I will not comment on the first part of your email save and except to say that ISKCON's resources are essential controlled locally via temples and other projects as well as by diksa gurus. Particularly the more prominent ones. The GBC as a body, as you well know, have scant resources.
Related to that, whenever most of us joined this movement we always understood (primarily from Srila Prabhupada), that our role was to serve ISKCON, not that ISKCON serves us. Akin to JFK's well known sutra "Ask not what your country can do for you - ask what you can do for your country"
My only other thought on the 1st part of your email relates your question:

That I would support 100% but it should be more than a mere censure.
The 2nd part of your email was more concerning to me, you wrote:

How do you know? And whether he was or wasn't is beside the point. The fact is the schools he was responsible for, for the last many decades have all but been factories of abuse. So as per your yearning for ISKCON to step up and help him, what about the hundreds, if not thousands of children that have been used & abused in ISKCON schools? Who is going to reach out and help them? Are they not more deserving of help than those who ruthlessly abused them to satisfy their perverted desires?
As for BG 9:30 (something else that is used and abused)

The last time I met BVP (a few years back), we spoke for over an hour and for most of that hour we spoke (or rather he did) on BG 9:30
He presented to me that if a devotee attends the morning program then they are rightly situated. If later that day they fall into all kinds of sinful activity they are fallen. However if they attend the morning program again the next day they are rightly situated. He said that they can do the same for their entire life and they will always be rightly situated while attending the morning program.
Now I realise he was talking about himself and justifying all he was doing. For anyone to argue that such falldown is 'accidental' is either a sinister manipulator or a naive eejit
I've NEVER read or heard Srila Prabhupada make such a gubu presentation as BVP was making (grotesque, unbelievable, bizarre and unprecedented). Rather I am convinced that Srila Prabhupada would see such a presentation as falling squarely into what he called 'charlatan meditators'.
We also have the example of Lord Caitanya informing Ramananda Raya:
"As soon as the general public finds a little fault in the behavior of a sannyasi, they advertise it like wildfire. A black spot of ink cannot be hidden on a white cloth. It is always very prominent."
Srila Prabhupada spoke further about black spots:
"People have respect for our movement. Now it is time for the GBC members to be very, very careful so that people may not point out any black spot in the behavior of our society."
How prophetic of Srila Prabhupada when you consider the plight of the Catholic Church and how they have (rightly) been hammered for their ambivalence toward child abusers.
Srila Prabhupada also often quoted "Caesar’s wife must be above suspicion" "We, our Vedic civilization, we accept a teacher but they must be beyond suspicion. Just like there is an English proverb, "Caesar's wife must be above suspicion.” So anyone who is in the position of a teacher, he must be above suspicion. That is our first acceptance of teacher. We don't accept any teacher who is under suspicion. How he can be teacher if he's under suspicion?"
There is also the example of Lord Caitanya exiling Chota Haridasa. Simply because he was briefly on his own with an elderly vaisnavi (while waiting for her to give him some rice for Lord Caitanya). Still, for a seemingly minor wrongdoing, he was exiled
Lord Caitanya stated:
"I cannot tolerate seeing the face of a person who has accepted the renounced order of life but who still talks intimately with a woman."
Srila Prabhupada further explains that Lord Caitanya wanted to both set & maintain proper standards. Otherwise pseudo-devotees and sahajiyas would take advantage, claiming to be devotees while having illicit sex.
Of course let me underline that Chota Haridasa's offence would not even register on the scale, while BVP's is literally off the scale.
In short Maharaj I think the focus of that part of your email is, at best, ill-timed

By some divine Grace/Mercy, after 40 years the CPO has, somehow or other managed to remove this child sex predator from having access to children and for some inconceivable reason Sivaram Swami thinks that it's a good idea to remove these devotees, who have been able to achieve something both remarkable and unprecedented for the protection of children!
SRS appears unable to notice the inconsistency of his positions where in the same letter he pleads for leniency and financial compensation for a child sex predator AND he also demands that the devotees serving in the CPO be fired and replaced for some comparatively insignificant oversights.
This indefensible mindset by the leadership is destructive and reckless! It enables the abuse of more children and destroys the faith of thousands! Sivaram Swami Shame on you! Shame on you! Shame on you!
