[PADA: Now Brahmatirtha das (Bob Cohen) is complaining that he is being misrepresented by some folks, but he does not want to debate these issues in public because -- it can get very nasty. Oh jeepers, ya think! 

Right! In 1979 we complained that Hrdayananda's (i.e. Krishna West's) "His Divine Grace Srila Jayatirtha Tirthapada" is having sex with a follower. And Srila Prabhupada says -- when a guru is having sex with his disciple -- it is the same as a father having sex with his own daughter. Therefore! We complained that ISKCON is promoting a pedophile (or de facto pedophile) as ISKCON's alleged: Jesus - like messiah, jagat guru, acharya, God's successor, assistant of the gopis, sin absorbing saint, etc. And of course, we were right to complain.

Unfortunately, that is when their "nasty debate tactics" against us started, such as banning, beating, suing, harassing, chasing with baseball bats, death threats, and assassinations of my friends etc. Their nasty debate process started to happen -- in spades. So yep, Bob Cohen is right on! Any attempt to discuss these issues can get "nasty" very quickly, even dangerous, even deadly. 

Very simple to figure out the whole issue really, anyone who says that pedophiles / de facto pedophiles are not, were not, could not have been: -- gurus, God's successors / messiahs / another Jesus - like saint, links in a chain of gurus from God etc. gets their "nasty" treatment -- right away! Who could argue with that! Even Professor Bryant said many thousands of ISKCON people were "driven out." 

And by now, we all know why: so they could establish their worship of homosexuals, pedophiles, drunks, porno swamis etc. as God's next wave of "gurus, parampara links in a chain from God, messiahs and saints." Not kidding!

And so it has gone on and on, to the present time. They just added more and more deviations to their "eternal chain of gurus from God," such as Bob Cohen's pal's Jayadvaita's summary: their "guru chain from God" contains -- "illicit sex with men, women and possibly children." Anyone who disagrees, yep, gets their nasty treatment! 

I almost forgot! One of the ex-servants of Kirtanananda says he was trying to have sex with everything in the house, including the cat. And then Bob Cohen's program's pals buried their "sex with cats" holy Godman guru in a samadhi in the holy dham. Can you please bring your little kids over here, so we can get your kiddies to worship our homosexuals and pedophiles and porno swamis, and people who orchestrate murders of dissenters, in -- samadhi! 

Yes, we would be remiss to exclude "sex with cats" from our illicit sex with men, women and children "chain of messiahs from God"! Which "God" is that you might ask? Well it is not Krishna, that we can say for certain. His successors are all pure, or they are not His successors.

Yep, they almost forgot to add "sex with cats" in samadhi to their guru chain, after they have already added: sexual predators, porno swamis, designer drugs-pada, machine gun swami-pada, the more I chant the drier it gets-pada, Timothy Leary-pada, dating minor aged girls-pada and so on and so forth. And yep, anyone who does not think this is a guru chain of God's successors and angels from heaven, is still being banned and removed from ISKCON -- and sometimes in a nasty manner complete with vilification, threats of violence etc. 

Bob is right on, these guys can get plenty nasty when their sex with cats messiahs program is challenged! No question! Bob is 100 percent right, all the threats and harassing I get for opposing their pedophile worship regime are -- nasty! 

Therefore we agree, Bob Cohen is fully correct, his program is totally "nasty" towards us non-pedophile messiah's program folks! One ex-child in their "guru-school" said to PADA -- they starved us children, beat us, raped us, deprived us of soap and shoes -- for a reason. They wanted us children to be gone, and to hate the religion, because we were awful by-products of Prabhupada's disciples. So they wanted to clean out the whole house -- get out the Prabhupada devotees, and all their relatives, so they could bring in their pedophile's worship program unchecked. 

And recently some of the India ICC Bureau folks wrote to tell me Lokanath swami has initiated many children. Wow, so they still have children worshiping pedophiles now, just like they did when they had their Jayatirtha thing going. Did I forget to mention, the Christians are "the bogus ritviks" because, how did you guess! The Christians worship a bona fide pure person and not -- sex with cats in samadhi!

So yes, Bob Cohen is spot on! All we have to say is "pedophiles are not God's messiahs and successors," and their nasty hooks and claws come out to chop us up. And that is all this has ever been about the whole time evidently. So he does not want a public debate, because there is nothing to debate. Worship of deviants is not authorized by Krishna, or Prabhupada, or even by common moral sense. 

A public debate would expose that, so they avoid it. Not to worry, we can expose them elsewhere.

PADA: I have been interviewed over the years by various police, FBI, a number of book writers, news media, TV, Hindu leaders and swamis, Windle Turley law firm, Dr. Stilson Judah, and many others including now another college student who is writing a paper on these issues. 

And most of them find it almost impossible to believe that the victims would claim that they are part of a group of 2,000 other victims, and almost no one was ever reported to the police, almost no one ever went to jail, and the leaders who orchestrated all this process -- are still the leaders. 

To say justice is not being served here is, to them, a giant understatement. Normal people take very prompt and aggressive action when they find their children are being starved, beaten, abused, molested etc. It is the fault of everyone involved if this is the case, of course leaders being the primary culprits. ys pd

*** DASI: I agree with you 100 %. When my son was young, some devotees including a swami pushed me to send him away to Gurukula. I was told that abuse only happened to half of the children in Mayapur gurukula, and I should therefore trust Krishna and send my child away. I was also told that abuse also happens in other schools and I should therefore send my child away to a Gurukula... I never did! Thanks to God!

I also told the Swami that if my son lives at home and is abused in his school, at least I would have the chance of detecting it, whereas if he was sent to a residential school somewhere else, my chances of finding out anytime soon would be much less. The swami did agree it was true...

[PADA: Yep, only half the kids were molested, that means they knew all about the problem ...]

PADA: When I was collating documents and adding more victims to the $400,000,000 Windle Turley child molesting lawsuit, the number one complaint I heard -- over and over from a number of victims -- then -- and continuing still to the present time: the abusers -- or their cover ups -- or the enablers -- are still floating around ISKCON acting like nothing is wrong. Worse, sometimes the perps -- or the enablers -- or the cover ups -- now enjoy posts of authority, including the post of guru. I furthermore know for a fact this problem caused at least some of the suicides to happen. There just does not seem to be a proper process of rectification, accountability and taking responsibility. 

Which then angers, frustrates, traumatizes and frankly in some cases -- re-victimizes the victims. All these different endless committees have not yet addressed this root problem. Perps and their enablers have to be held accountable, for starters, by not being given posts of authority -- never mind the post of the guru and acharya for the mission's children. Victims are experiencing trauma and even severe PTSD symptoms for decades, while the GBC is "making a committee to address the issue" -- which is way too late to help most of the victims, and in fact makes the victims feel more marginalized and uncared for. And rightly so. And for the ones who are now departed, it is too late to give them justice now anyway, they left their bodies feeling cheated and abused by this process because -- it is taking way too long to address this issue in any case. This should have been addressed ages and ages ago. And so now it looks like simply more off putting and obfuscation ... again! ys pd

*** DASI: What exactly happened to that case? Did it ever go to court or was it resolved before going to court? I've heard different versions.

PADA: The GBC pleaded no contest, i.e. they agreed they were negligent. Then they declared bankrupt so they could trickle down or avoid paying the victims. First, they told me to take them to court. Then after the court case -- the disciples of Jayapataka were writing me nasty notes that I cost ISKCON $100,000,000 by my support of: the $400,000,000 molesting case; the $20,000,000 Bangalore case; the multi million BBTI case, and my help in numerous police busts and raids and so forth -- that also cost them millions in lost support etc. 

So -- they told me -- they wanted me to go to the authorities, and when I did, then they complained I was a rascal for -- following their orders? If they ordered me to go to the authorities, then -- they are the party that wanted to spend $100,000,000, not me? That was never my idea, it is their idea. 

They wanted to spend $100,000,000 buying new Mercedes for lawyers, I never wanted to spend a penny on buying new Mercedes for lawyers. And now Bob Cohen says what they said all along, they do not want to talk to us. OK never mind, we will talk to the police, FBI, courts, media, write our own blogs and web sites etc. You guys wanted us to talk to the authorities, and we did. We do not need to talk to you folks. ys pd
