Dear devotees of the ICC, the ISKCON India Bureau and any others this may be relevant to, 

Please accept our humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

We feel strongly there is a necessity to address your good selves in regard to our Committee's idea of forming a highly specialized panel for looking into the situation surrounding H H Lokanatha Swami Maharaja and the incident that occurred involving himself in 1990.

We have heard from HH Gopala Krishna Maharaja that yourselves, or some of yourselves, are not inclined to have devotees from India participate in this panel. Please forgive us for saying this, but we feel this is somewhat shortsighted of yourselves. In saying this we do not want to offend you, as we have great respect for you as sincere and intelligent Vaisnavas, and dedicated followers of Srila Prabhupada.

[PADA: Yep, anyone who wants to have ISKCON's little children worshiping pedophiles as Krishna's diksha guru successors is "very dedicated." Well yup. They are very dedicated -- to promoting pedophiles as Krishna's successors -- and have been all along. 

Wait a minute, isn't Gopal Krishna swami one of the hand maidens of the program to bury a known sexual predator in a Vrindavan samadhi, and then doubling down by helping bury a porno swami in a samadhi. Which is evidently why -- my Brijabasi friends said they cannot wait for the whole lot of these guys to die -- so they can dig up their bogus samadhis and put the remnants in the sewer pipe over there? How is promoting pedophiles as gurus, and / or gurus in samadhi etc. "dedicated to Srila Prabhupada"?]

The first subject at hand for the panel is how the GBC Body dealt with the matter. The Body is being challenged very strongly, that it mishandled the matter. If this is not dealt with, the challenges may go on indefinitely into the future, and we expect they would become even more vociferous than they are currently.

[PADA: The critics will be more vociferous than they are currently? What happens when you guys meet Yamaraja, who is another vociferous critic of your pedophile's guru program? What do you plan to tell him? 

Wait for a few decades while we make a committee to discuss if pedophile gurus are bona fide or not? Umm, not going to work on Yama-loka, hate to be the one to break that news here. But yep, more people are catching onto your guy's pedophile guru scam, and the numbers of dissenters will increase, and it is increasing strength to strength daily.] 

Was all the information available to the GBC Body? If it was, was it taken into consideration properly? Was there even a coverup by the Body or members of the group who first investigated the matter? These and related matters need to be studied.

[PADA: All this already was studied over and over and over, and reported over and over and over -- right here on PADA.]

Qualified devotees, including those from legal backgrounds, who will be taken seriously at least by honest people, should give considered opinions on this. In doing so, if any panel member/s disagree/s with all or some of the other panel members, they can write dissenting opinions, which will be presented as much as any other opinion/s. In this way there is no danger that anyone's position will be misrepresented in the panel's final outcomes.

The writing of dissenting opinions is not uncommon practice in law, particularly on Supreme Court levels. A dissenting opinion can be just a statement of difference of opinion in certain respects, but it can even be a statement that the opinions of others involved is grievously misguided.

If there are such opinions from any panel member/s, they will be taken with the utmost seriousness. All of this will then be presented to the GBC Body, for them to take the matter forward.

We have heard that your good selves feel that the GBC Body's conclusions from before should simply be accepted, and that is all. Thank you for your trust in us. But this is the same GBC Body asking you to kindly bear with us again, and allow two of your devotees to participate in this important process.

At the very worst it cannot be harmful.

[PADA: Wow, a giant world wide organization, at least according to themselves, but they cannot find two spare people to participate in their scam committee? As a number of devotees have said to PADA, they ALREADY did not want to get rid of Jayatirtha, Hansadutta, Ramesvara, Bhavananda, Bhagavan, Harikesh, Satsvarupa, Prithu, Bir Krishna, Ravindra swarupa, Malati and others when they caused problems, because then "the followers would lose faith" and QUIT GIVING MONEY. This is all about money, and has been all along. 

I agree with those folks. It is a guru business. And after conducting their guru business, they go straight to Yamaraja's planet -- and are then dispatched to the crappiest crap hole planets -- of the lowest regions of the universe -- while a lot of their victims will be dancing on their graves and gleefully saying "good riddance"! 

Hee hee, I know some of those folks who will be among the happy dancing crew. Anyway, this is another example of total dysfunction due to -- greed to keep the money pipeline going. It is corrupt, and more people understand that every day.
