Jayapataka Sues Russian Devotees For Defamation

RUSSIA NEWS: The information with Jayapataka's case was confirmed. He did indeed sue one Russian devotee. Jayapataka Swami's civil case for the protection of the honor, dignity and business reputation. Jayapataka passport attached: Z5427914. He resides in Juhu, Mumbai, India. The trial will take place in the city of Yaroslavl, not far from Moscow. In fact, it is a provincial town.

He asks this Russian devotee to remove from his group on the VK social network the video where he talked about Jayapataka and to apologize to him by publishing the text of the refutation. Jayapataka did not like the following comments in the video: 1. "A terrible criminal, a bandit who attacked the Krishna temple in Calcutta, was preparing to initiate and organize a bandit attack on the temple." 2. "The bandit who organized a bandit attack on the Krishna temple in Calcutta using an explosive device and participated in this attack." 3. "Organized the persecution of a devotee, defamed, made a false accusation, conspired and drove him to suicide." and so on in that spirit.

PADA: Jayapataka program was already raided by the police many times here in various locations, and sued for $400,000,000 for mass child abuse. How is he not a criminal? His chief writer and editor Jayadvaita swami says their "God's successor gurus" are often falling into deviations, if not illicit sex with men, women and children. 

OK this is criminal fraud and criminal debasing the morals of minors -- because gurus do not engage in any of this, and children should not be taught that God's successors are sometimes pedophiles. This Russian devotee needs to bring in these evidences into court in Russia. Moreover this devotee should counter sue, that persons who say God's successors are sexual predators and pedophiles need to be banned from preaching in Russia, they are criminally corrupting the morals of minors by teaching them that pedophiles are sometimes in a chain of gurus from God. 

Did I forget to mention that the Jayapataka program buries known porno swamis and homosexual pedophiles in samadhis, so children will be worshiping homosexual pedophiles as their messiahs -- for generations -- as some sort of samadhi saints? And this devotee needs to get to the Russian media and expose all this ASAP, that will help his court case. ys pd]
