Headmistress: On Child Molesting (Jaya Dayini dasi)

Dear Maharajas and prabhus,

Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada. Hare Krsna.
As a concerned parent, a responsible educator, an aspiring devotee, and a thinking adult, I am writing to request your immediate action in the matter of allowing the investigations of the Lokanath Swami / Satya abuse case to be performed by the International Child Protection Office.

ISKCON simply cannot continue to perpetuate the mishandling (a gentle phrase for something much worse) of child abuse to its members. It is illegal, immoral, and totally wrong for a spiritual institution to excuse or enable this kind of deviance to any degree. The lifelong scars etched into the lives of mistreated children are a legacy this movement has borne long enough - it is time to take a brave step into the future, and show the faithful a new face; one that is compassionate, caring, and real, one that does not fear political repercussions; one that is honest and uncompromising.

I beg you all to be the change.

Yours in service,

Jaya Dayini devi dasi
Headmistress
KBCDS Vrindavan

[PADA: Yep, who could argue with that? Oh I forgot, the molester messiah's club will argue with that. ys pd]

Rupanuga das: Regarding the Lokanath Case

Rupanuga Prabhu (one of Prabhupada's first disciples) regarding the Lokanath case:

Thank you for this opportunity to give my response in this matter. My humble obeisances to you for this service to Srila Prabhupada by defending those children he saw as the flowers of his Movement and it’s future. I have examined your enclosure.

In my opinion, the problem for all involved is the need to fully understand the deeper meaning of the term “child abuse” when describing devotees involved, both perpetrators and victims. Actually, it is a disgrace that the need for a CPO in Iskcon even exists.

How is it that a truly spiritual institution requires a special office for protecting it’s children from it’s own adult members? Any thoughtful person, apprised of such a need, what to speak of the documented abuses, would hardly join such an institution!

Because Iskcon leadership has successfully managed to keep such anomalies from the public, what to speak of most of the devotee community, the institution has managed to maintain some acceptability and reputation in the modern world. Unfortunately, at this time there is even propaganda in the general society, rife with child abuse or pedophilia, to minimize the same behavior. In turn, this plays into the hands of Iskcon’s documented history of also reducing it’s importance, which means cheating or deceiving the public as well as the devotees.

However, in my opinion, unless the child abuse in Iskcon is made more public, it will continue as it is at this writing. Because such cases are so often kept secret by family members concerned about reputation and shame, they must ignore the potential of protecting other “Iskcon” children by releasing or providing information on their behalf.

The impact of the difference between child abuse in the general society and Iskcon is to be carefully understood. When a child is placed by parents in the charge or company of a teacher or preacher, it is in the context of or surrounded by a spiritual atmosphere of ashram, temple worship, Deities, prasad, kirtans, paintings, books, dramas, festivals, parikrams, etc. In other words, a specifically spiritual culture.

Based upon such an atmosphere prized by surrounding adults, who very importantly endow the leaders of such a spiritual culture with reputation and authority, the children naturally develop faith and trust.

Herein is the deep difference between child abuse in Iskcon or by Iskcon leaders, and the abuse perpetrated in the general society. Professionals have well delineated the social, psychological, pathological and moral damage caused in the greater society by the many forms of child abuse and pedophilia. But they have no idea of the meaning of the abuse of the spirit - soul’s chances or opportunities for developing it’s dormant Krishna consciousness, the greatest advantage of human life. The faith of the child is at stake.

Even in more normal circumstances as described by Srila Prabhupada, if a child is forced into 16 rounds before twelve years old, they will lose faith in chanting the Holy Name later.

Now it is true that the soul cannot be burned, wetted, withered by the wind, etc., or touched by bullet or rod. Yet the soul is affected, when the developing dormant Krishna consciousness is betrayed by other spirit-souls garbed in the guise of spiritual teachers and presenting as shelter and protectors. Such entities knowingly compromise or tamper with the natural evolution of Krishna consciousness in the children, creating confusion and fear of the process, by the force and audacity of perverse behavior.

This is a direct attack on the children’s faith in their parents, Srila Prabhupada and Lord Krishna. Such heartless, selfish misbehavior is intended to be strongly dealt with.

Such a trauma of trust and hope for a dependent devotee child is beyond description for an adult who has never experienced it. To put it another way, can the sun rays be separated from the sun? Or consciousness separated from the soul? Is the sunlight different than the sun, the consciousness different from the soul? Yes, they are both one and different; yet the rays and the consciousness lead back to the sun and the soul.

So, when the child’s consciousness is in the process of the purification of bhakti yoga, it is -- especially in the child's mood of dependent trust-- vulnerable to the infusion of fear and distress. In other words, spiritual abuse is so much deeper than that to mind and body as in ordinary abuse cases. It is not to be temporarily cured or corrected by mundane therapies dealing with mind, intelligence and ego. Spiritual abuse is as close to touching the soul as one can get. Such spiritual trauma has to do with transcendence; it is in a class by itself.

What can be done?

Firstly, the offender must sincerely beg forgiveness from the victim. And the offender must be simultaneously punished according the nature of the offense. During the last official meeting with the GBC on May 27, 1977, Srila Prabhupada made it clear that any previous past lenient policy “for working” must now be replaced by removal for misconduct by any GBC member. Certainly this applies to any sannyasi, guru or other trusted leader, especially since Srila Prabhupada is no longer present to make any nuanced adjustments acceptable to all.

Abused devotees’ faith in Srila Prabhupada and his mission, both children and adults, has been damaged by the cavalier behavior of most leaders after his disappearance, who have ignored or abetted abusive misconduct by those amongst themselves. Secondly, those now-matured spiritually abused devotees must remain aware their faith in Srila Prabhupada is separate and beyond any relation to the misbehavior of his disciples or their followers.

Srila Prabhupada once said that if teachers cannot love their students they should not teach. He forbade corporal punishment, what to speak of other abuses? He would never have tolerated what happened in this case for a single moment. How can any devotee in good standing tolerate it? He made it clear that the children were continuing from their past lives. Therefore, it is clear it was always the duty of the leaders to facilitate, at any cost, the advancement of the young devotees as the future leaders and preachers.

This particular case of abuse was brought to light just a few years after it’s occurrence in the early nineties. The fact that it still remains an unsettled trauma in the victim’s life after three decades, and the fact that other cases of abuse continue at this writing, indicates that the leadership of Iskcon has lost commitments and connection to standards bequeathed by it’s Founder-Arcarya, thus leaving his society unguarded and open to continued exploitation and infiltration by unworthy, if not sinister elements--all in the absence of basic law and order and waning loyalty to Srila Prabhupada-vani, his sacred instructions.

It remains up to Prabhupada’s loyal disciples, followers and supporters-in-general to preserve, propagate, protect, and practice his teachings by continuing to introduce his ideas into their private lives, including the protection of children as foremost. Thus rooted, the cultural Movement Srila Prabhupada originally introduced (rather than an organized religion), can go forward as the only viable cultural alternative to the modern chaotic society.

As Srila Prabhupada said June 15, 1972, during the Bhagavatam class on 2.3.19: “The Krishna conscious movement comprehends all sides of life. It is not that a stereotyped churchianity, weekly going to the church and come back. No. It is embracing all sides of life—but, the only aim is how to go home, back to Godhead..”

Your servant,
Rupanuga das (ACBSP ’66 NY)

[PADA: This is a good start. Albeit, it is a little ominous -- the abuse will continue, unless it is made public (exposed). That means the abuse issue is producing perhaps current victims. Very dangerous for the victims and for the ongoing reputation of the society. That also means Rupanuga is also encouraging PADA, we need to expose this process. OK good.

Unfortunately, Rupanuga was one of the people who was part of the 1986 "ISKCON justices committee" to deal with Sulochan (and me) about the New Vrndavana molester guru mess. And he muddled the issue along with no clear victory for Sulochan. And in fact, then Rupanuga's 50 man committee of "reformers" excommunicated Sulochan, which gave a signal to Sulochan's enemies that he is a blasphemer and offender.

And the real offenders are not -- the leaders of the pedophile guru process. And then Sulochan was assassinated a few months later, and I would have been killed as well -- without rapid help from the FBI -- who arrested their hit man (with the license plate number of my truck on a note in his pocket). So Rupanuga was saying he is going to fix this from inside, but pedophile cults have to be exposed, and if required, exposed from the outside -- as he says now himself.

As for devotees not knowing what was going on, that seems a little hard to fathom. In 1980 the Berkeley police told me "Hare Krishna is a front for a criminal operation." And in later 1986 -- the year of their big reform -- a CBS news lady filmed Kirtanananda covered with the hands of many little boys and she said to me "this is pedophile heaven."

And she told me she figured out this is pedophile heaven -- in about two seconds -- as soon as she saw what was going on there. How could "the devotees" not know, when any ordinary woman off the street could figure this whole GBC guru thing is a pedophile heaven guru process, and figure this ALL out in two seconds? And she said if this was her church, she would have gone up to the stage and pulled that pedophile off his seat and stopped his worship program, all by herself if need be. Why were devotees not doing that?, she asked me.

So I believe a lot of devotees have known what was going on, or at least more or less, but they just remained silent in what one ex-victim told me is "a conspiracy of silence." Meanwhile Rupanuga opposes our idea that Srila Prahbupada should remain on as the CURRENT diksha guru -- and instead he has supported their whole idea that we need to promote worship of "someone else" as the diksha guru, which has opened the floodgates for the ISKCON children to worship all sorts of bogus: -- GBC's gurus; Gaudiya Matha's gurus; Narayan Maharaja (and / or his successor gurus); Tripurari swami; Paramadvaiti swami; Babajis; Mahamandal - ishvara Krishna Balarama swami -- and who knows who and what else.

Sulochan said guys like Rupanuga are dangerous -- if not deadly to children -- sort of acting as the bogus guru's pied pipers -- misleading and taking our children away to worship "some other guru" -- which is really assorted deviants and perhaps even criminal deviations -- if not pedophiles -- and not worship the real acharya. Sulochan was and still is -- right -- indeed "right on" -- on this point. Anyway we were suppressed to the peril of the children. I hope that more people wake up on these issues, and from the looks of things, more people are.

Rupanuga is also right -- at least now -- they killed the spirit of these children, which is why they are described as "killers of the soul" in Sri Isopanisad. And the killers of the soul will always dwell in darkness, suffering and ignorance, because Krishna will push them down to the lowest regions where they will not be able to kill any more little innocent souls. Discussing this with another devotee recently, there is no real way for any of the participants to fix the damage they have done to others, thus they are more or less condemned to go down at this stage.

I think many devotees assume the Vedas are some sort of make believe fairy tales. And for their sake -- the Vedas had better be -- fairy tales, but they are taking great risk in the event that killers of the soul really do go down to the lowest regions. And further the Isopanisad says -- that for these fake guru promoting people, it would have been better to have never even heard of the Vedas, because the real point is -- those who distort the Vedas to make fake gurus -- are a billion times more sinful than the regular Joe six pack folks. That is what the Vedas say.

Yep, let us hope, for their sake, the Vedas are not correct. Personally, I believe the Vedas are correct on these points, and they will have to go down for destroying Krishna's movement, His children, and having us Vaishnavas beaten and killed, and they did this wholesale. There is no easy fix for those who participated in this, either by neglectful omission -- or willful commission.

Anyway thanks Rupanuga prabhu, for breaking the ice here. Maybe some of your ex-compadres and compatriots will start to speak out too. Let us hope so.

Om tat sat.

Sulochana das: These guru reformers (like Rupanuga)

from worship of Srila Prabhupada.
That is the real reason they oppose us:
they want to steal our kids.

Attacking Lokanath "Because he is Indian" vs PADA

YD: What about Indradyumna swami? His bogus videos have been up since a long long time, he is still getting cancer, still smiling, clicking pictures of girls and initiating. And looks like no one in interested in his case, only a brown man's (Indian born person) case which doesn't even exist for the victim.

[PADA: Except the victim has made a complaint web site. And the victim is an Indian bodied person.]

KE: This is about a particular issue, Lokanath swami, not all the evils of iskcon.

PADA: One of Satya's relatives is a friend of mine. His wife was very pregnant, almost ready to deliver her baby. And when he began to expose some of these things and protest, the GBC's temple managers suddenly kicked their family out of their apartment right at the time of delivery almost, and she had a miscarriage. The baby died.

Many of us think the miscarriage was because the temple created all this chaos just at the wrong time. These people have India origin bodies and I have no idea why this would matter one way or other, we cannot mistreat others and call ourselves devotees of God, whether the victims are Indian, Caucasian, or whatever it is. That has nothing to do with the root issue, we cannot mistreat women, children and vulnerable elders, it is sinful whether the victims are this race or that race is not the real point. Satya's site is public domain, it is out there already for the public. This is not a race issue, it is an abuse issue.

RKD: ISKCON belongs to Srila Prabhupada only. The gbc are supposedly caretakers only. Now they have hijacked iskcon. There is rape of children, women are victimized etc. Iskcon was once a nice reputation household name, now it is shamed and saddened only a shadow.

PADA: For starters, Lokanath is the person who tossed India culture under the bus, he said this (child molesting) is an India cultural thing ... I am defending India culture more than he is, I say this is not part of the original India culture.

YD: Well said. Last year in New Vrindaban a young man named Venkatachalapati committed suicide after a meeting with Malati and the TP Jay Krishna, they went out of their way to bury this case and are still smiling on how they got out of it by maligning his character. With this kind of gross killing is still going on, we must have the eyes to see what is wrong and what is right.

Definitely the overall GBC needs a revival, I can truly see why they say “Old dogs do not learn new tricks” because they do not have the brain for it. Our NA gbc certainly has been and will remain unfair and full of mentally autistic people if we do not bring about an overall change. If we really want such a real change, then everyone is ready to sacrifice what it takes to get a good overall system going.

Not that removing LS will solve this. It really depends on the real motive, if we want to change this set up in a proper direction for the next 10,000 years. Everyone will accept the change for a higher cause provided the motive is real, in this case Malati made her motive clear (who herself is an expert at cheating) so we had to step in, otherwise -- if motive was real more people would have joining to help you even from india.

The only thing I would say is when this case came up I looked at Lokanath Swamis classes more and try to see if this man was genuine or fake. It’s clear he is genuine, the more I hear Malati, Bhavananada and others -- you can clearly see they are fakes.

Fake it till you make it, you may argue otherwise, but devotion can transform and we can see that with LS. Some people don’t change will never change like Malati as they don’t even know the art of bhakti, just Prabhupada pushed them for a few years after which they got their hippie mind back.

What he transformed Maharashtra into is incredible, no one in this thread can do even 1/1000 th of it. It’s pretty clear though that this incident, and this fight will make him stronger more deeper in devotion and more surrendered and I expect to see the best of Lokanath Swami from now on , as for NA GBC and NA Iskcon with the pathetic leadership and female gurus (fdg) soon to be used commonly disaster and ruin awaits.

PADA: OK but! Malati may have her faults, but she is the GBC system person who pointed out that Lokanath is blaming India culture, she said this is a mistake and an attack on Vedic society. And she is right at least on this count, although she is not always right on other issues. To say that sexual predator action is part of India's culture is -- wrong, whether stated by Malati or anyone else.

RKD: Yes LS should step down wear white not be so called rubber stamped guru — No one is saying kick him out -- compassion -- yes he can render service to Srila Prabhupada. This will help the future of iskcon.

PADA: First! Lokanath needs to apologize for saying this molesting process is an India cultural thing, this will make the problem spread ... and it has spread due to this misconception.

YD: She said all Indians are rapists and sent an email apologizing. I do not know what good she ever said?

PADA: Are you saying we should allow people like Lokanath to say molesting is an India cultural thing? Not sure what your point is?

YD: He never said that the way this whole thing has been misconstrued. I spoke to many of disciples who as kids way back then did sit on lap and Have pleasant interactions, many good experiences however in this case there was a minor discretion. Now to call it molestation and to call him serial predator, he did nothing like that. If you take his statement seriously, please also take his statement that he is not a threat and what he has done for all these years in inspiring millions in india and around the world.

What has malati done except get a free car from Indian donors and get free money and air tickets and just go blasting Indians, when Indians bow down to get they don’t know what an evil india hater they are bowing down to, misusing Prabhupadas name.

There is a difference between Malatis vicious non-changeable character and Maharaj who had a minor issue however by the practice of pure devotion he has set the right example. You may not agree, but show me one leader in NA GBC who has any potency including Badrinarayan who is all about San Diego Hindu's money?

All these people busy with this case have a crazy past and for sure NA GBC and Iskcon are doomed to be in the hands of these people for a long time to come. Well India will go way ahead whereas NA ISKCON has to continue to depend on Indians for money, and then struggle to put them down and keep them under control. That is an issue staring at your face right now for all Indians in NA, a dangerous proposition to be ruled by these feminist elites.

PKD: Yes remove anyone who has hurt children from positions of worship and leadership. Otherwise the whole movement is in jeopardy.

PADA: Malati is making a point which so far -- has not been answered properly. If someone says -- sexual predator behavior is part of India's culture -- isn't that promoting ill behavior as more or less permissible -- because that is inherent in the culture of India?

I see no evidence that sexual predatory behavior is allowed in the original Vedic culture of India. Rather Manu Samhita etc. has some very strong punishments for sexual aggressors, especially if the victims are children. Sexual predators being excused because -- it is part of India's culture -- is attacking the culture of India. Where has this issue been addressed properly in an official counter statement etc.?

And if Lokanath is "promoting India's culture to millions of people" then why is he "2/3 show of hands voted in" to an illicit sex with taxi driver's in the dham "Vishnupada" acharya's program, that promotes -- indeed reinstated -- their oral sex among men Vishnupada acharya? And why is he part of an illicit sex with men, women and children acharya's program? At all? And now his program is burying pedophiles in samadhi in the dham. Where is his respect for the dham?

And why are so many children getting molested in and around LS's program, including one of the children he apparently molested himself? And why are we Vaishnavas being banned, beaten, molested, sued and assassinated, especially when we refuse to promote their program of worship of pedophiles as Krishna's successors?

And while all of this criminal nonsense is going on -- in and around Lokanath's guru parampara -- this is all being WIDELY reported in the mass media newspapers all over the planet, read by millions and billions of people all over the world. How is that preaching nicely to millions of people, by promoting his pedophile guru process, which is creating a horrific impression of the Krishna religion to BILLIONS OF PEOPLE? Worldwide!

In sum! Lokanatha is voted into an illicit sex with men, women and children guru parampara, and that is "inspiring million of people in India"? Why are we inspiring people to worship an illicit sex with men, women and children acharya's program, that is banning, beating, suing, molesting and assassinating Vaishnavas?

And what does this have to do with brown bodies, white bodies, or green bodies? Lokanath swami's program has been forcing little children to worship their illicit sex with men, women and children guru's program all along -- the whole time since 1978. His program is criminally corrupting the morals of minors -- by telling the little children of the world to worship his debauchee's and pedophile's guru program. He is attacking children day in and day out by telling them to worship his pedophile pals, or himself, another pedophile.

Making children worship pedophiles as their gurus will take the persons orchestrating that to the crappiest crap hole in the universe, and Yamaraja will not care if the sinful beings orchestrating that are brown, white, green or whatever. It is sinful -- and Lokanath is one of them -- the most sinful among men -- to promote his pedophile's guru's deviation, which is meant to destroy children and it already has destroyed thousands of them. And the people who support this program are implicated in it. And are fully liable for its karma reaction.

Reflections on the Lokanath Swami Case (by Padmapani das)

Reflections on the Lokanath Swami Case

by Padmapani das

Many of you will know me from the Middle East, The Vaishnava Journal, The Prabhupada Connection, and my work on the infamous Mahamantra das abuse case more than 20 years ago.

I joined ISKCON in 1973 straight out of high school at the age of 18. I love ISKCON. I was spiritually born in ISKCON. I met Srila Prabhupada in ISKCON.
When ISKCON was in crisis in the mid-eighties, I started The Vaishnava Journal to help us work through our problems by way of open and respectful dialogue. I still believe in that approach (at least for me personally), and I don’t like fighting and mud-slinging among devotees. That’s not my nature and I’ve chosen to try and spread K.C. in my own humble way over the years and not participate in fratricidal wars.

In addition, I joined Lokanath Swami’s bullock cart program at the Kumbha-mela in Allahabad in 1977. I was probably one of the first (aspiring) devotees from the West who joined that program. I was impressed with Lokanath Swami’s austerities and his attachment to the holy names. Later, Lokanath Swami visited me in Ontario, Canada in 1983 or '84 and we had prasadam together. So there’s no personal animosity here whatsoever. Quite to the contrary.

That being said, I’ve only recently come to know about the Lokanath Swami / Satya dasi episode in detail and have been reading up on it. It’s a tragic story for everyone. There’s no joy in participating in this discussion, but I’m impelled to do so with the hope that I can help to at least present a different perspective for all concerned. Whatever I write is not a personal attack. What’s being presented here goes far beyond this one incident. It’s really about truth, morality and justice. It’s a matter of principle.

For those who remember the Mahamantra das abuse case, you’ll recall how adamant I was that justice must be served at all costs. It took two years to see that case resolved. I personally went to the police, obtained the services of a top domestic abuse lawyer, and got family services involved. The perpetrator was sentenced and jailed and he has a lifelong restraining order from the Supreme Court of Canada for the protection of his former family members.

Dhira Govinda Prabhu, former director of the CPO, deserves honorable mention for his encouragement and participation in that case.

Under no conditions can I personally tolerate abuse of women and children, and I strongly believe that ISKCON should have zero tolerance for any abuse whatsoever – right across the board. No one should be exempt, period. If this principle was observed in ISKCON, then there would be no need for this discussion.

It’s black and white. But now we see that some leaders think that they can stretch the rules for their friends and this is where we have to draw the line. That’s unacceptable behavior in a healthy spiritual society and will certainly lead to its downfall. We’re not mundane politicians, or at least we shouldn’t be.

As everyone knows by now (including the public), the unfortunate history of modern day ISKCON is filled with the monstrous horrors of child abuse which is 100% contrary to the wishes of our Founder-Acarya, Srila Prabhupada.

[PADA: Rather amazing is that when I was early on reporting child abuse and other crimes to the GBC ilk folks, starting maybe around 1979 - 1980, the response I often heard was "well prabhu, if there is a problem, then go and take this to the courts."

OK fine, we did later on help the child abuse victims with a $400,000,000 court case. Then, some of these same people began to say "Oh no, why did you go to the courts and not settle this internally"? I dunno, maybe because GBC goondas were always banning me, chasing me with baseball bats, killing my associates and threatening to kill me? Heh heh heh, might explain my reluctance to "work with them."]

"These children are given to us by Krishna, they are Vaisnavas and we must be very careful to protect them. These are not ordinary children, they are Vaikuntha children, and we are very fortunate we can give them chance to advance further in Krishna Consciousness. That is very great responsibility, do not neglect it or be confused. Your duty is very clear."

(Srila Prabhupada Letter, July 30, 1972)

But it now seems that we've hit an all-time low. The GBC is now authorizing "gurus" who molest little children, and not only that, they're manufacturing fake investigations to cover for their friends in high places at the expense of ruining the lives of Prabhupada's beloved children and their families, what to speak of the reputation of Srila Prabhupada and his International Society for Krishna Consciousness.

[PADA: Right, the main complaint now about the Lokanath expose is "it is upsetting Lokanath disciples and our supporters in India." Yep, they seem to be worried they will lose donations $$$, and they are not too worried about the suffering of victims -- at least evidently.

It does seem like India is their last ditch, last stand effort, where they are circling the wagons to make one last vociferous defense for their pedophile's guru process. It is not really going to work in the long run, there are simply too many opponents to their pedophile guru process at this stage, their boat simply has too many leaks in it.

As Srila Prabhupada says, even the greatest King can be worn down in defeat by constant criticism, just like a heavy rock is gradually worn down by drops of water over time. There are only so many efforts that can be made to control this criticism, and then it is too late, it is out of the bag.]

You don't believe me? Then take a look at the following collection of files catching some members of the GBC red-handed in their elaborate cover-up of the facts regarding the sexual molestation of an 11 year-old girl named Satya dasi by Lokanath Swami in 1990.

GBC Report (1997): "In 1990 while staying at the house of a family for a few days Lokanath Swami (Swami x) touched a young pre-adolescent girl in an inappropriate way by putting his hand on her lap. He was sitting next to her on a couch in a families living room, both were holding the Krishna Book in their hands, the hand holding the book (the back of the hand) rested on her lap as he read the Krishna Book. The hand did not move.

In 1993 when the GBC chairman became aware of the incident and appointed a committee to deal with the issue, Swami x was also told to stop all initiations. The committee conducted a thorough investigation, which included bringing a team of professional experts in New York and involving Mother Yasoda.

The cost of the experts exceeded $2,500 for a four day intensive assessment. The experts made an in depth examination Swami x after which they concluded that this unfortunate incident had occurred because of the Swami x's complete lack of prior experience on the matter of dealing with women. Having learned his lesson (the need to follow the proper social conduct for a sannyasi) they were confident that this incident would not reoccur. They also stated that he had the proper nature of a spiritual leader and should be allowed to continue in this role within our society."

[PADA: Ok so the guru is Krishna's successor, he is a resident of Vaikuntha, therefore he needs to be examined by a child molesting expert? Does this make any sense at all boys and girls? And why doesn't Basu Ghosh and his India ICC know that acharyas are not falling into these deviations -- from square one -- and we have to tell the ICC India Board that this is not the activity of the acharyas.]

Let's hear from Satya dasi herself.

Satya dasi: "I am the girl that Lokanatha touched inappropriately. It did NOT just happen one time in the living room, on the sofa, but rather throughout the week that he stayed he touched me various times inappropriately. I am surprised now (at age 32) that that NASTY, VILE PEDOPHILE did not try to rape me.

He took my innocent father's words of 'she is growing up here in America, why don't you teach her some more Indian culture' and turned into his way of taking advantage of me."

So let’s be clear. Lokanath broke his leg while on Padayatra in 1990. Out of the goodness of their hearts, a pious Indian family invites Lokanath to convalesce in their home. They're thrilled to have the rare opportunity of directly serving a renowned sannyasi in Srila Prabhupada's movement. The father is especially happy that his young daughter, Satya, will receive valuable spiritual instructions and wisdom from Lokanath.

But while Satya's mother is cooking in the kitchen, Lokanath is in another room molesting her daughter. In a letter to one of his disciples on June 16, 2017, Lokanath refers to this incident as "a minor mishap."

This is the reason that I’m speaking publicly now and not writing a private letter to Lokanath. There’s no remorse in those words (“a minor mishap”). Not only that, but Lokanath has chosen to go along with the cover-up for some 30 years. Satya and her family are still suffering while Lokanath is accepting worship. I’m sorry, but devotees should have a conscience – especially so-called advanced devotees.

Interviewer: How would I recognize a true follower of the Krishna consciousness movement by his behavior? What would his traits be? What would his outward expressions be?

Srila Prabhupada: He will be a very perfect gentleman, that's all. You could not find any fault in him.

(Srila Prabhupada Interview, Gainesville, July 29, 1971)

"It is a gentleman’s greatest duty to be compassionate upon a person who is distressed."

(Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam 4.27.26)

So let’s hear some more from the distressed victim herself.

Satya dasi: "The next day, he (Lokanath) called me in the living room, and asked me to bring the Krsna book and read it to him. He had me sit RIGHT NEXT TO HIM, leaving no space between us. He PLACED HIS HANDS ON MY CROTCH, NOT ON MY LAP, and said I am keeping the book from touching you there, so just keep reading.

"He kept his hand there, and any time my mother would walk by the room, he would QUICKLY REMOVE HIS HAND AND PLACE IT ABOVE MY HEAD (around me). He did this several times throughout the course of an hour, and after that sick feeling inside me became the most prominent thing for me, I told him I was tired, and I left the room."

And now from Satya’s mother.

Satya dasi's mother (1993): "She tells me, 'Mommy, I don’t want to read with Maharaja's Bhagavd-gita because he is touching my secret part. He is keeping his hand is there and I feel really bad. So I said, 'No, I don’t think you are telling truth.' She said, 'No, I’m not going. If you tell me to go read with him I'm not going.' And she was crying and she told me, 'I feel so bad.' Maharaja, I had the respect for him, and since I heard from her I lose respect to him."

It seems that the GBC – or some influential members of the GBC – agreed with Lokanath’s assessment that this incident was "a minor mishap" and a massive cover-up ensued to portray Lokanath as the poor victim instead of trying to help Satya dasi and her family heal from this despicable crime.

[PADA: The GBC covered up for Jayatirtha right out of the gate, and covered up for many others subsequently.]

The following description clearly reveals how the facts were twisted in favor of the perpetrator.

GBC Public Account of Incident (1999): "Although the girl was young, she had begun the transition to womanhood, and Lokanath Swami did not sexually relate to her presence as that of a child… Lokanath Swami had been brought up in a way that kept him entirely innocent of the experience of sexuality… some sexual feelings unexpectedly arose, but these feelings were new to him, and he did not know exactly how to acknowledge them or cope with them …

Certain circumstances conspired to disassociate Lokanath Swami from his usual sense of himself and his normal behavior and to make him unusually vulnerable. First, his leg was broken, a serious disability for one's whose main service and raison d'être was Padayatra, walking. A broken leg, an overlong stay in a householder's dwelling, the obligation to the father to have dealings with the girl, and so on, all of which together operated to put Lokanath Swami in a vulnerable state.

Lokanath Swami's own inexperienced condition, his unusual sexual innocence or naivete, meant that at the age of forty Lokanath Swami was suddenly ambushed by feeling he had never dealt with before … the GBC could recognize the truth of the psychologists' assessment that Lokanath Swami was eminently suited to his role as a spiritual leader and guide, and that not allowing him to act in that capacity would be utterly devastating to his personal identity, his sense of himself."

Investigating this case is like peeling an onion – more and more layers of deception are exposed.

Yasoda (lead investigator for the GBC, 1999): "The report is inaccurate in two areas. If I recall it correctly, when she played the harmonium he caressed her thigh. He moved close to her on the couch when no one was there and pulled away when someone entered. His hand did not brush against her thigh while reading Krishna book...it was on top of her genitals and I think he pressed down. The girl felt so violated because it was her vagina and also because he pulled away when someone entered and resumed when they were gone. This made her feel dirtier."

Tamohara (former CPO director, 2010): "While the official GBC report is technically correct, its careful wording tends to cast the incidents into a more favorable light. There are at least three specific instances where the wording of report underplays and minimizes the severity of the transgressions.

1) The report says, 'Sometimes he would praise her by patting her and saying "Very good." '

- The reality reported by the girl was that he rubbed her thigh.

2) The report says, 'he said "Go and take your shower!" and swatted her with his
hand.'

- The report does not specifically mention that the swat was on her rear end.

3) The report says, 'Lokanath Swami's hand touched and moved across the girl's upper thigh over her clothing.'

- What actually happened was that his hand was resting for some time (possibly up to a half hour) on her 'private parts.' "

OK, enough of the sordid details. You can read more for yourself in the above mentioned link.

My question is, when are the GBC ever going to come clean and do the right thing regarding child abuse in ISKCON? When are they ever going to stop covering up for their friends at the expense of justice for the victims? When are they going to follow the rules?

We've already lost so many beautiful souls – the gurukulis – Prabhupada’s hope for the future of this movement and for the world. Where are those children now? Why have so many committed suicide? Why do so many former gurukulis hate Krishna consciousness when they should be happily chanting Hare Krishna in the association of devotees and putting an end to their material existence, as Prabhupada wanted? Does the GBC care about them?

[PADA: That is why there are many historical statements -- where a society that destroys its children -- destroys the entire society. It is like stepping on new seedlings and killing them just after they were planted, that destroys the whole farm.]

Enough is enough.

It's long past due that we kick out the corruption at the top levels of our movement. Everyone is suffering for it. The GBC have proven again and again that they're unable to police themselves. They've shown wanton disregard for women and children practically since the time the GBC was first formed in 1970. Their conduct has been dishonorable, unbefitting their position in our society.

Dhira Govinda (Director of the Child Protection Office 1998-2004): "When I served as CPO director, the GBC gave specific instructions for the CPO to not address the case of Lokanatha Maharaja. The dealings of ISKCON leadership around the case of Lokanatha Maharaja was filled with concealment, deception, inconsistencies, and lack of accountability."

This case is the straw that broke the camel's back. It's not going to go away and it can't be swept under the rug any longer. The worldwide community of devotees is watching this case, and so is the public. When the people no longer trust their leaders, the society is finished. Hardly anyone wants to live in ISKCON anymore. Mothers are afraid for the safety of their children in Prabhupada's temples. How sad is that?

[PADA: Yes, well this has been going on for decades, the women, children and vulnerable elders have been victimized -- and that is one reason the temples are like ghost towns. Oddly, it was Lokanath swami himself who said in 1988, the ISKCON temples are like empty ghost towns. Where did all the devotees go? One ex-samkirtan lady here told me some years ago, "I don't go to ISKCON's temples anymore. If I want to be depressed -- I will watch a horror movie on TV."]

When Srila Prabhupada discovered deviations in the GBC, he wasn't afraid to disband it.

"What will happen when I am not here, shall everything be spoiled by GBC? So for the time being, let the GBC activities be suspended until I thoroughly revise the whole procedure."

(Srila Prabhupada Letter, April 11, 1972)

I would like to remind the GBC that this is not their movement. It's Prabhupada's movement. Srila Prabhupada worked very hard to create ISKCON, as we all know, and he was deeply concerned for its future.

"We have worked very hard and established a great institution, but if we think for our personal benefit then it will become ruined. This is my only concern."

(Srila Prabhupada Letter, November 1, 1974)

Srila Prabhupada kindly blessed the GBC with temporary stewardship of his society which includes many benefits, but if they're negligent in their duties and offend the Vaishnavas then there are grave consequences.

"Therefore we have created these GBC. So they should be very responsible men. Otherwise, they will be punished. They will be punished to become a sudra. Although Yamaraja is a GBC, but he made a little mistake. He was punished to become a sudra. So those who are GBC's, they should be very, very careful to administer the business of ISKCON. Otherwise they will be punished. As the post is very great, similarly, the punishment is also very great."

(Srila Prabhupada Lecture, Geneva, June 4, 1974)

Please watch the following video of two courageous Vaishnavis, Saraswati and Krsna-devata, who offer some practical solutions to help put a stop to the institutionalization of child abuse in our society once and for all. These devotees should be admired and respected for their bravery and for their love of Srila Prabhupada's movement.

Even if you disagree with them, please remember that these young ladies are mothers. They’re speaking out on behalf of Satya and for all of our children. Srila Prabhupada said that child worship is more important than Deity worship. I, for one, admire these young Vaishnavis and their bravery in speaking truth to power. They give me hope for the future of our movement.
In particular, these devotees are asking for the Lokanath case to be investigated by the trained CPO for "due process" without hindrance or interference from the GBC. The CPO must be free to adjudicate every abuse case independently, and no one should be exempt from child protection guidelines regardless of their position in ISKCON. I fully support their position and cause.

In addition, I personally recommend that in extreme cases of abuse where life and limb are endangered, devotees should immediately go to the police and press charges.

I would also like to see a review of sannyasa standards in ISKCON. It's a privilege to wear saffron, granted only to the pure at heart. And for goodness sake, it should go without saying that if a so-called "guru" molests an innocent child, they should never be allowed to sit on a high seat and be worshiped.

"No one should be allowed to sit on the vyāsāsana who is not spotless in character..."

(Srimad-Bhagavatam 1.1.6, Purport)

As for Satya dasi and her family, I think they should be financially compensated for the decades of suffering they've had to endure because of this repugnant episode in their lives. They’re still suffering. What is the GBC going to do about it? What is Lokanath going to do about it? Ignore them? Sorry, but it’s too late. The cat’s out of the bag. The world is watching.

Satya dasi: "We were promised that Lokanatha would be punished. He was NOT.
OUR SILENCE WAS OUR MISTAKE -- OUR SILENCE WAS WHAT ALLOWED HIM TO SLIDE BACK into NORMALCY, GOING UNNOTICED FOR HIS CRIMES that are DUE FOR PUNISHMENT.

HOW DARE HE. AND HOW DARE THE GBC. THEY WILL ALL HAVE TO PAY."

It seems to me that ISKCON leaders should be educated in the long-term negative effects of child abuse, including child sexual abuse. Why are sannyasis dealing with this matter anyway? Many of them have never had children. The GBC should forward all child abuse cases to the CPO and stay out of the way. There must be transparency and accountability from the GBC, especially on such an important issue. The CPO needs to be made completely independent and autonomous from the GBC.

If the GBC can't fulfill their mandate and protect the devotees – and especially the children – from abuse in Prabhupada's own movement, then it's time for them to retire and let someone more qualified and honest do the job.

Srila Prabhupada wanted this movement to save the world, and unfortunately, it seems that the GBC is the greatest impediment to realizing Prabhupada's glorious vision. Let's hope that will soon change.

[PADA: Enough is enough, and it was already enough for a number of victims who committed suicide. I hope that more devotees will start to put their foot down on these leaders and get some form of accountability going on here. Failing that, they need to be exposed and repeatedly, as not representing Krishna. ys pd]

Mahesh Raja Comments on Lokanath Imbroglio

Temples of the illicit sex messiah's club seem to be:
kinda empty?
Where did everyone go?

[PADA: It is interesting that when the ISKCON GBC's "messiahs from Vaikuntha gurus" are falling into illicit sex with men, women and children, and maybe sex with the family goat, then we are all advised to sit back and "be tolerant and forgiving." And that is allegedly because -- Bhagavad Gita says a -- neophyte -- might fall down into abominable activity -- by accident.

Ooops! This "accidental falling down" problem is being mis-cited as applying to Krishna's gurus and acharya (diksha guru) successors. However it is not something we find in gurus and acharyas, but only in aspiring neophytes. Yet now, it is evidently "common" that God's successor acharyas fall down into abominable activity.

Sorry! The Bhagavad Gita does NOT say this "forgiving" concept applies to Krishna's successors, gurus and acharyas -- who are allegedly falling down left, right and center like the GBC's gurus. And then we have to forgive and tolerate when "God's successor acharyas" fall into abominations. That is not what "tolerating fall down" applies to, rather this is a reference to us, the neophytes, stumbling on the path in the beginning stages.

And "tolerating of nonsense in God's successors" has become -- not the exception -- but the general rule in the ISKCON society. Thus orchestrators of banning, beating, child molesting, and sometimes murders are "tolerated" and kept in posts of authority, even as alleged messiahs from heaven. Meanwhile anyone who wants to worship Srila Prabhupada as their guru is not tolerated for ten seconds, they get the boots in face treatment. Now, the gurus and acharyas are more or less regular mundane men who fall into illusion on a regular basis, as most of their alleged acharyas have done.

Anyway, more people are seeing through this bogus rationalization. Yes, as a matter of fact, the guru is a resident of Vaikuntha, therefore he may be acting in an abominable manner -- due to the fact he is not yet free of material conditioning. OK that makes the acharyas defective and mundane. If he is subject to material conditioning, he is not God's successor guru.

Now some of the India ICC sympathy folks are complaining, the worse than can be done at this point is to ban Lokanath from preaching in North America. He will still be the worshiped acharya in India no matter what. So all that we have accomplished is -- to drive a wedge between the USA GBC leaders and the India leaders -- which is hurting the unity of ISKCON. Umm, why should we be unified in promoting the worship of an illicit sex with men, women and children guru parampara?

The ISKCON India ICC wants us "fallen Western people" to unify under the banner of promoting their illicit sex with men, women and children guru parampara. This raises more questions than answers. For example: how is the worship of a pedophile messiah's club going to work -- as the banner we all have to unite under? And doesn't Srila Prabhupada say it is a severe offense, indeed the mad elephant offense, to consider gurus are fallen and abominable i.e. "still conditioned" souls? ys pd]

Subject: They are MANIPULATING api cet su-durācāro verse to suit their agenda BUT actually that verse refers to ACCIDENTAL falldown.

1. Her campaign against Lokanath Swami is misguided and ill advised.
2. She ought not ignore the instructions of Lord Krishna in Bhagavad-gita

Mr Phillip Davies / Pradyumna das: Perhaps you do not understand We are still here, still chanting rounds, disciples of Srila Prabhupada’s disciples, Myself from Bhavananda Prabhu. Despite problems and venomous animosity from some that should have been supportive. api cet su-durācāro, bhajate mām ananya-bhāk sādhur eva sa mantavyaḥ samyag vyavasito hi saḥ.

Mahesh: You just have no clear understanding of the philosophy – at all.

Bhavananda is a CONDITIONED soul. THEREFORE he can NOT have initiated you. The Initiation process recognized by Srila Prabhupada is Ritvik Initiation as per his July 9th 1977 ORDER.

Similarly, the accidental falldown of a devotee from the path of a saintly character does not make him abominable.

The falldowns of Bhavananda and the rest of bogus pretender gurus are NOT accidental. Read the colorful history:

Sudarsana Das Vanacari says:

That “venomous animosity” as you call it may be a result of persons who took severe offense with regards to the severe beatings Bhavananda use to inflict on young children in the Mayapur gurukula or the fact that he molestered a child at New Gaudadesh Farm in Australia, who later committed suicide or even worse that Bhavananda (over a sustained period of 9 months and until his departure!) gave poison to Srila Prabhupada (see poison whispers!).

The fact that you are still chanting your rounds is due to Srila Prabhupada’s mercy and in spite of the illegal, subversive, traitorous, disgusting and vile activities of Bhavanandasura.

Plotting and sustained poisoning of Srila Prabhupada over a period of at least 9 months is not “accidental falldown” this is the activity of a demon who is destined for hell!

ISKCON's ICC Declares: Messiahs are -- Acting Abominably?

Home Base: ISKCON Baroda
Camp: Frisco (Dallas) Texas, USA

Dear Saraswati Mataji,

Namonamaha. Jaya Srila Prabhupada!

Received your message:

> Basu Gosh Prabhu,
>
> Great! Submit it to the ICPO so they can review it as part of their
> complete case file.
>
> Hare Krishna,
> Saraswati

Hmm. Myself, and the ISKCON India leadership reject your outlook, that the ICPO should review the case. Kindly note that such letters from you won't change our view of this case. Simple logic: the ICPO consists of ordinary devotees, and not devatas (demigods) from Indraswarga (the heavenly planets). As are the GBC themselves.

The ICPO derives it's credentials and reason to exist from the GBC. So they are, in one sense, "one and the same". Anyway, the establishment of the ICPO is to satisfy modern Western morality. Srila Prabhupada did not instruct that we form an ICPO.

In India, for millenia religious institutions existed, but sure, they were mostly monastaries for renunicates, and there were no CPOs. Sure, no one desires that children be sexually abused by adults. It's unacceptable. Zero tolerance. We agree on this.

But for the umpteenth time, since we discussed this issue via Facebook last
month, Lokanath Swami is just not a child molester or child abuser. The incident as reported by the girl Satya, proves as much. The analysis carried out by the CAP Behaviour Associates, Inc., exonerated him totally.

Your campaign ignores these facts, and has become "a proverbial witch hunt",
without logic and reason. Of course, you know how we feel, but you wish to be obstinate. OK, do as you please. You are not a small child. But you are claiming to be a devotee, and yet you certainly are indulging in "wishing away" the words of
Lord Krishna in Bhagavad-gita 9.30:

"Even if one commits the most abominable action, if he is engaged in devotional service he is to be considered saintly because he is properly situated in his determination."

and Prabhupada's words in his purport:

"As far as possible, a devotee is very cautious so that he does not do anything that could disrupt his wholesome condition. He knows that perfection in his activities depends on his progressive realization of Kṛṣṇa consciousness. Sometimes, however, it may be seen that a person in Kṛṣṇa consciousness commits some act which may be taken as most abominable socially or politically. But such a temporary falldown does not disqualify him."

If we are followers of Lord Krishna and Srila Prabhupada ought we not agree
with these words? As you may be aware, there are other such examples of those who strayed from the path of bhakti - as the testimony by Gaura Prabhu - confirmed by Bhakti Chaitanya Swami (the GBC Chairman) - shows, and these devotees were welcomed in ISKCON by Prabhupada.

Why can't you digest that Lokanath Maharaj had a "momentary lapse of judgment" - yes, over the period of a week, but he did not sexually molest
the girl in the strictest sense of the word? He did not directly touch her
private parts, nor attempt to rape her.

His very minor indescretions were not repeated. He is not a serial abuser. So why not see the good qualities - become "guna grahi" (accept the good qualities) instead of the hate campaign - dragging Maharaj's name through the mud by labelling him a child molester? How is this campaign a positive contribution to spreading the Krishna Consciousness movement?

No, it's just negativity, overblowing something that was "case closed", 30 years ago. Not at all in the spirit of what our shastras and acharyas teach. The GBC seems to have understood and took the case back from the ICPO.

The above are my subjective opinions. Sure. But I have discussed with numerous devotees, both here in the USA, and in India. Those who I am talking to agree that this thing is being way, way overblown. But sure, you've heard it all, and will continue to carry out the campaign, that many feel has "gone beyond logic and reason". The campaign rally cry that Maharaj is "a serial sexual predator", which we know he is not.

Suit yourself, but know that many of us will not agree with you, and will continue to dispute your -- what we understand as "almost baseless" -- allegations against Maharaj.

To conclude, I hope "better sense prevails".

Hope this meets you well.

dasanudas,

Basu Ghosh Das

[PADA: Wow. Bhagavad Gita 9:30 says that a neophyte may sometimes act abominably. Therefore! When Krishna's parampara acharyas -- if not God's "Jesus-like messiahs" and guru successors -- are deviating, we should tolerate and forgive. Ooops! Not what it says! This verse does not allow that conditioned souls can pose as acharyas and messiahs, and then perhaps act in an abominable manner, and then be -- forgiven, albeit sometimes censured, monitored, corrected, voted in, voted out, suspended, removed, exiled, excommunicated and etc.

This verse is ALL about us neophyte conditioned souls -- those who are at the beginning stages -- making an attempt to be Krishna conscious. Yes! We should overlook the faults of other neophytes -- because as a group -- we are ALL prone to be faulty. Or even sometimes -- abominable! Yet! This verse does not even mention the words "acharyas" "gurus" "messiahs" and / or "parampara members" being engaged in abominable actions etc.

It is amazing that Basu Ghosh party evidently thinks God's messiahs, gurus and acharyas are often acting like abominable neophytes. Nope! Rather shastra says it is the mad elephant offense to consider that acharyas and messiahs are acting like mundane conditioned neophytes or ordinary sadhakas.

The India ISKCON ICC are blending together the fallen souls -- or at least us neophyte spiritual aspirants --  who are expected to be sometimes acting abominably by our conditioned nature -- with the exalted status of messiahs, gurus and acharyas. An acharya is not engaged in abominable activity, because he has transcended abominable activity.

Otherwise, he is not yet a guru. So this is what they said the whole time. Jayatirtha is a messiah, ok and he is having sex with a follower, not a problem, he should be forgiven for acting abominably. Then, he gets his head chopped off for having sex with a follower later on? How does that help ISKCON?

Jayadvaita says their gurus are engaged in illicit sex with men, women and possibly children. And then again some of their messiahs are drunks, drug addicts, porno swamis, Las Vegas gamblers, Vodka drinkers, and who knows what else. So let us forgive them and keep them in the post of guru? That is why ISKCON has lost credibility.

Thus!

A) Lokanath swami is a diksha guru, identical to JESUS because he can absorb sins -- just like Jesus as a diksha (sin absorbing) guru.

B) He is caught touching a young girl, and he is voted into a homosexual and pedophile guru lineage, which is banning, beating, molesting, suing and killing devotees of God and yet ....

C) We should just forgive all this and move on?

Why? Because God's successors and messiahs are -- wait for it -- often acting in an abominable manner! OK that is not what Krishna is teaching us. The people who are sometimes acting in an abominable manner are us, the conditioned soul neophytes. Of course -- we should forgive abominable messiahs, but not forgive the people who want to worship pure devotees -- they are banned and not forgiven?

Anyway this is never going to fly. To say that gurus, messiahs and acharyas are acting abominably is not going to be accepted, except by a small cult of fools. The good news is, they are sticking with their idea that God's successors are sometimes abominable, that means we were right when we pointed that out all along since 1979. How many people in the world think God's messiah successors are sometimes abominable people who should be forgiven for being abominable?

Sounds of crickets? Hee hee. This is really ritvik-disculous. Of course if God's successor is abominable, that makes God abominable too, told ya! Then these India scholars complain, "Jeepers, PADA is like the Christians." Correct, us and the Christians know that messiahs are not acting like abominable fools, rather the neophytes are sometimes acting like that. ys pd]

"Take A Stand"! Srutakirti dasa

TAKE A STAND!!!

https://iskconleaders.com/srutakirti-prabhu/

I have had dreams about Srila Prabhupada over the years. It is not so surprising since I traveled with him for 2 1/2 years. Most of the time they have a typical dream-like quality. Usually I am still his servant and have no concept that he has gone from my vision so many years ago.

There were two times in the '90's when I was very aware that he was appearing before me. Things were clear to me and it didn't seem like a dream. I was getting his divine sanga. He had mercifully come to me at a time when I needed him so much.

It was just around 4:00 a.m. He appeared, standing before me, as I always remember him. Beautifully dressed in silk saffron and a fragrant garland around his neck. I see only His Divine Grace and an effulgence around him. The garland is made of gardenias and red roses and extends almost to his knees.

As soon as I see him I fall to the ground like a stick. My forehead is just at his lotus toes. I can feel the tears coming from my eyes as they bathe his feet.
I am overwhelmed having this darshan and I can only cry with happiness and relief. It all happened so quickly. I look up at him, while I am still lying on the floor. He has a beautiful, transcendental smile on his face. What a relief to see my Lord and savior after almost 20 years.

As I looked up at him he reached down with his right hand and rubbed my head. "Don't worry. Everything will be alright," he said with conviction. Still in complete shock I woke up, still crying. The whole visit lasted just a minute. At the time it was just what I needed to hear. I was in the beginning stages of writing my memories. I was very aware that I was completely unqualified. I was praying for some confirmation that what I was doing was authorized. It was exactly what I needed to continue writing.

A few years went by and it happened again. It began just like the first dream. It was 4 a.m. My reaction was also the same. I understood this was special. I immediately fell down and grabbed hold of those priceless lotus feet. I couldn't keep my tears away. Again I bathed them with a stream of tears. I looked up at him, still lying on the ground. He didn't touch my head. He looked at me, not with a smile but a look of concern. I didn't know what to expect. I didn't have to wait long to find out. "Take a stand!" he said.

As quickly as he appeared, he left me, again. I awoke, still in tears. So many emotions were in me. Joyful to have that sanga, disturbed it all happened so quickly. What to speak of the instruction. What was I supposed to do now? It happened so suddenly I couldn't even formulate a question.

Srila Prabhupada was expert at giving profound directives with a word or two. It happened many times while he was with me. My understanding of those instructions continue to evolve as I age. But, "Take a stand!" What did that mean? Almost 30 years have gone by since he gave me that order.

[PADA: Good. The ISKCON GBC's spokesman Jayadvaita swami is saying in essence -- Prabhupada's successors -- and Krishna's successors --  are fallen souls, if not engaged in illicit sex with men, women and children. Thus, we all need to "take a stand" against that bogus propaganda program. Why would we not take a stand against people saying that pedophiles and deviants in the parampara of Krishna's guru successors?

And since the children of ISKCON have been coerced into worshiping pedophiles like Lokanath swami as "Krishna's guru successors," your NOT taking a stand against this bogus process is placing thousands of these children all over the world in peril of worshiping pedophiles as God's pure representatives. And your acquiescing with this process will cause, potentially or factually, thousands of ISKCON's children to be beaten, molested -- and to then for some of them to commit suicide as a result of their not being protected by the "senior men" -- like yourself.]

I have tried to follow it as best I can. I know I have a duty. Srila Prabhupada has given me so much, shown me so much. I am a nobody. A fallen soul. I have tried, according to my capacity over the years, to follow his orders. I will never forget that instruction.

[PADA: Except a number of women and children victims report to PADA, that hardly no one actually gives a heap of manure's concern for their being exploited. A number of ex-children told me the worst thing is "no one cares" -- even our own parents. And some of them wrote to tell me, "PADA editor is the only person who has shown any concern for us anywhere. Even our own parents wanted us to shut up and allow the pedophile's program to go on unchecked. And that is why these exploiting problems have gone on unchecked."

One of them sent me this graphic, pretty much showing their feelings:

For many years following that order I traveled all over the world. I decided my stand was to try and explain to everyone how much they were loved by him.

[PADA: Yes, we love Prabhupada, which is why we do not "take a stand" when illicit sex with men, women and children guru programs are being worshiped as his guru successors. And worse, we do not take a stand when his dear children are being starved, beaten, molested and committing suicide in despair -- thinking that no one gives a pile of crap about their plight?

That is why some victims tell me, ok there is a lot of love, but love mainly for the peodphile's gurus regime and their enablers, and not really any factual love for us -- the victims. We are swept under the carpet, while the regime's leaders get fancy houses, new cars, servants, big feasts, Vyasa poojas, nice Apple laptops, and we get a bag of wet manure given to us.]

In the classes I tried to express to all the devotees that if they are doing service in Srila Prabhupada's Iskcon they are directly serving him. It is personal. He is with all of us and guiding us. He appreciates every effort made by us.

[PADA: Srila Prabhupada "appreciates the service" that illicit sex with men, women and children is being worshiped in his temples as his successors? And the regime of these successors are orchestrating banning, beating, molesting, suing and -- killing Vaishnavas? It is personal. Anyone who does not take a stand against these criminals is implicated in their crimes, personally.]

I wanted to share the love that he mercifully gave to me because I know he gives that same compassion and mercy to all of his followers. It is always there. We just have to grab hold of those two lotus feet. It is what keeps me in the association of devotees, despite my knowing I have no qualification.

[PADA: Devotees of a criminal pedophile guru program -- are devotees of the wrong thing.]

As the decades go by I feel that my stand manifests in different ways. Of course it is always the same. "Follow my instructions." For the last 18 months I have been blessed to live in Vrindavan and engage in service to Their Lordships, Krsna Balarama.

[PADA: Right, living in Vrndavana -- where they are burying pedophiles and porno swamis in samadhis there. And worshiping pedophiles like Lokanath swami.

And that is why a Brijabasi told me, these people are the most offensive offenders to ever step into our dham. We can only hope that our descendents will dig up these samadhis later on, and put the remains into the sewer. Vrndavan ISKCON is the head quarters in India of the illicit sex with men, women and children guru process.]

My wife and I have been most fortunate to do a little service here. I am just a little jiva soul but I want to try and preserve what my spiritual master spent so many years building. This house the whole world can live in. In the place he called home.

[PADA: Who wants to live in a pedophile worshiping cult? Not the whole world? Maybe only a teeny cult of fanatical people who love pedophile guru worshiping cults, which is again, only a teeny group of perverts, pedophile guru lovers, fanatics and their enablers etc.]

I want to speak up when I don't recognize his home. It isn't always easy and not always welcome. Still, I have to take a stand. If I am to chant Hare Krsna and be happy I know I must do my best to please Srila Prabhupada. I know he expects much from me. As I turn 70 this month I am aware the rules he carefully gave us are most important.

[PADA: Rule #1, anyone who assists, helps, cheer leads, enables, and / or direct or indirect promotes pedophiles and illicit sex guru programs has to go to the most obnoxious regions of the universe, especially if they make Vrindavan the head quarters of their illicit sex with men, women and children guru program. Any program that buries porno swamis and pedophiles in the dham -- will have to go to the crappiest crap hole in the universe after doing that mischief in the dham.]

We only need to maintain what he has given us. It's what it means to be a follower. We follow the leader. He will always be our leader. All glories to Srila Prabhupada! Srutakirti das

[PADA: Maintaining pedophile guru programs is not maintaining what he gave us. Take a stand, or be implicated, and go to the planets they go to. False gurus, and their supporters / enablers etc., are destined to go to the crappiest crap hole in the universe, take a stand against that process or -- go there with them. ys pd]
