[PADA: Lots of interesting factoids here. He said that many corrupt people are attracted to ISKCON in India "for the money." He was trying to break up some of the money grabbing tentacles (wrong infiltrations?) that were taking over ISKCON in Vrndavana, and he was shot in the bathroom in Vrndavana temple. "An inside job." Kheelan was also killed by shotgun in the temple because he was allegedly part of the take over attempt. He is still thinking he is a target if he goes there.
He was one of the lead persons trying to remove the Narayan Maharaja "gopi club" despite the biggest leaders of ISKCON were involved -- like Tamal. Wow. A new guy has to corral in the bogus GBC and their hokey-fied gurus. That is one reason some believe Tamal's death was not an accident, they think the GBC paid someone to drive in front of his car because he was "taking over by establishing Narayan Maharaja as the new acharya."
He feels that ISKCON will morph into a program of devotees mostly living independent outside the temples. Yep, what we said all along. Anyway, check it out. I wish these guys well, but believe they were not given proper instructions. For example, telling Kadamba he is another Jesus who can accept sins from others is not a good plan. He cannot absorb those sins and they will accumulate on him and stick there into his next life. He does not know that because no one ever explains that to him.
Now Kadamba is another victim of the ISKCON cancer epidemic. And his case seems to be terminal and no longer curable. I just saw another letter from a nice devotee lady, maybe late 30 years of age -- by the looks of her photo. She has had breast cancer all of a sudden when "she never had any other major health issues." She has gone through all sorts of chemotherapy and other medical procedures (surgery?) and thus she is struggling along. I don't see why more people do not understand how all these cases inter - connect?
Anyway! I wish these people well, and hope they wake up to some of these issues eventually. ys pd]

JB: Kadamba once said ISKCON suffers from "malignant influences" and he was selected to try to remove those problems, which ended up with him being shot. That means he did not have the support of the rest of the management ... and he was taking all the push back ... such as ... getting shot.
ReplyDeleteInside job is an understatement ... ISKCON has all sorts of India MAFIA connections over there. It is "pay to play" corrupt. ISKCON would rather have the MAFIA take over than have the Prabhupada deovtees take over.
He wonders when the new people are going to take the reigns. Take over what? They already made Hindus the directors just about everywhere. There is no interest in getting the new people to take over ... they want someone who will keep the cash flow coming in to the corrupt top managers.
LW: Oh this is really good "GBC strategic planning committee" at work. FIRST! We kick out all the nice devotees. THEN! We allow the MAFIA to take over the ISKCON program. THEN! We do nothing to fix that.
ReplyDeleteTHEN! We depute some poor new guy person to go in there to correct the dangerous MAFIA take over of ISKCON and the bogus Narayan Maharaja gopi club ... knowing he can get shot to death. OH MAN! And he does get shot!
And the fact he still has faith in these people ... at all ... is mind blowing. I agree ... he is making a big mistake taking other's karma. BUT! He is just following their orders. They told him to take karma ... and he is. Now he has cancer. Any questions?
They could not get him taken out with a bullet ... so they are taking him out slowly by giving him an overload of karma. One method is generally quick and not too painful ... the other method is very painful and drags out for years. Both methods are potentially fatal. Strategically planned? Very sad ... he still has no idea what a cloud of illusion he is in ... and all of them are in.
