharya," porno swamis etc. Worse! Thanks to Lokanath's program telling ISKCON's little children to worship pedophiles and deviants as their acharyas, many of these ex-children of ISKCON now hate the religion (as do many of the mass public due to Lokanath's regime giving Krishna a bad name):

Why is Lokanath swami helping orchestrate hatred of the Krishna religion, even by the very babies born into said religion? I thought we were supposed to protect these Vaikuntha children, but under Lokanath program's managed "care" -- many children report being starved, beaten, molested, and threatened with death when they tried to report the abuse etc. 

And Lokanath even recently said people should not listen to us (the rtiviks) -- who do not worship pedophiles -- but worship Prabhupada. We should not listen to the people who worship pure devotees, because they are failing to promote Lokanath and his pedophile worship regime, which bans, beats, molests, sues and -- kills? And causes the ISKCON children to -- many times -- hate the religion of Krishna.

People from India report they too are afraid to report abuse; or to criticize the pedophile samadhi Lokanath's program made in Vrndavana etc. And even going back to 1977 some of the locals thought Srila Prabhupada was being poisoned, but they were too afraid to speak up -- thinking this is a group of violent goondas. Why do some people fear the Lokanath guru's group as a violent pedophile cult, at all? 

We still have people who do not want their names mentioned in public, fearing reprisals by the Lokanath regime. OK we generally have to fear demons, and that pretty much is why many folks assume -- they are demons.  Demons produce fear.

In 1996 you claim you were in Iskcon Philadelphia. Great, that is the exact same time we were putting together a $400,000,000 child molesting lawsuit against the leaders of ISKCON, for mass child abuse. You were evidently serving the mass molesting regime, at least that appears to be the case. Why are we serving a regime that starves, beats and molests kids, and worse -- tells these kids to worship the leaders of the very same regime that is torturing and abusing them -- as their gurus? 

One ex-kuli told me they were like being in a North Korea concentration camp, where they had to eat rotten food, be beaten, be molested, and that is the same as North Korea's prisons. Another child said they were in "Auschwitz for kids." And so on. Why is Lokanath marching lock step with this program? And you are part of said program? Who authorized his program to mistreat any children, never mind Krishna's children? 

And you are promoting "His Holiness Radhanath Maharaj," Kirtanananda's main henchman. And "His Holiness Gopal Krsna Maharaj," who helped Radhanath bury Kirtanananda in a samadhi. Ok so that means they are burying a known pedophile, deviant, homosexual, and founder of a huge criminal enterprise that had to be raided by the police -- as a "samadhi saint." 

And you are advertising these people? And so is Lokanath swami. And some of the children from New Vrndavana say they get PTSD symptoms simple seeing Radhanath, because of all the abuse they experienced under the jackboots of his regime. And you are glorifying that person now? 

And your other hero is "His Grace Anuttama Prabhu," ... who says that the molesting in the Church is the same process as found in ISKCON. What! Why is he saying that the Christians are promoting pedophiles as their gurus / messiahs? The Christians never said that the guru of the Christians is a pedophile. Again, you are with these people who are attacking the religion of Jesus. 

No, pedophiles are not worshiped as the gurus and messiahs in Christianity, that is totally false, and is a vicious attack on Jesus and his followers. Why are you associated with these folks? ISKCON deviants promote pedophiles and fallen fools as their gurus and messiahs, not the Christians. 

And then we have "His Grace Dina Bandhu Prabhu," ... who evidently helped the Kirtanananda samadhi and the porno swami samadhi process. And Her Grace Malati Mataji and many more. OK all of these people are participants in the illicit sex with men, women and children guru parampara process, that bans, beats, molests, sues and -- kills. But you are innocent?

Well maybe. Let us not forget that shastra says that false gurus go to the most hellish planets, and so do their followers / supporters. And when Krishna attacks the demons, He also takes out their commanders, generals, advisors, followers etc. as well. That is because the people who support false regimes are implicated in the karma of the entire regime. 

So all you have done herein, is admit that you are a card carrying member of a violent pedophile worshiping cult. That does not make you are criminal legally, but it makes you a criminal from the eyes of shastra, which says, supporters of false gurus are going to the bottom of the universe. Supporters of violent pedophile cults can avoid the laws of the state, but not the laws of God, according to shastra. Anyway, thanks. Now we can say for sure you are in the pedophile messiah's camp, for certain, because you just said you are. 

So yes, all the claims against you personally may or may not be true, but even so, if you are not hitting people direct, you cannot say "I am not hitting you, my stick is." Shastra says, that is also not allowed, it is also criminal de facto. 

And as for Lokanath's victim, she is merely one of tens of thousands of other victims of their regime. And I cannot help but notice you have not mentioned how you plan to help her, or any other victims. You have detailed how you serve the regime of the victimizers, what is your plan to serve the victims?
