Rocana extends GBC Guru Voting

[PADA: This is already what the GBC guru program does? They have a "2/3 show of hands vote" to "vote in" their new gurus. And then, by more 2/3 show of hands votes, they can -- control, advise, censure, monitor, suspend and even subject gurus to "expulsion." Where is any of this mentioned by Srila Prabhupada? The acharyas will be "2/3 show of hands voted in" -- ok and what if the 1/3 voters who voted against the guru were correct not to vote for this person? 

As George A. Smith says, "Rocana is really losing it now, I feel sorry for him." Yep, Rocana thinks that when he votes for the acharyas to speak, they will speak, and when he votes to expulse the acharyas, they shall be expulsed, in sum Rocan is now the boss of the acharyas! Who appointed Rocana to be the uber-meister spiritual master of -- Krishna's acharyas? Hee hee, yep, losing it is really what this is, Rocana still think the acharyas are his "voted in" subordinates. Sorry, this is the ritvik system, the ritviks are monitored and controlled by the Church council, not the acharya! ys pd]
