When Niriha Maharaj left Nrshimpalli for Vrndavan, he was accompanied by Visnu Maharaj and one lady and his brahmacari assistant and 3 other males who were part of Madhu Mangal's group in Bihar. They were staying in our Nabadwip Math at the time.
Visnu Maharaj married this lady in Vrndavan by exchanging garlands. (This information comes to us from the lady's mother.)
Niriha Maharaj and Visnu Maharaj would frequently disappear from our Vrndavan Math for long periods of the day to visit the place where that lady was staying. Sometimes this was without his brahmacari assistant. Sometimes he would not return at night.
Visnu Mj first started this illicit relationship while Srila Acharyyadev was present with us. Srila Acharyyadev knew of this and told Visnu Maharaj to stop. He obeyed for a period of time but started again.
Srila Shanta Maharaj chastised him but Visnu Maharaj continued the relationship and married her, and yet he is still wearing saffron "sannyasa" cloth. He also refuses to leave the Math's property. Now Srila Shanta Maharaj has had to take legal action to get him out of the Nrshimpalli Math.
Srila Acharyyadev never declared Niriha Maharaj to be his successor Acharyya.
He certainly praised him and and some of his qualities. But when Srila Acharyyadev heavily chastised Niriha Maharaj -- he too turned against Acharyyadev. He was holding resentment for Acharyyadev.
Srila Acharyyadev never made a statement saying: "l Srila Bhakti Nirmal Acharyya Maharaj hereby declare that Sripad Bhakti Tilak Niriha Maharaj is going to be my successor and President Sevaite-Acharrya of Sri Chaitanya Saraswat Math."
What is more -- all the Trust Deeds of our Math especially the Deed of Endowment of 1964 (the original Trust Deed) declare that the nomination must be done in writing. This was never done by Srila Acharyya Maharaj. A spoken declaration is not acceptable or lawful under our Math's Trust Deeds that are the Divine Will of our Guru Varga.
Niriha Maharaj knows about all these matters. And he has not chastised or corrected this scandalous behaviour. By accompanying Visnu Maharaj and his lady with his brahmacari assistant, he tried to conceal the true nature of their relationship.
The conduct of Niriha Maharaj is not what is expected of a sannyasi and especially not that of an Acharyya or future Acharyya. His conduct proves conclusively that he was never declared the Acharyya and by his conduct he is not properly representing the standards of sannyas.

JANARDAN MAHARAJ DENIES THAT SRILA ACHARYADEV IS THE ACHARYA OF THE UNITED KINGDOM.I don't think Govinda Maharaj has necessarily established Acharya Maharaj as a supreme authority over the entire mission and he is the Acharya. Govinda Maharaja for example, did not establish him as the initiator in all countries. He can start -- as an acharya can start anywhere you want -- but Govinda Maharaj also established that acharyas would start in different countries.
Now, one thing I wanted to tell you is that there's a tape in which Acharya Maharaj is England's acharya and Govinda Maharaj in that conversation says that's not the case.
He does not establish Acharya Maharaja, be it the acharya for England or the UK.
Leaders in India also don't believe Shanta Maharaj is the global acharya. So, what we have been trying to do is that Ashram Maharaj and Mangal Maharaj met as the main board of trust on Sunday night talking to him, it's morning time in India and until a few weeks ago.
Madhusudan Maharaj was appointed as president and secretary, but he resigned. Resigned and then Avadhut Maharaj is on that board but he did not want to participate in democratic meetings. He just wanted to be, he said just tell me what you want, we can talk about that, but I don't want to attend any meetings.
And Goswami Maharaj, also resigned a long time ago. So I'm myself, I'm here, Ashram Maharaj is there and Mangal Maharaj is here.
Mangal Maharaj was nominated by Govinda Maharaj.

[PADA: Yep. Same thing as ISKCON. He is the successor, but there is no proof he was made the successor. And now we have a legal battle going on. That is why it is better to be more humble than a blade of grass, and not go around claiming to be the successor to God. Let God decide who is His successor and we should not hi-jack what is orchestrated by God.
Now we have people like Krishna Dharma saying "there are many quotes on both sides" -- and thus there are allegedly / supposedly quotes saying that illicit sex with men, women and children gurus are found in the chain of acharya successors to God? Nope. And these Gaudiya Matha people are having the same problem, they have conditioned souls posing as acharyas -- when they are not pure.
That is why Srila Prabhupada said -- suspend sannyasa -- and let them get married. Go for it! Have a wife, have children, and move on! What is the hold up?
And in ISKCON, now some guy who was molesting children when he was 14 -- because he was molested in Mayapur -- is being seen back in ISKCON much to the distress of his former victims. So they suppressed the "getting married" agenda, and they turned it into a molester's agenda, and they spawned more and more molesters.
That is what happens when we try to artificially over-ride the proper system. Sorry Krishna Dharma das, this is the result of saying "there are many quotes on both sides." There are no quotes to defend this odious process.
These bogus sannyasa in all camps should get married and get over it, no more bogus sannyasa. Even Prem Prayojana did that to his credit, he now wears white. That is the better process. Be honest. ys pd]

Is Janardan Maharaj an offender for wanting to move Srila Bhakti Nirmal Acharya Maharaj from office? Will Srila Janardan Maharaj initiate in London in his own name and not Srila Bhakti Nirmal Acharya Maharaj who served as World President of Sri Chaitanya Saraswat Math?
