Vishvareta prabhu was actually a good friend of PADA especially at the end. He said he made a big mistake going along with the GBC's gurus. He told me his mistake made him lose connection with his own son -- because his son had totally rejected the GBC -- as deviant people who orchestrate child mistreating.
I get that, children are 100% dependent on their supervisors -- their parents, seniors and elders, and if they are mistreated -- they can, and often do, rebel. Vishvareta was really bitter about that. It is sad, and that is why he told me "I had to learn the hard way, I lost my son." So he really wanted me to expose the false gurus and he said "we need to take them down from their big guru seats, only Srila Prabhupada deserves that seat."
When he was at the Berkeley temple he was always very friendly and jolly. I would say, "There are more Vodka bottles on the floor of Hansadutta's car," and he would just joke and laugh, "oh yeah, hah hah hah. He has so many girlfriends, it is driving him to drink"! Umm, ok that was not me being funny, it was me saying -- there is a big problem here, but he just thought all of this was some sort of comedy hour show at the time.
Oh yeah we are worshiping a lusty intoxicated dog -- as good as God, hee hee, great comedy hour stuff! Uhhh oh, not such a comedy show when all this program ends up in the hands of Yamaraja, which it will. Did I forget to mention -- one of Hansadutta's enforcers committed suicide after telling me "I performed all sorts of very dark deeds for Hansadutta, I do not know how I will be able to live with myself."
So when Hansadutta announced "Kirtanananda is the only pure devotee on the planet and we are all moving (the Berkeley devotees) to New Vrndavana," Vishvareta went along with them. That is how he ended up there. But he told me after he later on challenged the leaders there, they pretty much isolated him, so he had no one to take care of him later -- and he was in bad health. He was suffering and struggling a lot just to survive, and he told me that many times.
In his later days he would always ask me, "What went wrong"? And I would tell him, ISKCON forbids the worship of even the higher demigods like Lord Shiva and Durga Devi, while it does allow the worship of lusty and intoxicated men like Hansadutta, who is having affairs with half dozen ladies, and he is stoned on psychotropics and Vodka, that is what is wrong. How is this guy -- as good as God, unless God is also an intoxicated and lusty dog as well? Sorry, this is an extreme insult to compare these fools to -- the same quality as God."
And Hansadutta thinks a guy having oral sex with boys in his motorhome is "the purest devotee on the planet" because he wants us to worship deviants as acharyas and God's successors, just like he is being worshiped as good as God. And that is wrong even on the material world's karmi platform, worshiping lusty and intoxicated deviants "as good as God" is considered as the height of twisted evil even in the karmi world. But ISKCON has made that one of their standards of pooja.
In sum, Vishvareta told me "I woke up -- too late." So he deserves a lot of credit for waking up at all, because a number of my God brothers still have not woke up. I wish him well and Godspeed in any event. He was suffering a lot, and he needs to move on. This is all for the best. May Krishna bless his soul.

ISKCON GBC Midterm General Meeting
Villagio Hare Krishna
Milan, Italy | 2 October 2025
Milan, Italy | 2 October 2025
The GBC body, together with the Ministries, SABHA, and ESO, gathered in Milan on 2 Oct for Day 2 of the Mid-Term General Meeting. This year’s MTM is themed “Institutional Protection of ISKCON,” and the GBC plans to spend most of its meeting time discussing strategies and interventions for the better insulation and fortification of ISKCON.
The Day 2 featured an extended session on optimally structuring the GBC for effective leadership. Members reviewed the functioning of the GBC Executive Committee (EC), exploring models and approaches to improve overall effectiveness, including how many additional meetings per year, beyond the customary AGM and Midterm General Meeting, should be scheduled. The session included breakout discussions to consider options for enhancing EC functioning, followed by a plenary to review and consolidate recommendations.
The afternoon session opened with a presentation by Gauranga Dasa on GBC Capacity Building and Succession. Succession is a critical area for the GBC to address at all levels of leadership in ISKCON.
ISKCON’s leadership at the GBC, Zonal Supervisor, and Temple Leadership levels require a structured strategy for succession. The GBC recognized this urgent need and created a GBC Succession Committee at the GBC AGM 2025. This update focused on the global working team made up of representatives from across the world, that has been established to accelerate the work of the committee.
The afternoon session concluded with a presentation by Nanda Kishor Dasa, GBC Executive Support Office (ESO), on Preserving Confidentiality and Enhancing Governance Efficiency within the GBC.

PADA: They keep saying they are worried about the succession, that means a lot of people are not signing up to be leaders in their homosexual and pedophile guru lineage. OK the whole ISKCON platform is morphing into a Hindu hodge podge, and Hindus are the temple admins in many locations. Told ya! ys pd
Punishment for Violating the ISKCON Constitution.
Punishment for Violating the ISKCON Constitution.
Similar to a state, violating the Constitution is the most serious crime, as it undermines the foundations of the entire society.
In the context of ISKCON and the "Direction of Management" document (Prabhupada's Constitution), those who systematically violate it commit not just an administrative offense, but a spiritual and organizational crime. They have usurped the authority given to them by the Founder-Acarya.
Here is the "punishment," or rather, the consequence, that should follow, following the logic of both secular law and sastra:
1. Political and administrative consequences (analogous to impeachment and deprivation of rights).
· Complete loss of legitimacy and authority. This is the primary consequence. GBC members who violate the Constitution must be immediately removed from their positions. They can no longer be considered representatives of Srila Prabhupada or legitimate managers.
· Ban from holding leadership positions. Similar to the disqualification from holding public office, such individuals should be ineligible for election or appointment to any leadership positions in the restored legitimate ISKCON system for a long term (or for life, depending on the severity and extent of the violations).
· Dissolution of the illegitimate GBC. The body itself, formed illegally, is subject to unconditional dissolution, as an illegal armed group or junta within a state.
2. Civil consequences (equivalent to a civil lawsuit).
· Financial and property liability. Since they managed ISKCON assets (temples, land, funds) without legal authority, they can be required to provide a full financial accounting for the entire period of their illegal rule. If abuse or misuse of funds (devotee donations) is detected, they are obligated to compensate for the damages.
· Challenging decisions. All key decisions made by an illegitimate GBC (property sales, appointments, charter changes) can be challenged in court and declared invalid, as they were made by an unauthorized body.
3. Social and Reputational Consequences (Similar to public contempt and boycott).
Moral and Reputational Discredit. In Vaishnava society, their actions must be considered acar-virodhi (contrary to proper conduct) and gana-drohi (betrayal of the community). Their authority must be publicly undermined by informing all devotees of the usurpation of power.
Voluntary Isolation. Devotees and communities have every right to cease all cooperation with them: not inviting them to lectures, not funding their projects, not accepting their orders. This is a form of civil disobedience and boycott.
4. Spiritual Consequences (According to the sastras).
Although we cannot judge the state of their souls, the shastras provide clear guidance on this matter:
Although we cannot judge the state of their souls, the shastras provide clear guidance on this matter:
Violation of the principle of guru-seva. The most serious offense. Srila Prabhupada is their spiritual master and founder. Deliberately distorting or disregarding his direct instructions is the greatest offense (guru-aparadha) in his service. The consequences of this are defined in the shastras as the most severe for spiritual life.
Fall from position. The Bhagavad-gita (3.6) states: "One who restrains the senses and organs of action, but whose mind dwells on sense objects, certainly deludes himself and is called a pretender." One who occupies a high position for service but uses it to maintain personal power commits hypocrisy and falls spiritually.
How can this be put into practice?
How can this be put into practice?
This is not a question of creating a "prison," but a question of restoring justice and the rule of law.
1. Establish a legitimate court: After holding global elections and forming a new, legitimate GBC, one of its first decisions should be to establish a special commission to investigate violations (similar to the "truth commission").
2. Hearings and Admissions: This commission should examine the actions of the old GBC, evaluate them legally and spiritually, and decide on their future status in society.
3. Implementation of Sanctions: Based on the commission's findings, the legitimate GBC and the devotee community implement the consequences listed above.
Conclusion: "Punishment" for usurpers of power in ISKCON is not revenge, but a necessary surgical operation to cleanse the movement of the metastases of lies and lawlessness. This is the restoration of the principle of legality, without which any spiritual organization is doomed to degeneration and hypocrisy. They must suffer consequences so that ISKCON can live and develop in accordance with the will of its founder.
