[PADA: Four major Russian newspapers ran stories on the bogus ISKCON rehab center that was raided by the police. The is simply another example of the mess being made by the GBC / Gaudiya Matha / Rocana / Torben / Kailash / Hanuman Croatia idea -- that neophytes should pose as God's successors and messiahs. Then their renegade "messiahs" no longer need to listen to us, or the GBC, or even listen to the ordinary mundane laws of the land. Dr. Stilson Judah says this is antinomianism, lawless in the name of religion. 

Appointing conditioned souls to the most highest spiritual platform of God's successors is very dangerous, as is described in the Isopanisad. It never ends well. 

All they are doing is, as the article describes "creating another Kirtanananda or Harikesh problem." Agreed.  

Meanwhile Rocana thinks he is going to write some sort of "ISKCON constitution" which details how he will create some sort of "Guru Governing Committee" to control his maverick and renegade messiahs. Sorry, such "out of control" people -- who apparently or perhaps self-evidently think they are above all laws -- are not controllable. And that is because they should never have been given the title of God's successor, diksha guru, parampara member etc. in the first place. In other words, making conditioned souls into gurus / messiahs is the problem, creating some concocted policy of regulating them AFTER the FACT -- is not ever going to fix this problem.

Madhusudana Das’s open appeal to the CKCSR!

The CKCSR (Center for Krishna Consciousness Societies in Russia) is the main governing body in Russia, after the GBC itself. They report directly to the GBC and is an assistant to this GBC. There is a confrontation between large groups within ISKCON Russia, which can be divided into two large groups: those supporting the authority of the GBC and those who do not support the GBC authority. 

Some say to others that they have deviated and are demons who are deceiving people, to present themselves as followers of Prabhupada. Alkali with an acid always creates a reaction and therefore cannot absorb the qualities of the opposite substance. Conflict and friction are inevitable. But now some of the people of these two hostile groups (possessing more significant intelligence than others) see the threat, which is like a sword of Damocles hanging over them. This is a threat - Caitanya Candra Caran (aka Alexander Khakimov).

Judge for yourself. This person, in a relatively short period of time, somewhere in 1-2 years, managed to spoil the reputation of ISKCON Russia like no other, and harm people like no other! Even the advocates of the corrupt ISKCON GBC gurus regime believe that Khakimov violates their internal etiquette and takes himself more than is necessary and does not share with others. 

Unlimited greed in the accumulation of money and followers confuses even the defenders of the current GBC, seeing some kind of madness in the actions of Khakimov, not to mention the opponents of the regime. Such behavior affects the disciples of Khakimov and many have noticed for his disciples, from both camps, that they are the most rude and arrogant people. They believe that they have a special position in ISKCON and consider themselves an elite group throughout ISKCON, enmity with other followers of other gurus and belittling them directly or indirectly. This is how their guru, Khakimov, influences them.

Some people who are in contact with Khakimov literally die or are on the verge of death, he directly or indirectly becomes the cause of death of many people and is directly responsible for this, the mental health of people is undermined and they begin to hate everything connected with God, Krishna and religion. A killed newborn in Kazakhstan due to Khakimov's mistake, Elena Pyatysheva (former disciple of Khakimov) almost died, who, due to a broken heart syndrome, almost fell ill with oncology. 

Pedophile protection is also in Kazakhstan, who treated children cruelly. And two corpses in a rehabilitation center in Vladivostok, which is overseen by Khakimov's disciple - Dmitriy Kondratyev, private property owned by Khakimov, which belongs to the materialist(s), who sell alcohol, the attack of Khakimov's disciples on the "offenders" and the threats against them and other people, etc.

It got to the point that if in the Google or Yandex search engine to drive in the word(s) "false guru" - "лжегуру", then together with the "false guru ISKCON", below, the phrase false guru Khakimov will appear (for example, Bhakti Vijnana does not have this). Practically, the word false guru means Khakimov in Russia, he became the personification of the word, dragging ISKCON there as well.

Khakimov behaves as if he has a super power or he has more power than other leaders. As a GBC and guru, he can initiate some uncoordinated actions with the CKCSR and the world GBC, having a resource in the form of money and followers, which leads to the fact that he sends his disciples to disassemble with "offenders", beginning with the courts, hurts the entire organization that should be deal for it, leads or supervises the shadow, illegal business that leads to criminal proceedings. 

He controls the minds of many people and directs them at his discretion. In such an atmosphere, problems arise when Khakimov’s instructions diverge from official law, and Khakimov’s fanatical followers choose his instructions rather than the official authorities. This is a very dangerous trend and situation!

In general, one should do something with Khakimov, somehow curb him and impose restrictions. This is my proposal and this is the essence of my appeal to the CKCSR. Khakimov has every chance to repeat the fate of Kirtanananda or Harikesa. Remember what happened after these two things? Damage suffered by all! The consequences will be terrible!
