It has been 5 days and I am still waiting on a response. This was my letter:
Dear Organizers of the World Holy Name Festival,
I am concerned to see Lokanath as one of the participants for the World Holy Name Festival. He admitted to molesting a child when he was 41 years old, and this child abuse case is currently being reviewed by a GBC-appointed panel. He should be removed from the line-up until the matter is resolved.

Removing him as a participant in this festival would make a strong statement for child protection in our ISKCON movement. Many devotees are in great pain to see him leading kirtan in such a public way.
I will leave you with an excerpt from his victim's 2010 statements, made 20 years after he molested her:
"I hated him when I had to see him in public. And to see that this was his punishment? Being given articles to write in BTG, being given accolades as a guru, getting all the priveledges of a sannyasi-- this was what his punishment was??"
I am also asking the other devotees on the bill to kindly abstain from participating until Lokanath is removed.

Little girls came to Gokula Ranjana's home and he told them how the genitals are organized, how sexual intercourse takes place, he was with them in the banya, touched their intimate places. That all went on for 7 years. The parents turned to the head of the organization in Russia.
