Russian GBC Sues Former Disciple for "Defamation"

The Russian GBC and guru, Caitanya Candra Caran Das, on October 05, 2018 filed a lawsuit against his former disciple, Elada Radhika Devi Dasi, according to article 152 of the civil code of the Russian Federation. Protection of honor, dignity and business reputation. The court ended on October 16, 2019. The court ordered the former disciple, who is an elderly woman, who had to earn money in order to pay a lawyer, pay her former guru 15,000 rubles ($234.92) and remove the publication from her page. In the beginning, her former guru asked millions for moral damage, but after he reduced the amount to 15,000 rubles.

Elada Radhika has filed an appeal. The court refused her.

The good news is? The opposition is increasing anyway and the supporters of this process are diminishing, i.e. the moral and good people of the world will eventually overturn these deviants.
