Institutional Spirituality (Bhakti Vikas Swami Pt. 2) VIDEO

PADA: BVKS says, the upper leaders of ISKCON are engaged in politics, but they won't admit in public, only privately. What? The upper leaders of ISKCON are ALSO being advertised as: Krishna's successor acharyas, gurus, and so-called "self realized members of Krishna's guru parampara."

Great, his "spiritual gurus" are also "into politics." Where does Srila Prabhupada say Krishna's guru successors are -- compared to mundane politicians?

Srila Prabhupada says that persons who think gurus are mundane: gurusuh narah matih -- narakah sah -- are residents of hell. So we are supposed to believe that gurus are also politicians, in order to participate in Bhakti Vikas swami's "institution."

Then he laments -- the people who worship Srila Prabhupada are "the ritvik heresy." So we should not worship the acharya, we should instead worship politicians, or else we are committing heresy? And as a result of ISKCON promoting deviants as gurus, the ISKCON institution is -- failing. And people are losing faith in the ISKCON institution. At the same time, we should hope there will be a "reform from within" -- i.e. gurus are deviants in need of "reform."

If gurus are often deviants -- who need reform -- then why would people have faith in such an institution that promotes deviants as its gurus? We need to worship a guru, who is also a politician, and who may need to be reformed for deviations. And BVKS says many of the leaders are seen as people who "do not follow Srila Prabhupada's vision." And no wonder, the BVKS gurus are often as he says -- tainted by deviated ideas, personal interests, and subtle material motivations. As he admits!

How is it that God's guru successors, are often deviants, in need of reform, and so on? Where is this stated in Srila Prabhupada's works? And he asks, if ISKCON is not delivering, why should I participate in ISKCON -- at all? And we should not point out the defects, we should just preach positively. Except, we have to delineate what is the real path, and what is the false path, because even Srila Prabhupada delineates false gurus from true gurus.

Then BVKS says we should avoid the bad stray dogs full of sores -- like we see in Vrndavana, ummm, because ISKCON's problems are like that too? Hee hee! How did ISKCON come to this fetid dog full of open sores state? Anyway, as usual, he comes up with no actual solutions. BVKS says ISKCON has a lot of mess, but why, how and when did this occur? He does not really say. Worse, he warns, there may be an inquisition, and speaking out can be dangerous. Again, what is that? It is a violent cult, that is all.

Anyway, this is good and bad. BVKS admits that his guru process is mundane, and we may have to face dangers if we speak out against his false gurus. That is honest, to some extent. Then he quotes the story of King Puranjana, that after the guru departs -- there will be chaos. Unfortunately, BVKS has been a supporter of the chaos society.

And now he has no real solution, other than to say, anyone who worships the pure devotee is -- a heretic. Which paints a bull's eye on the worshipers of the acharya to face potential violence from the BVKS process, violence which he admits is a potential. Anyway, we are doing the right thing, we have told people to avoid the BVKS process, and to worship the actual acharya, the whole time. ys pd

  1. GKD: RE Institutional Spirituality (Bhakti Vikas Swami Pt. 2) VIDEO

There are tons of youtube videos of young Russians explaining how they struggle in Siberia. Just one example, YEAH RUSSIA: "Do I want to leave Russia?" It is about how in Siberia you only survive when drinking alcohol during this endless cold winter at minus forty. And how finding a well-paid job is a Gordian knot, you have to leave your village or have to tolerate poverty. So this is what ISKCON is now all about, an NGO that helps people in poor countries to get better living facilities. That's why Loi Bazar is now 80% shops run by Russian devotees. There is a huge global migration trend and ISKCON became part of this. So, institution yes, but spirituality has become rather conspicuous by its absence. Poor Russians selling their little houses they got during communism just to find a better life in a nice and warm country. And ISKCON leaders are exploiting this — making capital out of their misery. Sixty thousand disciples of JPS, all waiting to go to the US. That's why topics about genuine guru-tattva fall on deaf ears.

[PADA: Right, Bhakti Vikas swami says he doubts the leaders have "a money motive," but many leaders have big cars, big houses, servants, unlimited medical expense accounts, latest laptops, and travel expense accounts etc. Meanwhile, a devotee who is living in a funky little apartment had to struggle to find people to move in his new folding medical bed because of his health problems, and there is no regular help for him. And there are thousands of examples of how these peons live with little to no help, while many of the fat cat GBC live in opulence. OK it is about the money, they took the assets for a fat life for themselves. And BVKS is simply another example, being a guru is his retirement account. ys pd

  2. "Bhakti Vikas swami just now lectured that same point, it still is dangerous to question the status quo"

Actually, he is in danger of being yet another devotee suddenly found dead in his room. He should be warned.

[PADA: Well yes, he is with them -- and not with them, he is trying to stay on board the ship and work with the pirates -- simultaneously, complain about the pirates. He is compromised. He still says the ritviks are heretics, so he is STILL trying to get us banned, beaten and killed by demonizing the worship of Srila Prahbupada.

Anyone who does not worship the BVKS pedophile guru lineage, and they worship a pure devotee, is a heretic, it is what he has said since 1978. He has been trying to get us beaten and killed and he still is ... ys pd]
