[PADA: Small wonder then that Akshaya Patra program of feeding kids is so popular. Its doing what the government cannot organize and do themselves. And now the government wants to save cows, so they can die from starvation, lack of water, and eating plastic. There is little plan to help these entities either. ys pd]
