Dmitry Kondratiev (ISKCON devotee) is accused of kidnapping and illegal imprisonment with violence.

Searches were held at the "Rasvet", drug rehabilitation center in Vladivostok, during which head Dmitry Kondratyev was detained. He is accused of kidnapping and illegal imprisonment with violence. The case is handled by the Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Primorsky Territory, reports IA PrimaMedia with reference to vl.ru.

Today, August 19, security officials rushed into the building of the "Rasvet", rehabilitation center in the suburbs of Vladivostok. The OMON (SWAT team), police and the FSB (Federal Security Service) Directorate for the Primorsky Territory once again carried out searches and this time detained the head of the drug rehabilitation center, Dmitry Kondratyev. The man is accused of kidnapping (clause 2 of article 126 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and illegal imprisonment (clause 2 of article 127 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), all with the use of violence.

The drug rehabilitation center “Rasvet” is closed, all patients are released. Earlier, two patients died in the center, on the fact of the death of one of which a criminal case was initiated under Part 2 of Art. 238 of the Criminal Code (production, storage, transportation or sale of goods and products, performance of work or the provision of services that do not meet safety requirements).

Recall that earlier the employees of Roskomnadzor together with investigators intended to check the center where the patient died there in April. Before his death, the man was tied with adhesive tape and droppers were given to him with unknown contents. Then there was information about the death of another person there. The head of the "Rasvet", Dmitry Kondratyev, denies any involvement in tragic cases and assures that the center uses exclusively humane techniques.

In total, the victims wrote more than 30 statements to law enforcement agencies. One man ended up in City Clinical Hospital No. 2: he jumped from the third floor and broke his leg, only to escape from "Rasvet".
