PADA: Rupanuga was told to keep us away from the Gaudiya Matha, in particular Sridhar Maharaja, and yet the whole movement went over to Sridhar Maharaja in 1978. And Rupanuga was part of that process. And worse, Rupanuga said the people introducing Sridhara's "gurus go mad after money, women, and followers" are -- gurus in ISKCON. And then they started their "guru is 2/3 show of hands voted in by the GBC" and other concoctions. Rupanuga was not leading people away from all these deviations, and worse, he has been saying that Srila Prabhupada appointed conditioned souls as acharyas. ys pd
Gurus go mad after money, women and followers,
unlike your local sewer sweeper. Which means,
a sewer sweeper is more advanced than
Sridhara's acharyas.
Rupanuga was supposed to be the guard dog of the hen house.
Instead, he allowed the wolves in to guard the hens.
And he just waltzed off stage.
What could go wrong?
