Please find attached the PPT regarding formation of individual Temples CPT. It is extremely urgent and important. Please put this on the top of your list of things to do. The last date is 31st of March, if my memory serves me correctly.

Also we are looking to add members to the INCPO Secretariat. We need devotees with a background in Child Care and Psychology, a permanent secretary, mostly online work, database and website developer to maintain Investigators and Seminar presenters within NIDC. (to be trained)

INCPO. CPT Guidelines

CPT (Child Protection Team) Formation:

Each temple must appoint a CPT Consisting of minimum 3 members. One from the congregation, one full-time temple devotee and the third from either. At least one, if not two, should be a woman.

Each new CPT will then be registered by the INCPO. INCPO. CPT Guidelines:

Role of the CPT:

Education and Prevention

Taking all measures to prevent child abuse.

Educate, congregation, employees and temple full time devotees, about child protection and CONSEQUENSES:

Report all cases to the INCPO for guidance:

Assist in investigations as decided by the INCPO:

INCPO. CPT Guidelines: Qualifications:

Educational: Minimum 12th pass. Additional knowledge or experience of work with children. Knowledge of psychology of children and basic understanidng about statutory laws (have taken the POCSO seminar)

Exceptions will be accepted, if the proposed member has experience in raising children. Out of three members at least one member should have knowledge of writing reports and handling computers or laptops etc.

Brahmacaris may not be on the CPT though someone may be consulted if there is a case involving other Brahmacaris.

Seminar Attendance:

The CPT members should be willing to attend any outstation seminars, workshops related to protection of children conducted by the INCPO, as is practical. All CPT members must attend any online classes that may be arranged.

Reporting:

The CPT must report quarterly to INCPO as per the guidelines for submitting reports, for smaller centers a yearly report will be accepted.

The CPT should be well aware of the ISKCON INCPO guidelines such as how to deal with cases and procedure. A separate training program will be given to the CPT’s

Child No Go Zones:

The CPT must be well aware of isolated areas (such as brahmacari ashrams, buildings, restrooms, terraces, individual devotee rooms, offices, goshalas, any open and isolated spaces behind the temple or buildings, etc.) Certain areas should be demarcated as “NO CHILDREN WITHOUT PARENTS”

CPT Announcement:

Congregation should be informed about the formation of the CPT. The names and contact numbers must be placed in a prominent area within the temple premises along with the name and number of the INCPO Secretary. Indian Laws:

The CPT should be aware of the Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) Act, 2015 and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO) to help them be aware of the important clause of mandatory reporting in child abuse cases. A hard copy of these Acts should be available in the office for reference and posted on the INCPO website.

Database:

A database of all the resident devotees, employees, teachers, caretakers, Bhakti Vriksha leaders, etc, should be maintained by the CPT. 

Social Media:

The CPT members should limit the use of social media like Facebook, Twitter, etc in order to maintain confidentiality.

Local Police Liaison:

Good relations with the local police should be developed. Also contacts with the personnel from the Social Service Department Department of Women & Child Development

Temple Leaders are Legally Responsible and Legally Accountable.

[PADA: It is suddenly "urgent and important" that child molesting is contained. However, we still want the children to worship our pedophile acharyas like Lokanath -- as their messiahs. And we want children to worship pedophiles and porno swamis in samadhis, eternally really. 

And we want children to understand that God's guru successors are often fallen sexual predators "engaged in illicit sex with men, women and children." And we want the children to take initiation from the founder fathers of the illicit sex with men, women and children guru society -- like Jayapataka. 

And by the principle of "you become what you worship" we will create more pedophiles by having children worship pedophiles (or their enablers) as God's successors. We are going to have children worship pedophiles, to cure the problem of pedophiles? My lawyer friend says forcing children to worship pedophiles is most likely illegally "corrupting the morals of minors" and fraud, and he is amazed no one has been sued already. 

Then we have Gainesville / Alachua's Kalakantha / Carl Woodham saying he wants women to be voted into his illicit sex with men, women and children messiah's club. He wants women to become followers of his anal sex epidemic messiah's club -- which is actually an insult to all women everywhere. Why do we want women to be implicated in his homosexual and pedophile "chain of gurus from God"? Rather we should be saving women AND THEIR CHILDREN from getting entangled in this odious mess.

One of the ex-child victims told me "there has been child molesting going on in every nook and cranny of ISKCON." And how that happens is simple, the ISKCON society has been worshiping illicit sex with men, women and children as its messiahs, thus spreading the "molester beej" -- or seed -- of sexual predator consciousness, everywhere. 

Pancaratna does not address this issue. Nor does he address the issue that us "child abuse" whistleblowers are often systematically banned, if not beaten, sued and assassinated. OK we are going to have the children worship Rasputin and Satan, or their enabler agents, and then we wonder how the children are being exploited. 

Nor does Pancaratna address the fact that the cheer leaders and enablers of this molester worshiping society would have to be removed in order to really clean up the issue. And no wonder, since he is one of the enablers for 46 years.

Now ISKCON wants to shift the legal liability away from the society to the rank and file temple leaders. And we are going to keep the worst case founder fathers of the molester guru process in office, like Jayapataka. And keep the enablers of this process in office, like Pancaratna, and that will clean this up. Simultaneously, we are going to make the rank and file legally responsible for our pedophile pooja society, that worships known pedophiles like Lokanath, and other deviants if not pedophiles now worshiped in samadhis.

And in sum -- we are now going to make the rank and file temple presidents legally liable for our promoting pedophiles as our messiahs, and our having a policy of banning, beating, suing and killing the whistleblowers. Are we making any sense of this nonsense yet?

A devotee said this is like the story of Humpty Dumpty. They made a pedophile guru program, where children have been getting molested left, right and center. Now they are going to keep the people who orchestrated that society in office, and shift the legal blame to the rank and file for their molester process. OK guess what, no one will want to become a second echelon leader if they are legally liable for your bogus system. And now that your Humpty Dumpty molester worship society has crashed to the ground, making another layer of committees is not going to fix the problem either.

KD: FEMALE DIKSA DIVERSION

Dear Friends.

Female diksa-guru discussion is a diversion to keep the simple minded flock's mind busy. The core undercut of tattva is giving undue importance of pancaratra-diksa over bhagavata-dksa, and on top of that making diksa a bureaucratic strategy for encroaching the post of a guru making it a livable income and admirer source.

It is not that Srila Prabhupada and sastra contradict each other. They are in perfect harmony. Sastra ought to be understood through the instruction of a great devotee. The problem is that most people lack the qualification to see that. Both Srila Prabhupada and sastra say:

tarko ’pratiṣṭhaḥ śrutayo vibhinnā
nāsāv ṛṣir yasya mataṁ na bhinnam
dharmasya tattvaṁ nihitaṁ guhāyāṁ
mahājano yena gataḥ sa panthāḥ

"Dry arguments are inconclusive. A great personality whose opinion does not differ from others is not considered a great sage. Simply by studying the Vedas, which are variegated, one cannot come to the right path by which religious principles are understood. The solid truth of religious principles is hidden in the heart of an unadulterated, self-realized person. Consequently, as the śāstras confirm, one should accept whatever progressive path the mahājanas advocate."
