Important Shocking Facts About ISKCON's BBT

 IMPORTANT SHOCKING FACT CHECK! (some still need to be confirmed as indicated below)

(1) The Bhaktivedanta Book Trust no longer exists.

(2) Thus there are no more actual trustees because you can't have trustees without a trust. Yes, directors in the BBTI still call one another trustees.

(3) The Bhaktivedanta Book Trust International, Inc. became a corporation (with directors NOT trustees) in order to retain or re-establish the copyrights/ ownership of Śrīla Prabhupāda's books. Did they have to dissolve the Trust that Śrīla Prabhupāda established to accomplish this? Some experts say, "No."

(4) It is a fact that Śrīla Prabhupāda is listed as "WORKER FOR HIRE" on the copyright notice that sits in the US Office of Patents and Copyrights.

(5) It is an even more astonishing fact that Śrīla Prabhupāda is NO LONGER DECLARED AS THE AUTHOR FOR HIS OWN BOOKS––the author listed now is "Bhaktivedanta Book Trust."

PLEASE NOTE: I am absolutely sure about the last two items; the first three items need to be confirmed.

I'm sorry to have to inform all of you of these things, but I think you can immediately perceive the implications of these statements. Especially, if Śrīla Prabhupāda is no longer the author of his own books, and if the BBTI is, then you can now understand the extremely high level of entitlement that they must have to be able to go in and make any changes whatsoever.

[PADA: Yep, Jayadvaita swami says Krishna's successor gurus are being caught "engaged in illicit sex with men, women and children" and he self evidently has many cheer leaders, sycophants, enablers and hand maidens.]

YD: The BBT is not dissolved but is used simply as a shelf company, so that dishonest people cannot steal or exploit iskcon BBT and its devotees. Book production is done under the BBT inc instead of BBT simply to protect original copyrights.

[PADA: Except the original copyrights should only apply to the original books and not the Jayadvaita books? In any case:

The Gaudiya Matha also "legally" took over the "book trust" of Srila Saraswati Thakura. And Srila Prabhupada told us not to ever read their books because "these books have been unauthorizedly edited -- and there are many bogus elements in these books now." So we did not read them, and Srila Prabhupada chastised a devotee who went out and purchased some of those bogus books. ys pd]
