ITALY SCANDALS UPDATE

The Israeli Dana Saporta aka Danesvari has to fight Massimo Brioli aka Madhusevita Prabhu, head of GBC ISKCON Italy

Alarm from the heart of the Italian scandal

Dana Saporta and her husband Gopinath (Francesco Brambilla) openly rejoiced when, a few months ago, Massimo Brioli, head of the GBC of ISKCON Italy, went off the street with his luxury car ending up crashing against a guardrail. In the car were son Nitai and wife Ali Krishna devi. 

According to sources close to the couple, their reaction was chilling: “He’s fine, it’s Karma!” Almost like a curse thrown against Madhusevita Prabhu, as a rival for blocking the return to Italy of Danesvari's friend, the notorious and criminal William Ehrlichman aka Bhagavan Das, who wanted to return in style, particularly to the cursed temple of Prabhupada Dham in Tribogna, trying to make his way into Italy discrediting its own enemy, Madhusevita himself.

PADA: Bhagavan was incredibly cruel to the householders in France, leaving a number of them stranded at the Paris train station with no money, no baby food, no diapers etc. Jayatirtha handed me a huge pile of English pounds and directed me to go to Paris to deliver the money to these stranded devotees so they could get train tickets to come to the UK, which many of them did. OK Bhagavan hates anyone who does not worship him as another Jesus and God's messiah successor.

Bhagavan became international news famous when PADA's editor had to recover a baby who had been kidnapped back to France -- after the mother left Bhagavan's zone, citing she could not get diapers and baby supplies, nevermind sanitary napkins and so on -- for herself. 

This kidnap story was in the UK and other EU newspapers, along with my photo -- showing me as the rescue person for the baby. The little baby girl was immediately recognized at the UK customs. Thus they told me not to worry for my not having any identification papers for the baby, because the story of Bhagavan's failing to help the mother was already in all the newspapers.

Later on Bhagavan was in charge of Croome Court where the infamous "molesting children using chloroform scandal" was covered up by Bhagavan. Then Bhagavan started his Narayan Maharaja cult over here in Berkeley and many ISKCON people were lost to his program, siphoned off to worship Tamal's biggest bucket boy. OK there is some pot smoking going on here too.

In short, Bhagavan is another creepy guy that should not be in charge of dog sitting your pet dog, never mind being in charge of Vaishnavas, especially children. Bhagavan's second in command Indradyumna swami then took charge of ISKCON after Bhagavan blooped. And he is known as a "little girl" obsessed creep himself, just like Lokanatha swami and other ISKCON big wigs. OK long and short, this guy should not be welcomed into ISKCON again after all the damage he created for ISKCON.    

The day of the alleged Karma

Then came October 9, 2025, the day the two hoped, not too secretly, that their old enemy would find the end. Dayanidhi had told the two boys that Madhusevita had to undergo an emergency prostate surgery, but the couple was disappointed when he got back on his feet after the surgery. Danesvari would have commented coldly: “Well, then let’s hope for a tumor next time!”

Temple control and the “Malini case”

Now the tables have turned. Danesvari and Gopinath are struggling to maintain control of the Tribogna temple as the “Malini case” explodes in sunlight. Malini isn't even a part of ISKCON: she belongs to the controversial "Prominent Link" Dhira Govinda group, a pseudo-spiritual network that pretends exclusive devotion to Srila Prabhupada but tries by all means to infiltrate ISKCON temples for visibility and power. 

The same GBC body had warned of the danger posed by these Prominent Link infiltrants, “deviated and potentially misleading”, in an official document from 2002 (link: https://gbc.iskcon.org/the-prominent-link/... ).

PADA: Yep, oddly some Bhakti Vikas swami GBC followers told me the "Prominent Link" paper is nothing new, it is what the GBC already does. Supposedly, Srila Prabhupada is the prominent link, even for the GBC. OK the prominent link idea is good, but we also need to expose -- who is not linked at the same time. And therefore, a paper that does not explain how the GBC's illicit sex with men, women and children program is bogus, is not sufficient. We cannot simply say anyone who promotes Srila Prabhupada is authorized, when they simultaneously promote illicit sex deviants as his authorized successor links.   

Attention international

Even the well-known "Krishna1008" of the esteemed American journalist Puranjana Dasa aka PADA is dedicating itself to the now international scandal of the Tribogna temple:

However Danesvari and Gopinath are still keeping Malini there, teaching the devotees and managing the temple and deities with the consent of Govardhanapuja Prabhu.

Conclusion

It’s the perfect portrait of the hypocrisy within the movement: ambition, rivalry and corruption disguised as devotion.

PADA: Yes, there is a thinly veiled agreement among many ISKCON leaders, but also competition and envy. The Berkeley police told me Hansadutta's diary had an entry "The following people need to die," and he listed most of the other 11 gurus. And when Jayatirtha was doing his ecstasy clown show, many other GBC hated that program and they wanted to stop him. 

And the infamous "stealing devotees from my zone" and "re-initiating people from my zone" problems have gone on all the time, and still are. There is a lot of internal bitterness and envy among ISKCON's divine messiahs' club. Even Bhakti Vikas ended up apologizing to Radhanath after he exposed Radhanath as a covert mayavada. They have to stick together, at least public and official-wise.  

Anyway yeah, PADA is exposing all this, and is giving a forum to victims etc. At one time the Sanat / Mukunda / Prahlad / Dayalu Nitai -- HKC Jaipur / Mathura Pati -- (Prabhupadanugas EU) / Bhakta das / Krishna Kant IRM ilk types were making an internet petition to have PADA taken off the internet. We need to stop our favorite child abuse program from being exposed, because otherwise, how can we recruit more children to get victimized? 

Yep, if there is one thing the pedophile messiah's lovers club folks -- and defenders -- cannot stand, it is being exposed. They never make a petition to remove the pedophile messiah's club from the internet? Of course not! Some members of the group also began to promote Radhanath's fan club and the writings of Bhavananda's bucket boy, because they are evidently unable to leave the Kirtanananda lover's club.

Sorry, we have had to save children from the hands of your guy's process, and we have saved a number. And we probably saved thousands more children from getting sucked into their process, by our public exposing. And a number of those ex-children thanked me for helping save them from the hands of this program. So yeah, exposing homosexual and pedophile guru programs has to be done to save human society from degradation, and to save children from being handed off to their program, which is a peril to children everywhere. 

Anyway these Italy folks are doing a good job. Bravo! We need more of these types of things to go on, so these bogus GBC gurus have no place left to hide. As Srila Prabhupada says, when we shine a light on a cockroach it will run away and hide. Thus we need more people to get their cockroach exposing lights up and working in all the GBC zones. 

Anyone who exposes false gurus gets credit from Krishna for doing that, because Srila Prabhupada says one of the functions of a Vaishnava is to expose false gurus. Yep. We cannot sit back and allow a revival of "Chloroform on children-pada" making another come back, and allow his cronies to run ISKCON.

Iskcon devotees are still convinced that the essence of the Gosvāmīs’ teachings lies within Bhaktivedanta’s books. Its ridiculous and it couldn’t be further from the truth. 

To impress ISKCON devotees with Gosvāmī-siddhānta doesn’t take much — otherwise, how could they read for 20 or 30 years the same dry, ABC-level books, full of apasiddhāntas, written by Bhaktivedanta? Four of our books have already been published. 

So why does nobody quote directly from them to disprove our statements or show a single “false accusation”? Most likely because they can’t — because everything we expose is true, known for decades by the way. 

Their confrontations are, spiritually speaking, the cries of a child — not the reasoning and composure of a mature person. And that is precisely the problem with ISKCON and the Gaudiya math: they follow their gurus sentimentally, not the śāstras. All their translations and ṭīkās come from within their own cult circle —
Thus they have little understanding of the authentic ācāryas’ works and the true Gauḍīya siddhānta.

They never analyze or compare what their so-called gurus have said with the teachings of the genuine Gauḍīya Ācāryas and the Vedas to see whether they truly align or comtradict. But we understand — such work requires time, knowledge, and discernment.

That’s why we’ve done this service for you in our books. And much more will come, as there is still a lot to repair and clarify.

PADA: Yeah, Jagadananda went over to their camp. Before that, Lalitaprasad initiated Subal as a Peacock, and another guy also got siddha deha. So when Subal came back we all went "caw caw, I am a peacock." Hee, hee, and Subal later told me he cannot even follow the principles and he is blooping. OK he should never have been told he is already Krishna's eternal peacock in Vaikuntha. Very ridiculous and misleading.

Srila Prabhupada told us this siddha deha process is premature, and dangerous, because it misleads conditioned souls to think they are liberated. Where have we had that problem in ISKCON, Gaudiya Matha and etc? 

As for these Jeeva Institute guys, they made many papers saying we do not originate with Krishna, we originate in brahman, which is called impersonalism. They preach an idea which is something like the church, some fortunate souls start out with God, some unfortunates ones do not, because God chooses who can fall and who cannot. God is not smart enough to make us all perfect in the first place and not allow us to fall. His bad, not mine? 

So this is called impersonalism, also, blaming God for our falling. Srila Prabhupada said, they are blaming God because "they hold a grudge." He also said the mayavadas are still envious of Krishna, so they misrepresent Him.

Meanwhile, the only reason these people are arguing with us AT ALL is, they never gave us Krishna in the first place, because a lot of them are racists and they do not accept that we Westerners can be Krishna's devotees. They think Krishna is racial profiling His population, not realizing they are souls, which is ignorance. 

Krishna has no concern for the bodily race of His bhaktas, He is the same God for all souls. So their misdirected Gaudiya siddhanta is very similar to the Church idea, some souls start with God, some do not. And those who do not -- then have to fall -- and suffer. So God is the efficient cause of suffering, not the renegade desires of the fallen jeevas. 

And it is also racist to say we Westerners cannot become Krishna bhaktas. And they are basically against us Westerners being bhaktas in the first place, because they think they, or their race, owns Krishna. They don't. 

Srila Bhaktivinode says brahman is worse than hell, because in hell you might hear about Krishna, but in brahman no one ever hears about Krishna. It is amazing that the Jeeva Institute folks think God places some of His children with Him in heaven, and other children in a place that is worse than hell. 

OK you could say, they do not like Krishna at all, they are painting Him as causing suffering to His children, and placing them in worse than hell in their original state. Some children belong in heaven, some belong in hell, sounds very diabolical IMHO. And making premature spiritual sky peacocks is another example of these guys problems. They do not understand the sidhanta. ys pd

SP: Right. Their ideas sound suspiciously like the Calvinist predestination doctrine. True ... also true ... they never gave us Krishna in the first place...

 

I Dasa: I wonder why Hrisikesa Prabhu you are entertaining this deviants.

Henry Doktorski III: Godbrother I Dasa, I like to see the discussion, my friend. We should not hide our heads in the sand like the ostrich, in my opinion. Actually, I think that's a myth, that the ostrich hides its head in the sand! 

BD: You have hit the nail on its head. Guru Nistha is firm faith that your Guru and teachings can delivery you to Krishna. Undermining and fragmenting Gaudiya Vaishnavism was not a difficult task for the authorities.
Gorby stated that the Feds were coming for Krishnas and they did.

SATYA VANI: Everything is explained in detail in our mISKCONceptions book — this is actually one of the topics we elaborate on the most, supported by numerous pramāṇas. Nowhere in śāstra is it stated that the jīva fell from the spiritual world. Every bhakta knows this. Only ISKCON and Gauḍīya Maṭha devotees remain ignorant of this fact — simply because they lack a true paramparā and read only translation of their own cult.

PADA: Well yup, everyone knows Krishna is biased and cruel with His children, so (A) He starts some of them in the spiritual Sky with Him, and (B) other children are made to be separated -- and in a position where they fall and suffer, and take repeated births and deaths on martya lokas (planets of death). 

God is thus the primary cause of suffering, because He forgot to start all of us out in our original state -- with Him. Basicaly what we learned in Christian church as a kid. Some important and blessed children of God start out as angels in heaven with God. But not you poor / lousy / lesser children shmucks! You get a smack down, for no apparent reason?

You didn't belong in heaven because God wanted to have you suffer and be separated from Him. God caused your suffering, not you. So this is why Srila Prabhupada says these people are envious of God, they blame God for creating suffering. This is not -- as they advertise -- a higher principle, this is painting God as evil and creating suffering because God is mean and cruel. 

These guys are not going back to God, since they openly do not like Him. But a bad carpenter blames his tools, and a bad Krishna devotee blames a bad God for the suffering of the fallen jeevas. This is pretty nasty view of God IMHO. 

But this really explains why the GBC promoted Sridhar, Narayan, Gaura Govinda swamis and others so heavily, because they preached this idea. They wanted to soften us up so when they brought in all the Hindus, we would already be partial to mayavada-ism. And it worked pretty good for them, many have been fooled.

IS ASTROLOGY BONA FIDE?

Is a professional astrologer like the son of a prostitute? A shocking verdict from ancient scriptures.

In the world of spiritual seekers, astrology often coexists with Vedic knowledge. Many seek answers from the Brahmins who cast their horoscopes. But what do the primary sources themselves say about this? The answer is shocking.
In his treatise "Brahmana and Vaisnava," Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Thakura provides a strict list of Brahmins to avoid, based on quotations from the dharma-sastras: Vishnu-smriti and Atri-smriti. Among them are professional astrologers who charge a fixed fee for their consultations (nakṣatra-jīvinah).

They are lumped in with:

· Hypocrites and deceivers.
· Professional physicians (who charge a fixed fee, turning medicine from a service to the people into a craft).
· The sons of unmarried women (anūdhā-putrān).
· Those who reject spiritual guidance and the Vedas.
"...professional astrologers... —these are considered the worst kinds of brāhmaṇas and are disgraces to their line. Learned persons should carefully reject these persons..."

But the most powerful blow comes in another verse, which states that even incredible learning does not atone for the sin of selling knowledge:

"Astrologers... these four kinds of brahmanas never become worshipable, even if they are as learned as Brhaspati."

Imagine: you possess the wisdom of a guru of the demigods, but by charging for a horoscope, you descend to the level of a prostitute's son in the eyes of the shastras. What is your fault?

The essence is not knowledge, but attitude. Knowledge of astrology (Jyotish) is part of the Vedas. But a Brahmin is a selfless bearer of knowledge, living on voluntary gifts. By turning knowledge of the laws of karma and the stars into a commodity, he profanes the sacred and becomes an ordinary businessman, exchanging the transcendent for the perishable.

This is not a condemnation of astrology, but a blow to the commercialization of spirituality. The Shastras remind us: a true Brahmin does not sell the truth. He lives by it.

Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, the eminent disciple of Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati, has a statement on this matter:

"No, no. They are not brāhmaṇas. Those who give education in exchange of money, they are not brāhmaṇas. Just like we are lecturing, educated, educating people. We don't say that "Give us salary." We simply ask them, "Please come." Therefore we are making food. I'll give you food. I'll give you good seat. Please come and hear. We are not asking money, that "First of all pay the fees. Then you come and learn Bhagavad-gītā." We never say so. So those, these so-called teachers, they first of all set up salary, "What salary you'll give me?" 

That is dog's business. That is not brāhmaṇa's business. Brāhmaṇa will never ask. Brāhmaṇa is eager to give lesson only. That's all. Brāhmaṇa is eager to see that people are educated. "Take free education and be educated. Be a human being." This is brāhmaṇa's business. I came here not to ask for any money. But I want to give lesson. This is brāhmaṇa's business." (Room Conversation - June 11, 1974, Paris).

BANGLADESH IS A MESS UPDATE

Protests and demands for a ban on ISKCON in Bangladesh.
Mass rallies, organized by Islamic groups (such as Hefazat-e-Islam Bangladesh), have taken place in Bangladeshi cities, including Dhaka and Chittagong, demanding an official ban on ISKCON, calling it an "extremist" organization.
Protesters accuse the organization of violating the rights of minorities and call on the government to take strong action. In response, some human rights groups have expressed concern: for example, a coalition of minorities in Bangladesh stated that a "campaign of disinformation and propaganda" is being waged against ISKCON, creating fear among religious minorities.

RN: Significance: This is important context: ISKCON is not only a religious organization but also a participant in socio-political interactions, especially when it comes to the rights of religious minorities. A scandal of this magnitude could affect its activities and perception in the region.

But do they understand the difference between Prabhupada's ISKCON and the GBC ISKCON? This is another example of how the GBC, using the ISKCON brand created by Prabhupada, is ruining his reputation. They should be prosecuted and punished for this.

PADA: ISKCON folks are attending meetings of scholars to "Save Bangladesh Hindus" in various forums, but they have not been able to "save the ritviks" from being banned, beaten, sued and assassinated. Save your own religion first of all, then worry about the Hindus. In any case, ISKCON or Hindus are not welcome in these kinds of places, and the India government should arrange free passage,  passports and relocating fund relief for anyone who wants to get out of there. It is not improving.

KESHAVA BHARATI KEEPS RE-EMERGING

And now he has been exposed for sexual abuse of young girls, and was punished to hold no post in iskcon for 8 years, but was given the Iskcon Palace of TKG at Govardhan Hill to live there like a king and be served hand and foot by juniors there!! Truly this 'organization' is a monster with no head in control!!

ISKCON IS OFF THE RAILS

Reading by Srila Prabhupada made us think....

Right now, the hijacked iskcon has so much momentum and power that even if the rascals responsible for derailing it from Srila Prabhupada's 7 Purposes of Iskcon wanted to stop it, they can't!

It can only be stopped if we, The Resistance - get the Global Followers of Srila Prabhupada to unite - it is possible with latest Social Media technology, and create a new DAO-avatar of the Original Sicken and all of us COLLECTIVELY run it without falsely appointing conditioned souls to pose as Acaryas - which is what Srila Prabhupada wanted us to do!

So long as we remain HDG's obedient disciples, we shall be spiritually potent. When we disobey HDG and steal his assets and use it for our sense gratification and self-aggrandizement, then we are bogus gurus, misleading all who are unfortunate enough to meet and follow us. Hare Krishna!

PADA: Yeah probably true. The individual GBC guru leaders could not stop this crazy train now, even if they wanted. Even if they jump off the crazy train, it will keep going on with its own momentum now. It might be somewhat effective ONLY if all of them joined together and admitted to the hoax, but that seems unlikely, since many of them are now getting their retirement taken care of by the society, and they feel they have no other option but to stay the course. 

This is their economic career at this stage. They probably did not intend to hand ISKCON off to the Hindus in 1978, but eventually they made the society dependent on them, so now they are stuck. The crazy train has taken a life of its own.

THE DOLLAR IS ARTIFICIAL 

"So the personality of Kali became gold-standardized. According to Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam, gold encourages falsity, intoxication, prostitution, envy and enmity. Even a gold-standard exchange and currency is bad. Gold-standard currency is based on falsehood because the currency is not on a par with the reserved gold. 

The basic principle is falsity because currency notes are issued in value beyond that of the actual reserved gold. This artificial inflation of currency by the authorities encourages prostitution of the state economy. The price of commodities becomes artificially inflated because of bad money, or artificial currency notes. 

Bad money drives away good money. Instead of paper currency, actual gold coins should be used for exchange, and this will stop prostitution of gold. Gold ornaments for women may be allowed by control, not by quality, but by quantity. This will discourage lust, envy and enmity. When there is actual gold currency in the form of coins, the influence of gold in producing falsity, prostitution, etc., will automatically cease. There will be no need of an anticorruption ministry for another term of prostitution and falsity of purpose."

Satsvarupa "Sundown Syndrome"

PADA: OK Satsvarupa still has headaches, which means he has taken karma and it is causing suffering. That is exactly what Srila Prabhupada says will happen, if we take karma, we WILL have to suffer. And he is suffering because he wanted to be another Jesus and take sins. Obviously, not qualified for that post. 

He is also reported to be suffering from Sundown Syndrome (Dementia). OK that is common in their sampradaya, Giriraja, Trivrikrama, Ravindra and others are also allegedly suffering from same. Seems to be an epidemic in the GBC guru camp. 

Read: I no longer have to explain why I promoted our illicit sex with men, women and children guru sampradaya, due to dementia. Well, hee hee, promoting that process was demented from square one. This is just a handy means of not having to explain one's support for the worship of deviants. 

No problem, they will have to explain to Yamaraja. But SDG was already hiding out in Howard Johson Motels for years together, he just wants to create chaos and child molester messiahs being worshiped as good as God, and then he hides out when the complaints roll in. Of course this begs the question, what kind of people think homosexuals and pedophiles are "God's successors" from square one? 

Sundown Syndrome

If you care for someone with Alzheimer's or dementia, you may notice certain behaviors and feelings from your loved one around sunset. This phenomenon is called sundown syndrome or sundowning. Symptoms include insomnia, anxiety, pacing, hallucinations, paranoia and confusion.

Satsvarupa was already suffering from paranoid delusions when he saw me and Sulochana were exposing his pal Kirtanananda. He said we are "poison pens" trying to destroy ISKCON etc. so he could make us target, and he did make us targets. The good news is he "working on new publications" so we can read more deluded and Sundown Syndrome rants from this deluded fool.

WHAT ABOUT THE GOOD GBC GURUS?

PADA: Thanks very much. I have made other videos on people like Gaura Govinda Maharaja, who was writing papers to defend the false GBC gurus. And he personally told me he has to work with the GBC gurus. In other words he was their shastric writer public defender, while I was having them sued for $400,000,000 for mass child mistreatment. Gopal Krishna swami helped make the samadhi for Kirtanananda, a known child predator, so now people are worshiping a child predator in a samadhi. 

Bhakti Tirtha swami was having Prabhupada's devotees beat up, like Kulashekar, who never recovered and had to take pain medications for the rest of his life. Then he died early and in a lot of pain. BTS also sent two ladies into a civil war zone because one of those ladies was going to expose he was having an affair with her, and she was taken out. Gone. 

The people who aided and abetted the whole process are part responsible for the whole operation. And of course Bhakti Tirtha --  and all of us -- was told not to take karma, but he took karma without authority, and so -- he also took himself out by taking too many sins. He has no authority to claim he is like Jesus and he can take sins, and he was very friendly with Kirtananda and other exploiters. So these guys are all part of the problem. 

Gaura Govinda was enthusiastic about having Jayapataka take sins, and look at the state of the guy. And so on. How did any of them help us when we had them sued? None of them helped me one iota, the courts had to help me fix their mass mistreatment process, not them. Then they spent $20,000,000 suing Bangalore, to shut down a free food program for children, when I am suing them for not feeding their own children. And so on and so forth.

Gaura Govinda swami was saying he is a diksha guru who can absorb sins, and thus he is another Jesus, and he said the ritviks are like the bogus Christians. In other words Gaura Govinda wanted to replace Jesus, and he also was taken out from taking sins. It is amazing, Gaura Govinda said we cannot worship pure devotees like Jesus, but we can worship predators of minors. He has no idea of basic religion, never mind Vedic principles. ys pd

CHILD ABUSE DISCUSSION

The abuse happened because people were in grief from Prabhupada's departure.

SDD: Many if not all of the children were threatened with death or death of their family members. That has been stated by the abused many times. The other thing was the separation from their families and having to do what they had to do to survive. It was horrific and many committed suicide. 

The idea that the leaders did not know how to cope with it is not the case with most. They were given CPO reports at GBC meetings explaining the horror of daily beatings, starvation, mental cruelty, being locked in cold closets with spiders and no clothing, having to eat their own vomit when the children would throw up the cold porridge with bugs in it. 

Being woken up at 3 am with a cold bucket of water and sleeping on cold floors with no bedding. These things were done to create cracks in their minds, so that they would not want to be devotees or hear Krishna's name. The movement was taken over by the cabal and you can see that at every twisted turn of events. Going against everything that Srila Prabhupada had instructed.

RD: I think SDD is trying to figure out why some leaders were insensitive to child abuse. He is trying to draw a comparison or a parallel that they avoided emotions, in Prabhupada's leaving ... although I don't think they did, they felt it.

So why are ISKCON leaders avoided dealing with aspects of child abuse? This was mostly due to a lack of education and awareness of these matters in a past era. As it was with many other religions and organisations such as the BBC, royalty, and leading educational institutions.

Now, fortunately they have the information.. due to child protection organisations ... world wide.  Now there is no excuse.... Everyone has been educated to be aware of the signs of child abuse. And the recommendation by all experts in the feild and key instruction ....... immediately call in local agencies and the police ... and make a report however minor or major the incident. 

Such a policy keeps dangerous persons to children away, no second chances. A extensive UK study on protecting children main point .. always always always report incident to the police .... something many organisations did not do in the past, including ISKCON.

Particularly, religious organisations have to be careful, like the Catholic faith, who expect their priests not to marry. In ISKCON early days, novice monks and artificial sannyasa were holding on to Ashram status due to pride ..... and they would be vulnerable to temptations due to artificial suppression.

So .. education education education is needed, and lack of it was the cause of child abuse. In current times on line abuse is a major problem, and pornography.

Those persons who feel themselves vulnerable should seek help. Obviously the % of child abusers in ISKCON compared to reasonable devotees is very very low .

DVD: As I shared in another essay, I feel the focus on child abuse is a red herring because that situatuon is a symptom of a much larger culture of abuse that touches all of us still. The essay is called 'Child Projection' and its essentially saying because you feel allowed to talk about Child abuse many people.do, but it is a code word for their own experience which for various reasons deeply connected to the above essay they do not feel allowed to say.

GPD: Unprocessed grief regarding Prabhuapada's departure doesn't adequately explain the misbehaviours of ISKCON's leadership, nor the abuse that was endemic in the gurukulas. Problematic themes of personal ambition, authoritarianism, abuse of women and gurukula child abuse were all manifest in the society well prior to Prabhupada's leaving. 

The established trajectory may have accelerated post-Prabhupada (research would be required to prove this) but in no way did the issues 'begin in earnest' at this time. Likewise, 'going out and gaining the world' was an ideology implemented and exemplified by SP himself - and practised by his disciples at his behest - not one adopted by his disciples due to unprocessed grief after his departure.

The author proposes that 'the eventual result of this denial was that some of them developed the delusion of equivalency with their lost father. They demanded the larger God family bow to them and if they didn't that was tantamount to betrayal of him.'

Incorrect. This was not an 'eventual result', the equivalency manifest *immediately* after SP's departure. This immediacy undermines the theory of unprocessed grief mutating into toxic behaviours and suggests a rather different emotion at play in those who succeeded Prabhupada.

As DMD prabhu states, he is relatively new to ISKCON / KC, so cannot reasonably be expected to assess the aetiology of the institution's problems (at least not without education in this area from those of greater vintage).

I believe he is sincere in his theorizing, but it's possible he seeks to preserve the bubble of idealism that attracted him to KC / ISKCON in the frst place and characterized his initial experience and worldview concerning the institution and its leaders. This is natural, but such attempt inevitably spawns a soft and sentimental explanation which fails to pinpoint actual causation, as its primary intent is to preserve belief and faith in that (institution and its leaders) which provided / provides one with emotional solace and purpose in life.

The problem, of course, is that mis-diagnosis never leads to appropriate treatment and remediation. To the contrary, it will exacerbate a problem through providing an unfounded sense of having identified the disease aetiology, while the true cause remains unredressed.

I have thought extensively about ISKCON's problems. I was forced to do so for my own spiritual survival having brushed with ruination in the meat grinder of ISKCON gurukula. Noxious emotions on the part of ISKCON leaders does have a role to play, but this emotion is something other than unprocessed grief. Bhakti however, can gradually dissolve bad emotion, unless that emotion progresses to vaisnava aparadha and bhakti is instead dissolved.

Real bhakti is a panacea, and vaisnava aparadha is the only phenomenon able to block this cure-all action of bhakti. IMO it is the only adequate explanation for ISKCON's historic and current woes.

PADA: Yeah, when I was a kid I attended various funerals for various people, and I never heard that the grief from that event made some of those surviving people into child abusers? That makes no sense at all. If anything, people who are grieving over Prabhupada's departure would then have taken extra special care of his children, knowing that the father was not here to oversee and protect them. 

They would have doubled up security and care for his children. Instead they doubled up care for the abusers. Yep, makes no sense. 

There is no record that I know of where a person's departure causes child abuse to happen? What happened instead is that the abuse of brahmanas, women, and children simply went into industrial scale. That happened because the overseer was gone, so now they could do what they wanted, and that is what they wanted. To say this abuse happened because these people were grieving is -- one of the most sad and odious excuses ever imagined.

ANOTHER GBC LAWSUIT

JND: Recently Mr. Anirudh Sadanand from the Bhaktivedanta Book Trust (Mumbai) has filed a police complaint against our temple here in Chennai which has existed there from 2005. The police have not yet allowed us to see the written complaint, as he says senior signatures will be exposed which he is not authorized to release yet. In summary He has informed us the Bhaktivedanta Book Trust (Mumbai) has claimed we are impersonating them and actively publishing books, because our trust name is "similar" to theirs.

Our trust is named "Bhakti Vedanta Trust" and does not engage in book publication at all, nor do we try to present ourselves as connected to them in anyway. Our trust runs temples and goshalas, which the Bhaktivedanta Book Trust (Mumbai) does not do, so there is no overlap of activities by which someone would mistake us as them.

It is another example of how ISKCON leadership in India acts as a mafia to try to stop anyone who is not under their authority from presenting the teachings of Srila Prabhupada.

The leaders and paid staff of these organizations are the furthest one could be from spiritual. They have been doing these things against our temple for the last 20 years or more, and they have done similar things to other devotees I know.
When we were first building this temple in 2005 ISKCON leaders threatened the structural engineer and told him if he provided the structural diagrams for our temple they would not let him have any association with ISKCON. 

He sadly told us he could not continue because of that, and instead gave us the contact of his student and said he would continue the drawings free of cost.
We have had many other such negative interactions with these people, where they try their best to stop the functioning of our temple, for example by providing negative letters to the Indian Institute of Technology next door to our temple, but despite this the temple has ran smoothly for 20 years, since the initial construction began.

Now 20 years later they have decided that we are impersonating them in the book publishing field and are filing police complaints against our temple.

A customer left an unequivocal review: inedible pizza, vegetarian meat, rude staff, no invoice and refund. Client sent a PEC to USL of Savona and to the consumers association. This public document confirms the chaotic management and devoid of respect for clients and for the coherence of the vegetarian project, the heart of the identity Hare Krishna. Govinda isn’t just a shabby restaurant: it’s the tip of the iceberg of a system of abuse, manipulation and lies orchestrated by Prabhu Das and co.

The power system

Prabhu Das aspires to become GBC and is already in the bid for Sannyasa. But he's not a monk nor a real spiritual leader: he's a pathological impostor, drugged, sexually depraved and completely subjected to Massimo Brioli aka Madhusevita Prabhu, mafia leader of the Italian ISKCON. Son Abhiram is a puppet who rules the temple of Savona nominal only. 

His wife, Kama Gayatri Devi Dasi, suffers from severe depression, aggravated by toxic family background and imposed superficial devotion. All of this has led to multiple abortions and chronic difficulties conceiving. Abhiram also brings to mind the death of his children and calves, contradicting the sacred narrative about cows.

Debts and flaunting

Prabhu Das loves to flaunt Savona’s restaurant and goshala, but he hides huge debts: €100,000 at Goloka Ekofarm, €30,000 at the temple in Turin, €10,000 in the “Shanti Home” in Tribogna. The scheme has been the same for thirty years: accumulates debts, uses ISKCON facilities as guarantee, flaunts wealth and influence and leaves economic and moral rubbish everywhere. Already in the 90s, working for Herbalife, he forced collaborators into loans to finance his luxurious life, then losing everything. Today repeat the script on behalf of ISKCON.

Media manipulations

Prabhu Das bought journalists for positive articles on Govinda and Goloka, but the reality of clients and reviews speak clearly: rising debts, failing structures, and a web of lies that will soon crumble under the weight of truth.

Criminal links

Govinda's isn’t just a poorly managed restaurant: it’s part of a network of shabby businesses and criminal infiltration. The purchase of the former Hotel Ligure involves suspicious environments connected to the Ukrainian mafia, with the complicity of internal figures at ISKCON. Apparently spiritual activities are being exploited for land control, recycling, and illicit earnings. All the testimonies have already been collected and soon you will know more.

Conclusion

The dossier reveals a network of total corruption: mismanagement of Govinda, manipulations, debts, escapees, abuse and criminal infiltration. Srila Prabhupada and true bhakti were stepped on by Prabhu Das, Abhiram Thakur Das and Madhusevita Prabhu. The public review, the sent PECs and the Ukrainian mafia are just the tip of the iceberg. Structural collapse is inevitable. Every activity under their control must be seen as part of a system of power, deception and abuse disguised as spirituality.

PADA: Yeah after JT was gone there was all sorts of headlines in the news all over UK and EU "Guru's Head H*cked Off." Wonderful publicity you guys are making here. And getting rid of JT means -- Bhagavan took over, that is when kids were getting knocked out with chloroform. Don't you guys have any idea that a guru is supposed to behave like a moral human being? And how is any of this eternal guru parampara? To say that these people are eternal paramara is, false. These people are not in the parampara. And JPS removed me so he could bring in chloroform pada, things got WAY worse, especially for kids. Harming child is criminal and has nothing to do with gurus. How is chloroform pada part of the eternal parampara? PADA: Right, the Bhakti Vikas swami program bans, beats, molests, sues and kills people. OK it is another version of worst case religion fanatics. What difference does it make to folks like me and Sulochana -- if we are killed by one group or the other? The result is the same. 

The main problem with the Muslims evidently, they don't believe in reincarnation. OK but the people coming after me and Sulochana said we need to get new bodies, knowing about reincarnation does not always stop religions from being fanatical, and dangerous. ys pd

PADA: Great. Jayapataka is his friend. I personally told JPS in 1979 -- Srila Prabhupada says if we take sins -- we will get sick, fall down or both. Of course a number of them are dead. 

JPS simply laughed at me and told me he is going to take sins from 50,000 people. And this Balabhadra guy evidently encouraged him to do that. OK that means, these sin absorbing vacuum cleaner people will get sick, fall down, and die. And they are -- left, right and center. 

And that is what you want to happen to -- your friends? Sheesh pilgrims! Really, with friends like this, who needs enemies! As one devotee said, it is like telling a person to drink poison -- telling him it is nectar. 

Thanks Balabhadra, you made your friend into an overweight, out of shape, drooling basket case who needs helpers to take him to the rest room. And the kids in JPS program said they were in Auschwitz for kids. And you co-enabled all of this. You are not the friend of those kids or JPS, or anyone else. JPS will take those sins with him into the next life, and go to the darkest regions, carrying that burden with him. You are co-causing him to fall, and suffer, and -- he is. ys pd

NO GAS

PADA: Oh oh, folks in Crimea and other parts of Russia have no gas. Some have no gas, no running water, and no electricity. Apparently, the great plan is to take Russia back to the 1800s, where people will ride on horses and take buckets to the river to get water. 

But yeah, all these burning up oil production places is creating a giant environmental mess, which just seems to have no end. Once a few oil tanks start burning, the oil starts to run all over the place and start many other things on fire, which is why these places "burn for days." That is not good for the air quality of -- the entire planet. 

There is a Tik Tok video of Russian soldiers in Crimea stopping people on the street and stealing gas from the regular citizens, because their truck ran out of gas. There seems to be no help on the way for these citizens. It is just getting worse, and winter is on the way. 

We are here to save you, which is why you have -- no gas, no water and no electricity. Sounds like the way the ISKCON GBC helps people? My prediction? They will most likely -- never help these people. They are on their own. Yep, same as ISKCON's victims. ys pd

• Allegations of exploitation: Critics on platforms like Reddit have described persuasive monks and the organization itself as a "business model scheme" that preys on vulnerable wealthy individuals.

• Accusations of fraud: Claims have been made that ISKCON defrauds vulnerable people of their life savings. Specific reports have alleged that the group targets wealthy childless couples or those with children living abroad to extract large sums of money, land, and property.

• Questionable fundraising tactics: In the 1970s, as the organization's financial needs grew, there were documented changes in fundraising tactics, including disciples targeting people perceived to have more money. Some devotees were known to disguise their religious affiliations to make it easier to solicit donations.

Prabhupāda: The first verse of Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam, First Canto, First Chapter, janmādy asya yato [SB 1.1.1] = the original source of everything, that is the Absolute Truth, yataḥ, from which or from whom everything is emanating. That is the Absolute Truth. And what is the nature of that Absolute Truth? He is senscient. He is not a dead stone. He is completely conscious, 

yena sarvam idaṁ tatam. avināśi tu tad viddhi yena sarvam idaṁ tatam [Bg. 2.17]

Idaṁ sarvam tatam: everywhere there is consciousness. You can see the cosmic manifestation = the sun is rotating on the orbit; the moon is rotating on the orbit; thousands and millions of planets and universes are exactly rotating. Unless there is consciousness, how it is possible? There must be consciousness. Just like in my body, whenever I feel pains and pleasure, there is consciousness. Similarly, the cosmic body, the virāṭ-rūpa, there is consciousness. Therefore in the Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam it is said that the Absolute Truth must be conscious. Janmādy asya yato 'nvayād itarataś cārtheṣv abhijñaḥ. Abhijñaḥ means conscious.

Now this knowledge, abhijñaḥ---jñaḥ means "completely conversant," abhi. Now wherefrom this knowledge came? Just like we have got our experience = we get knowledge from a superior person. We go to school, we go to college and get knowledge, but wherefrom the Absolute Truth got knowledge? This question may be raised. Generally, because we have experience that without going to the superior person how we can get knowledge, so the same question may be inquired about God, or the Absolute Truth.

But Vyāsadeva says that He is abhijñaḥ: He is perfectly conversant, He is perfectly in knowledge, but svarāṭ. Janmādy asya yato 'nvayād itarataś cārtheṣv abhijñaḥ svarāṭ. Svarāṭ means "completely independent." There is no need of taking knowledge from others. That is God. Not that I am now in ignorance. The Māyāvādī theory is that "I am now in darkness under the clutches of māyā, and when māyā is finished, then I am God." The answer is if you are actually God, how you are captured by māyā? Then māyā is greater than you. But it is understood that God is great, nobody can be greater than God; so if māyā captures God, then māyā is greater than God.

So this theory is not very intelligent theory, that God has become captured by māyā. No. Māyā can capture this small god, just like we are. As I explained yesterday, īśvara. Īśvara means controller. So every one of us, somehow or other, we are controller. At least we control my..., our children, wife, at home. So in that sense everyone is controller. But śāstra says that īśvaraḥ paramaḥ kṛṣṇaḥ [Bs. 5.1] = the supreme controller is Kṛṣṇa. He has no controller. I am controller, but when I go to my office, immediately I find my boss a controller. Although I am very strong controller on my children or on my wife or servant---I am very strict man---but as soon as I go to my office, immediately I am controlled by my boss. That is my position.

So I am not absolute controller. The absolute controller means who is not controlled by anyone else. He is never controlled by māyā. That is absolute controller. How God can be controlled by māyā? Therefore this Vedic term is used here, svarāṭ. He is not controlled. Īśvaraḥ paramaḥ kṛṣṇaḥ [Bs. 5.1], svarāṭ. And Kṛṣṇa also says in the Bhagavad-gītā, mattaḥ parataraṁ nānyat [Bg. 7.7] = "There is no other controller above Me."

And Kṛṣṇa, when He was present, He was not controlled by anyone. Even if we suppose that Rādhārāṇī controls Kṛṣṇa, but actually He was not even controlled by Rādhārāṇī. That we have seen. When Kṛṣṇa left Vṛndāvana, all the gopīs, they would not allow Him to go away to Mathurā. But still He did not..., Kṛṣṇa did not care for them; He left Vṛndāvana. So He is not controlled by anyone. Svarāṭ: fully independent.

And so far knowledge is concerned, there is perfect knowledge:

parāsya śaktir vividhaiva śrūyate svābhāvikī jñāna-bala-kriyā ca [Śvetāśvatara Upaniṣad 6.8]

Any knowledge required, any reality, it is present. Not like here one has to learn, just like we have to learn knowledge. For Kṛṣṇa, when He was only three months old, the Pūtanā rākṣasī came to kill Him. She thought... She was engaged by Kaṁsa to kill. So she came to kill Kṛṣṇa, smearing poison on her..., on the nipple of her breast, and came in a nice motherly dress. And Yaśodā-mayī was very simple; she allowed her son. But her purpose was to kill Kṛṣṇa. But Kṛṣṇa sucked her breast and sucked her life also.

So at three months old, Kṛṣṇa, how He became God? Then, He had no instruction. He did not go..., undergone any austerity or penance or meditation. How He became God? Therefore God is never made. God is always God. Either He appears Himself as a three-month-old boy or just like a young man, God is always God. It is not that I am not God now, but by meditation I become God. That kind of God, manufactured in mystic factory, is not Kṛṣṇa. Kṛṣṇa is svarāṭ. He is God always. He is not a made-up God by some meditation or by yogic practice. Therefore He is called svarāṭ.

janmādy asya yato 'nvayād itarataś cārtheṣv abhijñaḥ svarāṭ tene brahma hṛdā ya ādi-kavaye muhyanti yat sūrayaḥ [SB 1.1.1]

Ādi-kavaye, Brahmā. Now one may argue that we find the first creature within this universe is Lord Brahmā. So he spread the knowledge, Vedic knowledge, gāyatrī; so he must be the Supreme Lord. This question may be raised. Because he is the first creature; he created this universe, and he expanded the knowledge, Vedic knowledge, therefore he should be accepted as the Supreme Lord. Or janmādy asya yataḥ means everything has emanated, taken birth from him; therefore Brahmā is the original.

But the answer is there = tene brahma hṛdā ādi-kavaye. Ādi-kavaye. Ādi-kavaye means the Brahmā. So He also imparted knowledge to Brahmā; therefore Brahmā is not the original creator. The original creator is Viṣṇu, or Kṛṣṇa. Tene brahma hṛdā. But He was not present there, because there was only the living creature Brahmā; so how knowledge was imparted to him? Therefore it is said, hṛdā: through the heart, because Kṛṣṇa is in everyone’s heart.

īśvaraḥ sarva-bhūtānāṁ hṛd-deśe 'rjuna tiṣṭhati [Bg. 18.61]

You have got Kṛṣṇa within your heart. Simply you have to realize it; simply you have to become qualified, bona fide, to speak with Him. That’s all. That is the qualification. That requires training. As soon as we are trained up to talk with the Supreme Lord, who is living within my heart, then our life is successful.
