Order for demolition of illegal structures
The original order for the demolition of the upper three floors of the second "Russian house", which is located near the temple (please translate if someone can).
The second Sri Vrindavan Dham - "Russian House", which is located near the temple, was built illegally! The land was bought illegally, everything was built illegally as a farm building! Since investigative steps are being taken regarding the second "Russian house", there is a possibility of confiscation of land and home in favor of the state!
There is an order from the Department of Architecture to demolish the upper three floors !!! And it turns out that it was already a very long time! And they were silent about it!
And the problem is that Shyamasundara Charan das and his wife Nishtharani devi dasi continue to offer devotees to buy apartments in both the first and second "Russian houses", without informing anyone that the devotees could simply lose their apartments! Despite the fact that there is an order for the demolition of the three upper floors, they offer apartments on these floors, telling the devotees that everything is in order with the documents, that there are no problems!
They say that you can buy an apartment, and they supposedly arrange it for a trust. This is a lie! You do not have the right to buy apartments in this way, this is a violation of the law! And the documents that they give you, the so-called "long-term lease agreement" is also not legal and does not give you any rights! Moreover, when they give it to you, they ask that you not show it to anyone, because they know that this is all illegal!
Be careful! Do not become victims of these scammers! They are trying to sell apartments by any means, manipulating the devotees, creating the appearance of supposedly legitimacy, openly deceiving the devotees, putting the devotees in danger of losing their money and their apartments!
[PADA: Wow, GBC folks are getting desperate for cash if they have to resort to these tactics to raise funds. Maybe this is why they are trying to "negotiate with Bangalore," they simply cannot afford to continue their $20,000,000 lawsuit to attack them any longer.
Anyway, this is simply example 4,800,000 of GBC cheating programs, their whole house of cards is based on cheating. Even Bhakti Vikas swami admits they knew Kirtanananda was prone to deviation all along, they just promoted him as a pure devotee TO CHEAT people. The letter in Hindi is from the Mathura-Vrindavan Welfare Association (not the "Department of Architecture" as stated) addressed to Mr. Subhash Chandra Batra & Mrs. Natalia, citing a 2013-14 request by the owners to grant exemption from demolition of unauthorised construction of three floors of a construction, owned by them.
This notice is a final warning ordering them to now carry out the demolition themselves, else the authorities are stating that they will be compelled go to court and the owners will be responsible for the consequences.

G Dasa: It is of course foolish to think that this grhastha couple constructed that large "Vrindavan Russian House" on their own, see link below. They were ordered by their gurus to do that. Probably with donations from rank & file Russian devotees. Now they have to take the rap for this apparent miscalculation? This shows once again ISKCON's relationship with Indian authorities. Recently they tried to rename Bhaktivedanta-Marg and now they declare this huge building as illegal. Probably because they run it as a hotel (business), see tripadviser link. These buildings can only be used as of public utility, nonprofit. Of course it will turn out that Mathura municipality simply want money, bribe. The mayor of Vrindavan / Mathura, Mukesh Aryabandhu, a Muslim, waited until the building is completed and now he threatens with demolition. The same happened to Bhakti Charu Swami's temple in Ujjain. Maybe this couple are being used as shills by the GBC to appear on the property title and to use their name, so the GBC could milk people for money to buy apartments, and then blame these people as the real scamsters -- when this was a few GBCs plan all along. That is a good point to consider.
Meanwhile, someone else wrote to tell me that when you have to rip off your own followers, who are like your own children, and your most loyal people, for large sums of money, you have come to the cannibalizing mode. When you have to consume your own young to survive, you have gone from merely being desperate to being a psychopath. That is an interesting observation, when someone compares their program to eating their own young and moving to the cannibal stage, that is maybe a sign they are really getting squeezed for cash for their jet set lifestyles and so now they have to cheat a few of their most loyal people with a bogus property scame to siphon maximum amounts, problem being, that will simply infuriate more victims who will tell others to stop donating. So its sort of like a downward spiral. This property scam program has already been exposed with ISKCON's Mahatma das being part of one of these scams. ys pd
