Lokanath Swami Suing Child Welfare Advocates

[PADA: Lokanath swami is one of the star leaders of his ISKCON GBC's illicit sex with men, women and children guru messiahs club, which is especially expert in making anal reconstructive surgery epidemics for children. He molested a young girl, and that girl came forward to me -- for assistance in exposing her exploiting by Lokanath swami -- and the entire ISKCON GBC structure who defends him. 

All sorts of meetings and tons of spilled ink was held on this issue over the years and Lokanath was supposed to step down and not have any office of authority. Instead, Lokanath stays in the post of messiah and he helps a child molesting guru regime which is burying pedophiles and porno swamis in samadhis. 

Lokanath swami has been making children worship him and his pedophile pals since 1978, causing a program of ISKCON's children to be starved, beaten, raped and mistreated in horrific ways. He is among the most horrific persons on the planet when it comes to the way he and his program treats children -- and he and his ilk -- should never be in a post of authority, or even in a post of temple pot washer. He should not be allowed on ISKCON property without supervision. 

I will help this lawsuit anyway I can, I and hope you too will help the child advocate folks, who are now victims of their vitriolic personal attacks. Lokanath and his pedophile messiah's program MUST BE STOPPED, failing that, EXPOSED EVERYWHERE.

Damodara dasa (Australia) and Saraswati dasi (North America) have been asking the ISKCON GBC to follow their child protection laws and remove confessed child molester Lokanath "Swami" from leadership in ISKCON.


Lokanath is suing the child protection advocates for Rs. 2.25 Crores (US$272,272.00) saying that their claim of him being a child abuser is fabricated, even though there is ample documentation showing he sexually abused a child. See lokanath.net. (Also, in May 2022, the ISKCON Leadership Sexual Misconduct Office started an investigation of Lokanath raping one of his disciples, a second victim.)


Lokanath sent a Legal Notice on November 24, 2022. Damodara and Saraswati retained an accomplished lawyer in India and paid him US$500 to respond to that Legal Notice.


Lokanath then filed a lawsuit on February 23, 2023 in New Delhi, giving power of attorney to Sanaka Sanatana. It is unclear how much these legal fees will be but Damodara and Saraswati are confident in defending their case in court. Updates will be given as events unfold.

DD: I just had a GBC rep complain "but we decided this Lokanath matter was now closed." It was if they were blaming us that this court case has come up or that we haven't just immediately ceased talking about the matter and accepted their attempted closure. (I am sure that each time they adjudicated this matter, they hoped and intended it to be the "last time").

The reality is that the focus of our campaigning had actually moved away from campaigning on the Lokanath matter when, all of a sudden, perhaps stung by restrictions from Europe, this lawsuit was initiated (by Lokanath and his power of attorney, the Sringi-like, Sanak Sanatan). 

Evidently, even after 30 years of this information floating around in the public domain, all of a sudden (despite having a favourable GBC decision) he suddenly wanted to silence the campaigners. Apparently, the poor thing has had to deal with lots of questions from those who were previously unquestioningly faithful.
And the poor GBC.... They thought that they'd forever shut this down. How futile! 

Even the fellow they backed so faithfully all these years is dragging it all back up again. Why aren't the universal powers accepting that the GBC are the "ultimate managing authority"? Now the courts will examine the available evidence - all circulated by the GBC. 

What the victim said, how their initial sub-committee chose to handle it - including keeping it all secretive, not reporting the crime to law enforcement; how the GBC have handled all these years - including their biased panel, the shonky logic in their decision, keeping on someone who admitted to sexually abusing a child (yes, the GBC circulated his letters of admission) as a guru, lots of their internal correspondence on the matter and GBC minutes. And the man they foolishly backed all these years is dumbfoundedly bringing all this into the public domain just when they thought they had shut it down and made it go away.

Perhaps the GBC aren't really the ones to decide when all this goes away. Perhaps Krishna will only the matter to be closed when the GBC do the right thing. Paramatma seems to have inspired Lokanath and his people to bring the whole matter up again - purely out of an ego-driven retaliation. Does he really think that his reputation is going to be salvaged by this action? I think it's likely to actually further the cause of child protection by shining the public spotlight on what the GBC have allowed him to get away with to date
