Supreme Court Accepts New Bangalore Case // Rupa Manjari Issue 12 03 25

PADA: Here we go again. Well Dayarama is right, the GBC will spend $100,000,000 over the next 100 years suing Bangalore. Meanwhile, they are begging for money to feed the cows at the Jayapataka New Talavan Farm program. Their main expense is evidently, lawyers and legal. 

These technical tit for tat paperwork court cases tend to stay in courts for 20-30 years or more in India, so it looks like a lot of us won't even be alive when the final ruling comes out. Meanwhile, Madhu Pandit cannot be too worried, he has already made many other programs in the name of HKM and Akshaya Patra, and they cannot be touched by this court ruling. Basically this is all about one building, but Madhu Pandit has many others and thus he can afford to lose one if need be.

At best, ISKCON will gain one building after spending another $100,000,000 which could have been used to build ten similar buildings. Anyway, we also have the criminal child abuse case against ISKCON coming along in the pipeline in the same DELHI court, so lets see how it all unfolds. 

It is amazing that ISKCON is spending $100,000,000 to stop a program that feeds kids, after they were sued for $400,000,000 for not feeding their own school kids.

PADA's Message to Madhu Pandit! It is time for you to go for the jugular on this program and bring in the child molesting issue, and take them down once and for all. Molester messiahs programs are NOT KRISHNA'S SUCCESSORS, and that should be established in court once and for all, and finish all this.

RUPA MANJARI QUESTION

PADA: Agreed RMD, I should not just pick on Rupa Manjari's exploiter former husband Naranarayan das Visvakarma (NNV) exclusively, because there are many more examples of "senior Prabhupada devotees" who exploited women, had multiple wives, abandoned their wives and children, or even exploited children. And a lot of them went along with the molester messiah's program. True enough. He was just another member of the overall group.

And there are also many senior leaders who know about a lot about all this exploiting, or it was even reported to them, and they never took appropriate action to protect the women and children. 

There are also examples of senior devotee men, who were already known to have mistreated other women previously, but were still allowed to prowl around ISKCON to get their hooks into the next victim. There were evidently many of them at New Vrndavana, Los Angeles and other places. 

Agreed. NNV was simply another one of them, and ISKCON Los Angeles knew he was a serial prowler, and yet sure enough, he got his hooks into more than a few women from ISKCON. 

One serial prowler came to Berkeley when I confronted him on his past exploiting at other temples, he agreed. He said he knew he was out of control. But ISKCON has no mechanism to identify and contain these guys. He lost his previous women, but also had a nice teen aged daughter with him who was mostly not supervised much of them time, while her dad was out prowling around. 

OK he was hanging out with an ISKCON lady and simultaneously some other Real Estate lady -- most of the time -- and thus his daughter did not know when her dad was even coming home. I don't think a lot of these kids ended up feeling protected either, because -- they weren't. 

And some of these "big devotee men" beat their women, and yes, sometimes raped their women. And there was no real push back from the rest of the society, so they got away with it repeatedly. And the women were going to have a hard sell complaining that their "senior Prabhupada devotee man" was an exploiter, because the society sort of puts them on a pedestal and makes them somewhat untouchable. People still write me like that now, "well prabhu, he was a senior man and you should not criticize." Oh yup! 

So the victims trended to remain silent, and some women told me their entire horror story, but told me to never publish it, for all sorts of reasons. And that simply spreads the problem around, or even made these men repeat offenders because no one knew the problems existed beforehand.  

All true. OK the point is, NNV is one part of an overall pattern. And I think that is the point Rupa Manjari is making. NNV is one -- of many similar examples -- in ISKCON. And we as a society are sort of complicit by often knowing about these serial abusers but not taking any action to fix the situation. Or worse, taking the side of the abusers and defending and protecting them, or even encouraging them, as happened a lot.  

But yeah, when NNV went against PADA, many people took his side -- like the IRM / HKC Jaipur / Sanat / Mukunda / Prahlad / Mathura Pati / Prabhupadanugas EU types, and they got another wife beater named Mukunda to join the NNV camp, and they made propaganda against PADA -- against our program of saving women and children from being beaten and raped. And they found men who beat women as their chief allies.

And sure, they must have known NNV was mis-using this poor young lady, young enough to be his daughter. So he was really de facto a pedophile. We used to call  these old pervert guys "cradle robbers" -- when we were kids in New York. They had to find lusty cradle robbers to be their advocates against PADA. 

And thus some of the women in this program reported being beaten -- and even raped. And raped by men old enough to be their fathers. And that is the program HKC Jaipur ilk folks thought should be their advisors and is going to save ISKCON.

So yeah, the HKC Jaipur / Mathura Pati / Prabhupadanugas EU / women and children beating and rape program, and cradle robbery program, is ALWAYS against PADA, no kidding. But you are right, it is interesting that the HKC Jaipur / Mathura Pati guys hand select misogynists, and / or women beating and maybe raping / cradle robbing people as their spiritual guides and advisors. 

And then we wonder why this problem has been going on? We know why this problem has been going on. It is them. Yeah I almost forgot, they made Bhakta dasa their other spiritual advisor -- and he was arrested in Puri for sex crimes, and was only taken out of jail because he was taken back to the USA for selling designer drugs, which are dangerous and can provoke aborting a fetus. 

So Rupa Manjari is right, there is a sort of overall group that is creating all this, and it is a pattern that has victimized women and children, and victimized them badly.

Now she lost custody of her kids from all this imbroglio with NNV, and as I know from personal experience, there is nothing more emotionally hurtful to a mother than to lose her kids. But these people do not care if women, children and innocent brahmanas suffer because "PADA is attacking the Golden Body" -- of their women and children abuser association. 

Sulochana said it correctly, birds of a feather flop together. Anyway you are right, NNV is a small part of a bigger issue, and he should not be the only example, there are many moving parts to all this system. In sum, Srila Prabhupada has been blamed for all this mess, but he never authorized any of these behaviors, and in fact he said -- these behaviors will take people to hell. And they already created hell in this life, never mind the next.

ANOTHER ISKCON ZOMBIE CASE

A misguided young man Tamal Krsna Kripa Das posted a video on YouTube on November 30, 2025 praising Anirdesya Vapu (previously Bhaktividya Purna Swami).

Anirdesya Vapu was named by the ISKCON Child Protection Office as the longest running child abuser, abusing children for over 40 years - children that were placed on his watch and in his care. Anirdesya Vapu physically beat children until they bled, molested children, and kept child molesters in his school knowing they were raping the boys.

In the Lord’s creation there are many wonderful things that we can see with our own eyes every day and every night, but we are not able to reach them with the equipment that modern material science gives us. Thus, we must not depend on the fragment authority of materialistic science, to know things that lie beyond the boundaries of the scientific field. For the common man, both modern science and Vedic wisdom simply have to be accepted, because he cannot verify any of the statements of modern science or Vedic literature. 

The choice the common man has is to believe in one or both. The path of Vedic knowledge is, however, more authentic, because it has been accepted by the acaryas, who, besides being scholars and faithful men, are liberated souls who have none of the flaws of conditioned souls. However, modern scientists are conditioned souls prone to making many mistakes; therefore, the safest position is to accept the authentic version of the Vedic Scriptures, such as the Srimad-Bhágavatam, which is unanimously accepted by the great acāryas. ”
