GURU PRASAD AND HIS FEMALE SECRETARY
Guru Prasad and his dominant, jealous secretary, Adhira: 25 years of living together
In the case of sannyasis or retired sadhus, the gender disciplinary rule reaches its pinnacle of requirement to maintain the vote of strict celibacy to which they have committed, dedicating their lives to monastic preaching. However, in modern times, many sannyasis members of different organizations have broken their celibacy vote for various reasons, and the most common reason is physical proximity to the opposite sex or their preference.
Guru Prasad took the pledge to be a sannyasi in 1982. He was young and sexually suppressed. Still, for many years he was quite serious in his celibacy. Although clumsy and clueless in his administrative decisions, unconcerned with the training and guidance of his disciples, the public still recognized that at least in his celibacy he was firm, unlike many other sannyasis who succumbed along the way.
The secretary, Adhira, who has an aggressive nature and aggressive personality, has been tasked with creating an atmosphere of dominating and fear that calls itself leadership. Thus, she has argued with many disciples of Guru Prasad who maintained a close relationship with him, causing them to distance themselves from the Guru. The disciples cannot feel happy with that woman making their lives miserable.
In Mexico City they have also been seen arriving together driving in from Texas. It is common for the public to witness the rough way the secretary fights with anyone who approaches Guru Prasad to offer any service or talk to him. All the guru's moves, conversations, etc. they are managed and prosecuted by the secretary, who acts as a jealous wife.
Guru Prasad has so much attachment to his secretary, that he has appointed her in charge of handling the millions of dollars he robbed of the deities and yatra of Costa Rica. The millions of dollars from the Costa Rican yatra are handled by Adhira, but she is also known to be the person who will legally receive all the money, having the freedom to withhold it, hand it all over to the respective yatra, or hold a part for herself.
Questions to Guru Prasada
How could you have the cold blood to climb to occupy the position of Chairman of the GBC Executive Committee when your personal standard is a facade of deception?
How many innocent disciples have their lives ruined and will continue to ruin their lives?

Since one visits a Hare Krishna temple for the first time one can observe that men and women are located in separate areas, with respect and equal participation; what to say when one begins to practice the spiritual disciplines of the Hare Krishna movement.

Uninitiated bhaktas are given a very emphatic training urging them to maintain a respectful distance from the opposite sex and such instructions are supposed to remain in place for the rest of their lives. Only married devotees maintain a closer connection with their spouse.

However, at the end of the last millennium, after his father's death, he "inherited" the family home where he grew up in South Texas.
Their original intention was to establish that place as their base, with some independence, just as other orange ISKCON leaders like Giriraj, Hridayananda, Satsvarupa and others have done. At that time he was faced with the dilemma of finally having a place of residence, but empty, without the assistance of other devoted residents who shaped the project and maintenance of the property.
Famous for his wrong decisions, Guru Prasad, instead of recruiting some single Brahmacharis or devotees, made the big mistake of bringing there a Colombian disciple, known for her rudeness, dominant personality, ambitious and challenging behavior, crudeness, without manners, along with her husband, outstanding just for being lazy and less than energetic.
A very mismatched and dysfunctional couple that didn't stay together for a long time. After a few years, the couple distanced themselves, leaving the secretary, Olguita or Adhira, alone, living with Guru Prasad till today (2000-2025 approximately). After a while, ex-husband, Isvara, moved to Mayapur, India.
Little by little the secretary subjected the guru not to discuss his temper tantrums of a jealous and dominant woman. Guru Prasad, on his part, developed an absolute, sick, dependent attachment that is unfit for any genuine sannyasi. Unlike leading a transparent and privacy-free life in front of the public, Guru Prasad has been characterized by having several secrets. For two and a half decades, she has kept the nature of her celibacy a secret from many.
Many of his disciples know clearly that the guru has a secretary with whom he lives, unfortunately the combination of conformity and personality cult does not allow them to understand or accept that their guru does not maintain a good standard of celibacy.
Devotees in Monterrey, Mexico, have become accustomed to seeing each year arriving along with the sannyasi with his secretary driving his luxurious car from south Texas to participate in the festival "Jala-yatra".
Thus Guru Prasad has gone into isolating himself from disciples or public, and remains sort of solitary and aloof. At the same time, more management problems are coming up all the time, and he is not handling them, or is not even aware of them.
Adhira is a determining voice and opinion in Guru Prasad's decisions. It is unbelievable that the disciples of Guru Prasad still do not have the courage to express their disagreement about this familiar relationship between Guru and Secretary. Many of them have distanced themselves from their guru and are aloof; others have restarted totally away from their guru; others have just completely abandoned their spiritual life wholesale, and left ISKCON, while others, filled with shame, opt for the attitude of the ostrich, publicly assuming that they know nothing, even though in reality they are furious with it.
How is it possible that for so many years you were a member of the GBC sannyas committee or ministry, filtering, monitoring and judging the standards of sannyas candidates, while at the same time your standard was questionable?
With what criterion of morality, as a member of the GBC sannyas ministry, have you judged and sanctioned fallen sannyasis, while your celibacy is a disaster, a farce?
How could you have the cold blood to climb to occupy the position of Chairman of the GBC Executive Committee when your personal standard is a facade of deception?
How can you receive worship from disciples and well-wishers while leading a double life? Does he have no right to criticize Paramadwaiti?
The standard Srila Prabhupada set for sannyasis in ISKCON does not match his double life indecency. For minimal, casual and minor contact with the opposite sex, Chotta Haridas was punished by Mahaprabhu, while you have maintained personal and family contact with your secretary, day after day, for 25 years.
Do you remember that Bharata Maharaja ruined her exemplary process of spiritual life merely by attaching, unmaliceably, to an innocent living entity? What to say about her attachment and so familiar relationship with Adhira, the secretary?
Until when will he continue to pretend to deceive the Vaisnava community? Only you deceive yourself, because your illicit relationship is a secret aloud. Both in Latin America and India and other latitudes, devotees are not fools: crowds know and comment on their farce when they see him in temples pretending to be an exemplary person.
How many innocent disciples have their lives ruined and will continue to ruin their lives?
The poor disciples who insist on believing in you will go to hell taken by you.
Didn't you think about that?
Aren't you ashamed to sit in the Vyasasana in front of Deities and Vaisnavas to talk about an integrity process that you don't fulfill?
RM: A grhastha has a relationship with fire, either for offering sacrifices or for cooking, but a sannyasi is freed from these two responsibilities........Aniketanah means "without lodging." He should not have his own house, but should depend completely on the Supreme Lord for his food and lodging. He should travel.

Then this is a hint by Lord Caitanya that a sannyāsī who has renounced everything, if he lives very gorgeously, with good dress and good house and apartment... No. This is not approved by Caitanya Mahāprabhu. Then what is that? What does it mean? A sannyāsī living like a first-class gentleman, smoking, and very nice apartment, and some, I mean to say, lady assistant, secretary... What is this? Caitanya Mahāprabhu did not approve.
