A Few Words About the Poison Issue

[PADA: The November 1977 tapes containing the "poison complaint" from Srila Prabhupada were hidden from the devotees until 1997, when a devotee gave me a copy of those tapes. We went to a Bengali writer and editor and he translated the original tape from the Hindi and Bengali, then we made 250 copies of our own tape of "condensed points" translating and describing the scene, and we handed these tapes out around the Los Angeles temple. This was the first time the issue was made public. We and other devotees are still working on the issue because more evidences are still being discovered over time. pd]
