BVKS and Jayadvaita swami
[PADA: Hanuman Croatia das and his cheating guru program.
Hanuman says we at PADA are bogus "retards" for our not accepting and promoting the Bhakti Vikas swami (GBC voted in) guru program. And BVKS is the sannyasa disciple of Jayapataka, whom Hanuman admits herein is a bogus crook who is helping steal money from elderly retired devotees, making them homeless and penniless. Of course, many other devotees have already been made homeless and penniless by this regime, she is simply another victim to add to the pile.
Why does Hanuman want us to surrender to the Bhakti Vikas Swami / Jayapataka Swami "my sannyasa guru" program, and their band of crooks? A devotee wrote to tell me he heard BVKS say that yes, some of the 11 GBC gurus are molesters, but we have to accept what the GBC says (when they say known deviants are gurus). We need to stop thinking and join the Hanuman / BVKS / JPS program? We need to accept that sexual predators are "appointed" as Krishna's successor gurus, and the leaders of a program that steals the pension money savings of retired old ladies are bona fide Vaishnavas, because "the GBC says its bona fide."
Then they wonder why all these crimes are going on?
Now the BVKS / JPS program is stealing money from elderly and retired devotees who then end up homeless and penniless. The BVKS / JPS program is what we need to support, or else we are "retards"? Hey, someone with legal expertise should write this woman and help her get her $$$ returned from these crooks! And BVKS should be sued as well for his role in promoting the Jayapataka process, he is aiding and abetting their criminal programs. ys pd

As per your request I’m writing down here my final decision of rescinding the purchase contract with MVD Sdn in the Nitai Building for that apartment Nr. 1-3.
I’m then asking back the total amount of 58,000€ as per the final invoice released in 2017, march the 21st.
As we discussed, the delay of the delivery of the apartment (expected for Gaura Purnima 2018 ) has been postponed more times and for too long time and it’s still pending now.
This is not acceptable for me also because what has be done since I paid the total amount one year ago is minimal (1 wall down, 3 windows opened, some of the electric system and some plaster on the walls) and the problems connected to the only road with ISKCON are not solved yet.
I kindly request you to transfer 5,000€ (maybe some cash included) within one week by now on my Italian bank account (see below details ), the half of the total amount within 2 months by now and the rest in 4 months by now.
I’m sorry but I cannot wait longer and I’m sure that you can easily manage this small amount ( compared to the amounts which you are managing).
I’m not asking any interests or damages, well aware of the support received by Sanjoy during these years.

The manager claims that the apartment will be finished within 2-3 months. The first lie is that Ajamila claimed at the bottom of this email that the apartment will be finished within 2-3 months. That was February 2019, now is the end of September 2019, and the apartment is still not finished.

Here is the letter from a few days later, where Ajamila das claims that they don’t have more than 5,000 Eur in cash. My question is: How do you build two skyscrapers with only 5,000 euros? Besides very hard experiences in ISKCON Mayapur and Italy, a so called Śrīla Prabhupada’s disciple, Ajamila Das and his servant Sanjaya Roy of MVD stole all my money with a fake promise of a very safe apartment in the Nitai building years ago.
I’m on the street, my life and also my health are in danger because of this and because of all the anxiety this matter is giving. I also went to the hospital last week and I mentioned ISKCON. If I don’t have my money back I will proceed with a big legal case involving ISKCON too.
I don’t include more details about this cheating system of MVD because I know you know already the situation there but I’m ready to send more details if needed.

Did he agree to apply pressure to Ajamila to return the money? Nope. Why not? Because he is so pure. Pure devotees don’t want to involve themselves into “worldly dealings”. They are “transcendental”. I mean, they will gladly take your money if you want to give a donation, but when you are lonely mataji who has been robbed and needs your help, they will tell you that they “don’t know”.
