VM: My brother, when he was a kid, first bought the Bhagavad Gita and read it. Well, he was a kid then and fortunately his buying the book definitely did help me more than him, but a mere reading of the starting pages must have also made an impact on him, because after all these years he still comes up to me and says that he listens to Prabhupada's lectures every now and then and that he wishes to know Lord Krishna cent percent to revive the lost love for Lord Krishna, as Srila Prabhupada's clearly says in His lectures.

At the same time, because it is Kṛṣṇa's book, if somebody purchases, if he pays something, he'll look at it, something, that "What this nonsense has written? Let me see." Then he will get some idea. And if he reads one line, he comes hundred times forward to Kṛṣṇa consciousness. This is the idea.
So who says Srila Prabhupada is not present in His books?
If one reads one line of this literature, although it is presented in broken language, but if he simply hears there is Kṛṣṇa, then his sinful activities immediately vanquish.

Even they touch and they read one line and says, "Oh, it is very nice," he makes a step forward. If he simply says this word, "Oh, it is very nice," that is sufficient to bring him. Therefore I am trying to push. He has paid some money. He will then say, "What these nonsense have written. Let me see." (laughter) And if he sees and says, "Oh, it is very nice," then the beginning is immediately. Therefore we are trying to push. At least let him say, "It is very nice."
