Rupanuga VIDEO / Not Going Away / BBT Legal Review 12 04 25




PADA: Unfortunately we do not have all of the entire Rupanuga conversation, only this teeny clip. What little he says here is good, but this does not explain the history of how we got to worship his bogus 11 guru pals.

Rupanuga was a huge cheer leader of the 11 GBC guru successors, and he said for example -- they were pure when they were appointed in May 1977 -- but they fell later. Umm nope, they were never pure at any time, nor did Srila Prabhupada ever say any of us are pure, rather he said we could make it a stool society, and we did. 

Rupanauga was part of the 50 man committee of "guru reformers" in 1986, and Ravindra Swarupa, Mukunda swami and Rupanuga were part of the "ISKCON justices committee" team that was handling me and Sulochana. And they concluded that we should be excommunicated for offending a great devotee like Kirtanananda, who was at the time having oral sex with boys in his motorhome. Sulochana said they just painted a bull's eye on us to have us exterminated, and we were. 

What is interesting is Rupanuga's idea that God's pure devotee acharya successors are often falling into illicit sex with men, women and children, drinking Vodka, watching porno etc. Wait! If the guru is shaksat the same as God, and the guru is fallen left, right and center, that means God is also fallen. 

Wow! So I was very fortunate to grow up in a solid Christian environment, because I was trained from my early childhood to ALREADY know that illicit sex with men, women and children, drunks, debauchees, homosexuals, pedophiles. drug addicts etc. are NEVER AT ANY STAGE God's guru successors. And it is an EXTREME offense to compare God's successors with debauchees and even homosexuals and pedophiles. I knew that when I was 12 years old already!

But what is worse is that when God's succcessors are not only deviating left, right and center, and behaving worse than the town's lusty -- party animal drunks -- then -- Rupanuga's guru reform team is going to "reform, rectify and repair" God's successors. 

Rupanuga's team actually believed that not only are God's successors often debauchees, if not pedophiles, but that when they are fallen, it is their reform team's job to fix and repair God's successors. Evidently God is impotent and cannot fix and repair His wayward successors, so Rupanuga has to take over God's job of dictating to the acharyas. 

In other words, Rupanuga's idea is trying to replace God by taking over dictating to HIS pure devotee acharyas. Poor God is not up to the task of reforming His wayward successors. Thank God we have Rupanuga on God's successor's fix, renew and repair task force! Yeah, the arrogance here is absolutely staggering, we are going to replace God as the person who dictates to God's successors, and we are going to dictate instead of God. Who needs God when we have the reformers to fix God's wayward successors? 

OK anyone who thinks God's successors are falling into illicit sex with men, women and children, and they are in charge of fixing these illicit sex deviant successors, has no clue who is God and who is His successor. That is plain and simple. 

So when the GBC guys say, oh PADA is a bogus Christian, well yup. We Christians already know illicit sex with men, women and children is not part of God's chain of guru successors. We also know it is an extreme offense to juxtapose deviations with God's successors. And that is why the Isopanisad says -- false gurus and their support team are gliding to the most obnoxious regions. And they are. 

Anyway Rupanuga needs to come clean on this whole issue, and we need to see the whole conversation to see what all of the rest of his talks are about. He is making some partial progress here at least, and that is credit worthy, but it is only a start. 

Srila Prabhupada says that Professor Sannyal is the best of the lot, so he died early for supporting false gurus. He said Krishna killed him so he would stop the offense of promoting false acharyas, and not have to go further into hell for offenses. And that is because he was more dear to Krishna, so he was saved from going further down. It looks like Jayatirtha was the best of their lot, and Krishna took him out to stop his offenses. In sum, I don't think Rupanuga has a clue what he is dealing with here, or that he ever did.

CHILD MOLESTING ISSUE WILL NOT DISAPPEAR (KKD)

It ain’t going away! No matter what apparent good ISKCON does, the fact that an admitted child molester is endorsed as a ‘guru’ will overshadow everything else.
Look at how Trump cannot get away from the Eppy files! He can try diversions or call it a hoax; those files overshadow anything he does.

ISKCON insiders will complain, “Let’s move on! There’s so much good news to share! Why are you so fixated on something that happened long ago? Krishna consciousness is so urgent! Even the worse of sinners have a chance in Bhakti!”

What the insiders don’t realize is that having an admitted child molester ‘guru’ worshiped as good as God is a PR / communications / marketing disaster. ISKCON thinks it can get away with it, without the world media scrutinizing its poor judgement.

Those involved in ISKCON communications may say that it was the Indian yatra that brought it about. “All we can do is continue to broadcast the best of ISKCON to the world!”

Meanwhile, concerned devotees and anyone familiar with how the topic of under-age sexual exploitation is front and centre in the news know that an admitted child molester ‘guru’ is insanely off by any decent human standard.

Child molesters have a chance in Bhakti like anyone else, but to be a ‘guru’ promoted as a holy spiritual leader, revered by adoring sycophants in public defies rationality. It ain’t going away, not for anyone with - dare I say it, a shred of common sense!

PADA: Yep. My India lady friend says that India is the worst place to get justice for child molesting, or any other criminal issue, because law enforcement and courts are often paid off to the highest bidder. And the crooks are often the higher bid. 

And she says women and children abuse in India is rampant and does not have really good legal tools to fix issues. And she says, that is why ISKCON has shifted its whole focus to India -- because they can get away with all sorts of things over there with their money, power, lawyers and pay offs. And that explains why they have samadhis for deviants, Government officials were paid off. 

But Kesava Krishna Dasa is right, the issue is just not going to go away, until ISKCON starts to address it and fix things. All kinds of people criticized -- PADA is always talking about child abuse -- well yeah, because we had to shine a spot light on it for many years before many people noticed. At this stage, too many people have noticed, and the cat cannot be placed back into the bag so to speak. Not going away, and getting stronger all the time.

REVIEW OF BBTI LEGAL CASE

We were not able to save His Divine Grace Srila A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada's physical body, but we must do our best to save and distribute His original books, which He certified before His physical departure, as absolutely inviolable lawbooks for the next 10,000 years.

Question:

What is the name or names of instigators of lawsuit to stop KBI? So BBT Mumbai India stopped Krishna Books Inc? Why was it done? Where is BBT Mumbai India's web page and offering of original Srimad Bhagavad Gitas? What is the price, what is the quality, how many in stock? How authentic are they? Exactly as Srila Prabhupada approved and used or changed somewhat? Why print a few based on demand? 

What about Srila Prabhupada's demand? When people no longer know that He demands no changes to His books, and there is no demand, what then? No one is printing all the other original books. What a disaster!

Regarding the KBI vs BBT vs BBTi it's complicated history starting with Hansadutta swami and lawyer Gupta das and then BBT jaiadvaita swami. Hansadutta agreed to save original books and helped KBI acquired license for original books. Jitarati Prabhu was last I know struggling with original KBI books but in India he got stayed by indian courts

1. Who started the lawsuit against KBI?

From the publicly available court filings, the case was brought by BBT International (BBTI) and ISKCON—they were listed as the official plaintiffs in the actions concerning copyrights and printing of the “original” editions.

2. Did BBT Mumbai stop Krishna Books Inc? Why?

The actions were done under the banner of BBTI / ISKCON to establish legal ownership of Srila Prabhupada’s copyrights and control of printing rights. Supporters say it was to “regularize” copyrights; critics say it restricted the free printing of Srila Prabhupada’s original books. This point is still debated among devotees.

3. Where is BBT Mumbai’s page for original Gitas—price, stock, quality?

BBT’s global site is bbt.org. Retailers that carry Indian BBT printings list their prices and stock directly on their product pages. Availability changes, so it has to be checked item by item.

(They generally print based on demand and distribution logistics.)

4. Are these editions exactly as Srila Prabhupada approved?

BBT holds its editions as the “authorized” standard; many devotees argue that some editions include changes. So authenticity depends on which edition a person prefers. Both views exist strongly.

5. Why only print when there is demand? What about Srila Prabhupada’s desire?
