EVIL DASA: One last comment, there was a priest who was caught in America with one of his congregation on a beach and was having an illicit relationship with her. He was so popular that it did not matter to many of his followers. Yes he broke his priestly vows, but still he was a religious person. So if the best we have for GBC's are the ones we have now then what can be done?

[PADA: OK, as soon as we say the gurus / acharyas / messiahs are not the ones "falling down with women on the beach," .... maybe the priest will fall down that way, but the messiah will not, then we are banned, beaten and sometimes assassinated because the GBC says it is the guru / acharyas / messiahs who are out there having sex on the beach. You are giving exactly our argument, the priest can fail, the acharya does not.]

ED: I have heard that Srila Prabhupada said "I have chosen my best men to be on the GBC". I do not know if this is true or not but if it is true he didn't have very many good disciples because his best men immediately tried to make themselves "acharyas" when they weren't qualified for that title at all.

[PADA: Srila Prabhupada made some of his "motivated" leaders into his GBCs, however, he was also counting on the mass of devotees, the rank and file, to stand up and protest in the event the GBC got way off track. Instead, most of the rank and file surrendered to the bogus program of the GBC.]

ED: I don't know what acharya means but if it means uttama adhikari then all the "original 11 acharyas" who fell down but lied or went along with the lie that they were all uttama adhikari gurus chosen by Prabhupada and no one else was qualified except for them were either in maya themselves, or were forced to accept going along with something they did not want to do in order to make a smooth transition from Srila Prabhupada being the only guru to having 11 gurus instead.

[PADA: No one was forced to become an acharya, they all wanted that post and they orchestrated us being banned, beat and shot for protesting.]

ED: No matter what the reasoning, I personally would like to see all the minutes from the 1978 GBC meetings in order to figure out which devotees said what, and why it was decided that the "gurus" should all pretend to be on a higher level than they were.

[PADA: OK Sridhara Maharaja promoted the GBC as gurus and he was their important advisor.]

ED: As far as why I don't glorify the devotees who have been kicked out and spend their time exposing the fallen devotees who have kicked them out just because they were trying to expose them or their friends, I have before. I "glorified" Pada for example, for listing many things about many devotees that finally explained to me the reason WHY these devotees had been trying to pull the wool over my eyes since the day I stepped into the temple. But does that mean Puranjana is my "hero" and I will worship him until the day I die? Not if he continues to try to bring Iskcon down at any cost, no.

[PADA: OK, we are not trying to bring down ISKCON, we are supporting Bangalore and many others who are in ISKCON?]

ED: I do not like lawsuits against the Deities or Srila Prabhupada. Srila Prabhupada did not like lawsuits.

[PADA: I just wanted people to know what happened and that is working. OK as for suing, the GBC has spent 15 million dollars suing us, we are just supposed to move out of Bangalore and let the rats take over the temple the way Boston got overcome with rats? Why should we allow the rats to take over? How can you say you are for the deity when you want the deity servants to be kicked out and have the deity in a ghetto?]

ED: He did punish individual devotees for abusing children etc. so I am all for punishing offenders in the courts which should not cost Iskcon any money at all. I am not a lawyer but I think you just report crimes to the police or someone and they should take care of that.
Puranjana and I wrote several things to each other and one of the things I said to him was I liked this website better than his anyway.
