I don't know really what exactly happened yet, because the details are a bit sketchy. In any case, it shows that the ISKCON GBC's "take over of buildings" process might go on in other places, with banning, beatings, murders, poisonings, lawsuits and so on -- being used as tools to gain control of assets, just as these techniques were used in the cabal of ISKCON GBC's property usurping.
Anyway we will await further details and post them here. My friends also report that the local police are not being too helpful, just like they have not been too helpful with pursuing various crimes going on in other temples, because they are often too compromised with the goons and their bosses, handlers and enablers. Anyway, these people mistakenly think that control of a temple, despite hurting the Vaishnavas in the process of gaining that control, will take one back to God, ok maybe not. ys pd]
*** Dasa: In Vrindavan... This is what is happening even in a situation like lockdown. There are two parties in Vrindavan... 1) the locals (claims themselves as brijwasies but actually are Rajasthanies and Uttar Pradesh people). 2) Bengalis follower of Chaitanya mahaprabhu (this includes ISKCON devotees irrespective from where they are even foreigners and Gaudiya Mutt devotees)
ReplyDeleteThe locals doesn't like Bengalis (Chaitanya mahaprabhu followers) ... Although there are many prominent deities established by Goswami's including Shri Radha Raman Radha Damodar Temple Radha Govind Radha madan Mohan and so on... These temples are not so well to do neither much people visit there except ISKCON devotees.. the locals(so-called brijwasi) give more priority to banke Bihari ji only... They have hatred towards Gaudiya Vaishnava parampara. That is the only reason you don't see any of them following the footsteps of goswamis of Gaudiyaa vaishnava parampara. It is like Hindu and Muslim living in same country. One is Rajasthani/UP party and another one is Bengali/Gaudiya Vaishnava's party. Because Rajasthani party had come to Vrindavan before Bengalis or in majority.. they show their dominance. As the Result you can see most of the locals don't even chant hare Krishna mahamantra or they don't participate in Hare Krishna kirtan... They have their own bhajan which is not even authorised by any Acharyas. And always consider Gaudiya Vaishnava's as outsider in Vrindhavan. Even in our history there is the past time of Baldev Vidya Bhushan where Sri vaishnavas where against Gaudiya vaishnavas.
