Honesty is the best policy
[PADA: Most of us neophyte devotees are just not ready for renounced life. Its just the way it is. Denying that our devotee's mundane attractions still exist -- well -- it is just not always helping a whole lot, this is pretty much what the article above says. And the points are well taken. Especially now that the temple life has been devastated, its harder than ever for people to become renounced. In any event, honesty is the best policy, agreed. The only solution according to Lord Chaitanya is: to think of Radha and Krishna, at least that is our best chance for help. But generally speaking, that is not going to happen all of a sudden. Its a gradual process, and sometimes, it can take many lifetimes and many trials and errors. The main thing is to keep trying, do not get discouraged, and hope for the mercy of the Lord. ys pd]

We should pray, bahir nṛsiṁho hṛdaye nṛsiṁhaḥ: “Let Lord Nṛsiṁhadeva sit in the core of my heart, killing all my bad propensities. Let my mind become clean so that I may peacefully worship the Lord and bring peace to the entire world.”  The Prayers Offered to the Lord by the Residents of Jambudvipa : SB 5.18.9 :
