PADA: Good job Bangalore devotees. Srila Prabhupada is the Visva guru, no question. I am glad some devotees are garnering him the recognition he deserves. Of course, there are already people saying we should not get recognition from the mayavadas etc. 

However! When Srila Prabhupada was here, he was happy to get recognition from assorted swamis, yogis, avatars, Christians, priests, scholars, and etc. I see no harm in us continuing that process. Meanwhile notice, no one else got him recognized like this at Kumbha mela. A little bit of sour grapes here. Anyway, this is a nice job.

MERGING RELIGIONS

A Mayabadi philosopher from West Bengal has proposed to harmonize all religions of the world. But in the eyes of the wise and intellectual such a proposition is an impractical and absurd doctrine. People can make such propositions from the imperfection of spiritual feeling. Since gods and goddesses are not Supreme Lord, the spiritual sense of their worshipers is completely flawed.

Even in the next 50 lakh years all religions will not be reconciled but mutual conflicts will increase. Spiritual Causes : If all religions were truly reconciled in the world, then the world would no longer be a world, it would become a spiritual world (Vaikuntha or Golok Vrindabon). In the spiritual world there is no rebirth, old age, disease and Maya (illusion).

But there are these problems in every place of the material world from the Earth to Brahmaloka. This entire material world has been created by God as a prison. Since this is a prison, there will be human-to-human conflict for whatever reason. 

But those who are worshipers of gods and goddesses cannot even guess the cosmology of God. Because their fertile brains cannot reach God's cosmology.
The limited mind of the living entity cannot understand the unlimited personality of the Supreme Lord.

"What is transcendental of material nature is inconceivable, whereas speculative reasoning is all mundane. Since mundane arguments cannot touch the transcendental, one should not try to understand transcendental matters by mundane reasoning."

Therefore, the harmonization of all religions is an unacceptable and vaporous doctrine.

Earthly causes : Islam is a completely different religion. In numerous verses (almost 163) of the Qur'an, it is said to kill those of different faiths. Islam calls the followers of other religions kafir (infidels).

According to Islam, those who kill the followers of other religions for not accepting Islam will enter Jannat (heaven) after death and they will get 72 hoors (virgins) to enjoy extreme sexual pleasure in Jannat.
So coordination of all religions is an imaginary plan. So if you are wise don't step into such trap. Hold on to your religion and seek God's grace.

PADA: India's mayavada idea -- that everything is all one -- has major flaws. Yeah it is all one, but also different. And to say that all religions can somehow be merged together is not practical. 

And if we look at what happened, merging and acquiescing with other religions means, India was weakened and unable to halt all sorts of foreign invaders and influences. Same type thing happens to me all the time, well jeepers prabhu, you are offending devotees. OK, devotees of what or whom? We need to walk a fine line between getting people to accept Krishna's ideas, while not getting us to accept their ideas.

MY DYING WISH

RADHA CARANA 

Dear friends and loved ones. This will be one of my last public anouncements.
I am at present in a hospice in Denmark, getting ready to Die.

I have stage 4 pancreatic cancer that has spread to the liver, and other parts of the body. I have been given drugs to keep me good for upto one week. After that I will slowly go downhill, and within a few weeks, be gone.

Nothing can be done about it. I love you all, as you are all a part of the God I love.
PLease give me your blessings for my next birth, and please forgive any offensces I may have caused against anyone.

I have written a very short book, while on my deathbed. I believe it has the power to change the Earth. My dying wish is that all PEOPLE read this very short book.

PADA: Very sad that we have to report another cancer case from the Krishna community. My Mormon nurse friend, who reads the PADA blog, is correct. It is an epidemic. 

I believe the whole GBC guru crisis has lead people to poor mental and physical health. And as a result, many devotees have departed untimely, and many have suffered long bouts of fatal ailments -- with the many problems that process entails. 

Anyway this person has made a dying wish, and we are trying to help that be fulfilled. And God speed to this spirit soul.
