KCDEVU is Krishna Conscious project dedicated to the restart & expansion of the original mission of His Divine Grace A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada (Founder Acharya of ISKCON). 

The aims of KCDEVU are:

*(a) To systematically propagate spiritual knowledge to society at large and to educate all peoples in the techniques of spiritual life in order to check the imbalances of values in life and to achieve real unity and peace in the world.

*(b) To propagate a consciousness of Krishna as it is revealed in the Bhagavad-gita As It Is, Srimad-Bhagavatam, and other authorized Vedic literature as translated and presented by His Divine Grace A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada

*(c) To bring the members of the Society together with each other and nearer to the Supreme Soul Krishna. The focal point being that both the members of KCDEVU & humanity at large realize that each soul is a part and parcel of the Supreme Soul Krishna.

*(d) To teach and encourage the Sankirtan Movement, that being the congregational chanting of the holy name of God, as revealed in the teachings of Lord Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu.

*(e) To erect for the members, and for society at large, a holy place of transcendental pastimes, dedicated to the personality of Krishna.

*(f) To bring the members closer together for the purpose of teaching a simpler and more natural way of life.

*(g) With a view towards achieving the before mentioned purposes, to publish and distribute periodicals, magazines, books and other writings.

*(h) To receive, administer and distribute funds, and to do all other things necessary and proper to further the above stated purposes.

*(i) To recognize His Divine Grace A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada as the supreme authority in all matters of the Corporation, or Society: His management representatives DBC(Devotees Body Commission) , as his authorized agents or executors, appointed according to the example model in His document "Directions of Management", dated July 28, 1970, which is clarified in the KCDEVU "Memorandum of Understanding" (MOU) document dated on March 28,2021

A Call for proactive approach and action plan in 3 steps to fight the global crisis, for the kind consideration and immediate implementation:

To the ISKCON GBC Executive Committee

First Vice-Chairman: Bhakti Caitanya Swami

Second Vice-Chairman: Bhanu Swami

Duties of the GBC executive committee include managing issues with global consequence, attending to emergency situations, implementing resolutions, and facilitating the annual general meeting.

The reasons for this petition:

The biggest quest of our time is to guide and reform the governmental policies with the torch of spiritual knowledge, while the state affairs are turning from democracy to technocracy. Although ISKCON owns the most progressive spiritual knowledge in the world, still ISKCON is not perceived as the most progressive movement by any significant mass or group of people, at least not in the Western democratic world. 

By our limited perception we can track down following reasons for this:

1. Inefficient top-down leadership and management systems in ISKCON, causing lack of empowerment of local leadership and individual members.

2. Lack of proper training and education of ISKCON Leaders, especially temple presidents and leaders of yatras, which should be based on holistic scientific models, critical thinking and thorough study of sastra and instructions by Srila Prabhupada on management and leadership.

3. Lack of proactive plans, based on informed opinions and stands (and not on dogma), causing wrong perception on and about ISKCON inside and outside the movement

Because of this we can observe lack of faith and trust in leadership, confusion, quarrels and polarization among leadership as well as inside of membership, mostly because of either uninformed and dogmatic opinions or disappointments with how our movement turned to be quite impotent instead of potent agent for global change.

[PADA: That is pretty good. Except why are we still promoting Bhakti Tirtha swami, who was one of the big leaders of the GBC's illicit sex with men, women and children guru parampara? His followers had the oldest UK Srila Prabhupada devotee (Kulashekhar das) beaten nearly to death. Then he was hospitalized with broken bones, and he had to take pain medications for the rest of his life. 

And he died prematurely, possibly from these injuries. 

Why would we want to establish a new society, based on promoting BTS's illicit sex with men, women and children guru lineage, which beats the stuffing out of those who object to his pedophile guru parampara / worship process. And his program beats Srila Prabhupada's worshipers -- almost to death? 

And did we forget to mention, thanks to Bhakti Tirtha swami suppressing dissent of his pedophile guru program, ISKCON was sued for $400,000,000 for mass child abuse. This is the foundation for a new society? Why? 

And Bhakti Chaitanya swami was voted in as a GBC messiah, by the same people who reinstated illicit sex with taxi drivers as their Vishnupada acharya. We need to worship the people who reinstate sex with taxi drivers as their acharyas, or get voted in by same? You guys are simply swimming in the sewer, and then wondering why -- it stinks?]   

With such, most of the devotees are left on their own, to side either with materialistic modern science and governmental policies (and thus often becoming impotent to preach or to guide others) or on the other hand to side with unproven conspiracy and New Age theories, or calls for civil disobedience and protests.

[PADA: OK so the devotees would rather live in the karmi society, which worships Jesus, rather than live in Bhakti Tirtha's society -- that worships illicit sex with men, women and children, and maybe the family goat. Who could blame them? 

Then they will go back to mundane society -- and get caught up in material contamination, well no kidding. Around here some of them are watching football and drinking beer in some cases, because that is a much higher level of activity than worship of homosexual pedophile messiah programs. 

So they are in a much better situation watching "Star Trek" reruns on TV -- than to engage in the service of Bhakti Tirtha's pedophile worship society. They have no enthusiasm to preach on behalf of a society that buries pedophiles in samadhis, nor should they. You are not addressing the root issues.]

With all that being mentioned, our observation is once again that ISKCON is becoming more and more unable to address the real life issues its members but also the whole world is facing right now on all levels.

[PADA: So how are these people spiritual masters if they are unable to help people in the current world situation? And why are we are going to promote Kadamba Kanana swami, a disciple of Jayadvaita, who says the ISKCON guru parampara contains -- illicit sex with men, women and children (and maybe goats). 

Why do we keep going back to supporting and promoting the SAME people who say Krishna's guru succession is similar to a Roman orgy party -- where people are having illicit sex with men, women ... and maybe children? Did we forget to mention, almost cent percent of the people around here object to Kadamba's guru hatchet job re-writing of Srila Prabhupada's books?]

The first real such global crisis like we witness today can open new and numerous opportunities for preaching the message of dharmic and sane governance as well as Krishna-Consciousness. But in order to play any significant role ISKCON needs to adopt and develop new and proactive leadership, communication and preaching strategies to become finally recognized as a progressive global movement.

Proposed action plan in 3 steps 

1. To form local and global committees, consisting of science, ethics, legal and sastric experts or professional advisors (either devotees or those sympathetic to us) in order to:

a) analyze the latest scientific models guiding the global and national governmental policies and crisis responses and check if they are in accordance with established scientific and legal norms as well as standards of vedic sciences.

b) analyze already introduced or planed mandatory policies such as:

- mandated vaccinations, drug and other medical treatments for the whole world population (top-down health policies), their safety for the health of people in general as well as their compatibility with our strict vegetarian diet. There are for example numerous issues with safety of mandatory vaccines, their contamination with cow flesh, bones and blood, chicken proteins, human genetic materials from aborted fetuses as well as chemical poisons.

[PADA: Yes, but all this is the result of destroying Krishna's movement, now things are going to get worse. And Srila Prabhupada said that, if this movement is hampered the whole world will have to suffer more and more, and it is.]

- lock downs and restrictions of civil and religious rights and their conformity with the UN convention on Human rights, other progressive international conventions, state constitutions, as well as vedic ethical codes of non-violence, free will, human and animal rights. 

c) to counteract and replace any uninformed opinions with informed opinions and communicate those in an effective and efficient way to ISKCON GBC, its members and the whole world.

Such committees should be guided by holistic approach and system thinking models, which form the basis of vedic scientific model, beside trying to thoroughly understand Srila Prabhupada´s stand on the issues.

2. Improving ISKCON Leadership and Management system: present inefficient top-down leadership and management should be reformed by systems starting from bottom-up, as envisioned by Srila Prabhupada in his Direction of Management (DOM), original document here. Our proposal is to consider DOM once again. 

It was never implemented in ISKCON and it might be proven better than the present system in absence of Srila Prabhupada. Srila Prabhupada envisioned in DOM system that each temple president should be democratically elected by the votes of majority of the members of each community/temple. From the past and present experiences we understand the need that presidents should be thoroughly qualified and trained for their position. Such presidents should form a board of all ISKCON temple presidents. 

Such boards should vote in 2/3 of new regional or global GBC members for each period of three years, as per DOM. The rest of 1/3 of GBC members should be voted in by the retiring GBC members, as per DOM. We also feel that temple presidents should work together with local and global advisory committees. 

Each ISKCON member and local leader should be empowered by different tools in form of informed opinions, official stands, guidelines, policies on all states of spiritual and material affairs and especially by action plans. After this, swarm intelligence models can be applied for decision making on local as well as global levels. This will enable ISKCON and its membership to become a progressive and proactive movement, a torchbearer for all people wanting to follow not only authentic spiritual life but also all that is supportive to it, i. e. holistic social, health, economic and environmental policies as well as human rights and all other progressive governmental policies that do not contradict but rather support the dharmic principles. 

[PADA: OK here we go again, we are going to have a DOM management committee -- to manage the gurus in the parampara. No, the guru is not managed by a mundane committee.]

3. Improving ISKCON Communication system:

Following the facts and findings presented by ISKCON committees, regular and updated scientific, health, environmental, ethical and theological bulletins and guidelines should be published, according to the teachings of ISKCON Founder-Acarya for ISKCON members and all other dharmic and progressive people to follow and be properly informed and guided. There should also be a forum in each local community lead by appointed and empowered ISKCON representative to openly, honestly and thoroughly discuss any spiritual, theological or social issue, until everybody is satisfied with the answers and arguments and in this way all doubts are clarified, even up to the point where some members still might agree to disagree. This should especially be done with the goal to promote unity in diversity and not impose opinion of one group inside of ISKCON over another. 

By implementing these proposals we strongly believe that ISKCON will be influencing and causing other progressive movements from bottom up of the world democracies to (re-)emerge. Such proactive approach and actions will revive the trust of many devotees who are at this moment looking for real life solutions outside of ISKCON. In that way all the generations as well as all the conservative, liberal and progressive wings of ISKCON can again stand united in becoming the pride, glory and real embodiment of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Srila Prabhupada and his teachings.
