PADA: I am also baffled? So many big important scholars cannot seem to figure this out, that a debauchee guru lineage has no authority to "2/3 show of hands" certify anyone else as guru, male or female. And a guru lineage that buries sexual predators and porno watching swamis in the dham in samadhis also has no authority to certify anyone else as guru either, and so on and so forth. Yes, we are so fortunate its hard to believe. We are maybe foolish mlechhas by birth, but at least we know that self-appointed debauchee guru paramparas cannot certify anyone else as acharyas, meanwhile others seem to be bewildered on this point?
