Too many men at the top is not good?

I think Jagadananda is correct, when men alone mange things it can get too top heavy for the ladies, they will get alienated. And they are.

Sita pati is also correct that reform is required. That is what we are doing, we are making a paralell "Prabhupadanuga" ISKCON which is managed mostly by householders. That means women, and the needs of women, are much more in the picture.

So far we have 22 Prabhupadanuga centers in Russia, 4 in Ukraine, a temple and a farm in Singapore, and many other temples in places like Taiwan, China, Malaysia, Fiji, New Zealand and here in Sunnyvale, and of course many centers in India.

As you may or may not know that the GBC has spent $15,000,000 (thats 15 million) dollars suing us in the high court in India, so they are taking us as a threat to their top heavy old men "acharyas" management program very seriously. Anyway, our reform effort, guided mainly by householders, is taking root at the moment all over the planet. It really is not going to be stopped by lawsuits, its a grass roots process. We are also building new temples in India, and other places.

And the core siddhanta ideas expressed on our PADA web sites are the model ideas for this new grass roots program, such as -- no changed books, no preaching that acharyas fall down, no Gaudiya Matha program of a few "strict sannyasa" (self appointed) "acharyas" at the helm and so on. So people may like us or not, but at least we are doing something else. If you read my blog at http:krishna1008.blogspot.com I post regular updates on progressive preaching programs that the Prabhupadanugas are doing. So we are making a reform, its happening.

And since we are making new devotees on a regular basis, I hope you will all bless them with attaining their goal of going back to Krishna.
